Then on a later date, their able technician, Jose, cleaned and polished my glass shower doors (removed haze too), professionally cleaned my shower and bathroom floor tiles and grout, recolored all my grout per my color choice after Jose provided three samples on my actual grout (my grout was previously uneven in color due to ingrained dirt and fading), dried the areas, then applied protective grout seal. My shower and floors look better than ever after this service. OC Tile responded quickly and was by far the most reasonable bid. Because of a supply delay on another job, they could start right away, which was great, but that also meant we had to make many decisions on the fly. In addition to starting before all the decisions were made, it was a rather complex job, including 4'x4' wall tiles and special plumbing for the tub. Kelly and Dave, the two owners, were very helpful in coming up with creative solutions and kept us informed during the entire project. They were enjoyable to work with, as was their entire crew. They are highly skilled, attentive to detail, and did an excellent job. We would definitely hire OC Tile for future needs.

Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. We were looking for someone to pull up floor from the spare bedroom and use the pieces to patch the remaining parts that were damaged due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add. He also fixed a linen cabinet that had been removed due to the water damage. He was meticulous and thorough in cutting and replacing the baseboards as well. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

Beyond Compare Carpet Cleaning is beyond compare! They were prompt in providing a bid and it was less than competitors. Richard and Dawn arrived on time and looked at the couch I needed to have cleaned. They informed me that the cushions and pillows were designed to be removed from their stuffing and could be machine washed! They helped take the cushions apart and waited for the completion of the wash cycle so they could put the covers back on the cushions and then scotch guard all the surfaces. So, in the end, they only actually cleaned the frame. The cost was the same and well worth the cleaning, scotch guarding and the new info on machine washing in the future. When Richard arrived for my carpet cleaning, the first thing I noticed was how clean his truck and equipment were. When he was setting up for the job, he made sure my freshly painted areas as well as the rest of the house were protected from his equipment, and genuinely seems to care about how the job is done. There are two high traffic areas in my home that I have tried different cleaning methods on, but to no avail. He made those areas look new again. Even though I've had Coit, and Stanley Steamer, who I wasn't that impressed with, this is the best my carpets have EVER looked after a professional cleaning! Not only were my floors sparkling and looking brand new, but my experience was nothing less then perfect. Richard was prompt and on time, he was very pleasant and professional.
