Unfortunately, our A/C was shot. However, they quickly ordered our new HVAC system and were able to come out today (Thursday) to install. Within 4 days, we are back up and running. Their team was so communicative and respectful while at our home. Colten was so quick to answer our emails and kept us informed about the status. Jesus came through first day and was so motivated to try and solve our issue but our system was 34 years old and it was time to replace. We will definitely be using Allstar again. It was by chance that we met a Wizard HVAC rep and was fortunate enough to take a business card. When the need for heater repair came up for my own unit on a week that had the chilliest nights so far this fall, and several other HVAC companies wanted to schedule the diagnosis a week out or wanted to charge an arm and a leg, Wizard HVAC immediately scheduled a same day service. Jonathan arrived promptly and conducted himself professionally. He did not make assumptions and bullshit his way through the service, but actually pointed out what he observed and why he knew a certain part was the issue. Everything was factual and it made sense, even to someone with limited HVAC knowledge. Jonathan had to leave and purchase the part he needed, but was back within a couple of hours.
