Minor discomfort (less than expected) and bite is so well aligned I hardly notice that anything was done to 3 teeth, that's excellent. Some personal preferences for the less than perfect rating: especially as a new patient, I would have liked a little bit of personal interaction with the doctor to establish trust or discuss concerns. Clinical may be his style (and staff makes up for this) but lack of interaction felt a bit cold and conveyor belt-y in such a high volume office. Hygienist was very sweet but lacked some self awareness - resting hands with instruments on my face / jaw (which pulled / strained muscles), pushed suction tube against roof of mouth, tapping / shaking her leg while it was brushing against me in the chair, excessively pulling at a band when had difficulty removing (no problem but should have asked for assistance earlier), after procedure complete pushed on tooth (to remove bite paper colorant) despite me putting hand up with fatigued / cramping muscles. I'd given two indications during visit of pre-existing condition / muscle sensitivity and would have been more comfortable if this was better cared for. Dental work is rarely pleasant in any circumstances though. Overall I feel very good work completed.

I read countless reviews at multiple different offices. I tried his and loved it. Myself and two of my children travel 54 miles each visit. I would not change that. Well, actually I did try one other location and it just wasn't like Dr. Chad's. The staff here is like family. Very understanding and welcoming. They listen to every concern without judgement. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. I feel at home when I visit. I stated a five year plan when I first became a patient, and I'm nearly done. I've have everything done. I have nothing negative to say. If your looking for a good lifetime family dentistry, try them!

She has a sense for the patient and making them comfortable(ethical prescription). Madison her dental assistant was also very good. Morgan is a breath of fresh air and I mean that in so many ways. She is very delicate but punctuated in her practice. She is very much a professional and also very convivial. I would recommend to anyone. Dr. Woodward seems to be even better than Dr. Duffy. He is mannerly, reposed, and calm much like someone else I remember who founded the dentist office of Millers. Dr. Woodward is strait-laced and all business. He's also very much attuned to the good graces of being a dentist and much more refined at it than his predecessor. The dentist office also is very much concerned with well being of those seeking careers. It is of utmost importance to support these people in their patriotic endeavors. My mom, who has had a stroke and…read moreis in the nursing home acquired the services of Miller Dental Group Pooler, LLC to realign her dentures because she had lost significant weight which resulted in her dentures not fitting correctly. She paid $800.00 to them up front on July 25, 2025. They took 2 minutes to "realign" the dentures and then told us to follow up to determine whether or not the dentures needed to be readjusted again or new ones were needed. At the follow up appointment she informed them that they did not fit and she was unable to wear the dentures. The dentist recommended obtaining a new set of top dentures instead of trying to realign them to fit. They told us at that appointment (and two other previous occasions), that the amount previously paid to them would be applied to those new dentures. It was decided that she would come back for an appointment to get fitted for the new dentures. However, after this was decided (in the same appointment), prior to leaving, the dentist then had his staff informed us that he was not going to do anything until she consulted with a specialist first. We stated that obviously we could not afford that as all of my mom's income was income was going to the nursing home. Despite informing the staff, the dentist still refused to do anything until she went to the specialist which was going to cost close to $300.00 to just get in the door to talk to the specialist, money which we did not have. Because the dentist refused to do anything further, we asked for a refund of the monies that were previously paid as nothing was done and nothing was going to be done. We were told that someone from the practice would call us about the issue of the refund. Never received a phone call and had to contact the practice again in January, 2026, at which time, the practice informed them that they would not refund any money at all for services never rendered and dentures that she was never able to use. $800.00 for nothing! All they care about is taking your money.
