I am in my mid-40s did had the AirSculpt procedure on my inner/outer thighs and abdomen about 4 months ago and could not be happier with my results! My goal was to remove stubborn fat that would not respond to consistent exercise and a health diet. The procedure itself was painful but tolerable, as was the discomfort in the week or so after. I wore the compression garment for 3+ weeks and began getting lymphatic massages in week two (3x/week). I also refrained from strenuous exercise for 3 full weeks. In short, I followed the post-care instructions to the T and had no complications or issues with my recovery as a result. I honestly cannot recommend this procedure enough if you are looking to get rid of stubborn fat and don't want full liposuction. This procedure allows the doctor to focus on contouring and shape in addition to fat loss (which I don't think is as possible with traditional lipo). Absolutely love my results! I initially had a wonderful experience with AirSculpt. The customer service team, nursing staff, and doctor were all amazing throughout my first procedure. Everything from the pre-procedure calls to the post-procedure follow-ups and care was good (although there was a lot of room for improvement with post procedure instructions). I had absolutely no complaints the first time around. However, my second visit for a revision procedure was a complete turnaround. From the very beginning, I was clear about the results I wanted to achieve, and while I was reassured many times that my goals were more than achievable, I later found out those results were not possible. I asked if a "tiny tuck" should be a part of my procedure. One nurse said yes, another said the doctor would decide, and a third said she had no idea because she was new. If it had been communicated upfront that the results I was clear about would not be possible, I would have not paid nearly $19,000 (after the initial procedure and the revision). What's even more alarming is the lack of clear post-procedure instructions. Besides wearing the garment and cleaning the incision sites, there was no discussion about lymphatic drainage massages or any other necessary aftercare. The information varied, with different nurses and doctors giving different instructions, leading to confusion and anxiety. Anyway. I returned for a revision because the "mom pouch" I wanted gone was still there after six months, and it looked unflattering. I was also left with a "pothole" above my belly button that made me feel self-conscious when wearing swimsuits and could be seen through any body fitting outfit. Again!!! Prior to my initial procedure, I asked if a "tiny tuck" would be appropriate, but I received conflicting answers from the staff, leaving me confused to be honest and feeling dumb for even asking. During the revision, the customer service experience sharply declined. The nurse assisting me had only been with the practice for less than two months (that's exactly what she said). The garment she provided was way too big (two times to big) and I didn't receive a second recovery foam like I did the first time, so I had to really wash my only one I had and it was just gross with all the blood after the procedure. No one called to schedule my post-op appointment afterward; I had to reach out and was told that since it was my second procedure, I should know what to expect, and I could schedule a video call if I wanted for the nurse to take a look at how I was healing, but it felt dismissive. "If I wanted to".... Like, WHAT?! My mind was blown. Of course I would want to! When I finally connected with the same nurse who performed my revision, I tried to address my concerns--especially about the "potholes" and the lingering "mom pouch." She dismissed it as swelling, and when I asked about the video call, she said it wasn't necessary. So that call wasn't even a video call and she didn't take a look at my body or healing at all. She didn't even ask me to send pictures, at the very least. When I asked about an in-office appointment for the three month post visit, she said someone would call me to schedule it "later". It's been three months now, and I never received that call. I feel incredibly unhappy because I paid for a revision surgical fee, which I believe I shouldn't have had to pay, only to still have the "mom pouch" and now more "potholes" than before. I went into this process hoping to regain my confidence and improve my body image, but I'm coming away feeling worse than before. I'm so sad, dissatisfied, and disappointed. I met with a new doctor and talked about why I was unhappy and and then after manager came in and told me between the time I spoke to her to when I actually came in , the company has enforced a new policy which I had to pay a fee of around $1800 or so for a revision . 3 stars because I haven't even gotten my service, so I don't . Just... Not great experience so far during arrival and during pre-op. Hopefully I get to update this later with 5 stars! So far... Not so good. I've been in the pre-op room by myself for 30min. Long enough to where the lights turned off. My appointment was at 7:30AM. The instructions said to arrive 30min early, but there was no one here. It was dark. I literally called and emailed and was let in close to 7:20AM. When the lights turned off in the pre op room (motion sensors), I called for the nurse (who is super nice). She told me the Dr. isn't even here yet because the check in and pre op process takes 30-45 minutes. It's almost 8:30AM. They also ran out of robes so I'm sitting half naked in a blanket. The nurse came back and said there was an accident coming from SF and the Dr is stuck in traffic. There is ALWAYS traffic to and from San Francisco. I commute there 5 days a week. It's an hour drive, but I leave 2 hours early because there's always a chance of traffic. It's nothing new. Plan ahead ffs. Apparently they won't get here for another 30+ minutes (allegedly). An hour and a half after my appt start time. The manager just came in and was also super nice. Apparently it is normal for the doctors to arrive an hour and a half after your start time. She apologized a lot for that not being communicated, and for no one setting that expectation. She also said I'm the first person who has ever had the first appointment to arrive early and the first person to ever complain about waiting... But then she brought me snacks. read more

Looks like my first review was taken down. Let's try this again. RUN. Even if you have already given them money. RUN. It will be a small price to pay compared to the consequences of going through with AirSculpt. I wish some of these reviews had been posted when I was considering AirSculpt, which is why I'm here. This is the first negative review I have ever posted anywhere, and the first of many I will share on every possible platform to try to save people from the same permanent damage I will endure for the rest of my life. I'm in the process of suing AirSculpt and Dr. Ereso, as well as reporting them to the Medical Board of California. Their practices are unprofessional and, even more importantly, unethical. They violate their first oath, to "do no harm." Dr. Ereso did significant harm to my body when I came to AirSculpt for arm liposuction a year ago. The procedure itself was a traumatic experience. Their claim of "no needles" is laughable. You receive pain meds injected through a needle so that you can then have the bizarre experience of seeing, hearing and feeling the pressure of what amounts to a long knitting needle being shoved repeatedly and violently into your body. But that's not the worst part. Dr. Ereso overly aggressive and imprecise technique resulted in heavy scarring (fibrosis), deep irregular contours, and one arm noticeably smaller than the other. In my final six month appointment he admitted my arms were "unsightly" and defended himself by saying that he barely saw me until a few minutes before the procedure and couldn't have known if I was a good candidate or not. He also admitted that the surge in GLP1 use has brought them cases that result in revisions about half of the time because they should have had brachioplasty procedures instead. Yes, my husband and I both heard him say those words out loud. I'm now receiving treatment from a world class surgeon in San Francisco who, at my first appointment, said I was the third AirSculpt patient coming to him for revision in just a matter of days. He can help me to some extent, but has been honest in telling me that some of the damage is permanent. I wish I had gone to him in the first place. For only $2K more I could have had: a world class surgeon who is a leader in his field, two thorough and in-person pre-operative consultation appointments with my surgeon (a novel idea!), an anesthesiologist so I didn't have to endure a grotesque procedure that should NEVER be done with local anesthesia, daily post-operative texts for a week and quick personal response to any text sent at nearly any time, proper guidance for post-operative care including lymphatic massage, and...beautiful results. Instead, I will be hiding my arms for the rest of my life and living with the pain of regret. AirSculpt lures you in with slick ads and false promises that their way of doing things is easier. I saw almost no change for $17,000. I think the technology behind Airsculpt is really cool, and that other people have seen great success. I did not, and I have large scarring from the holes so the doctor said I should see a cosmetic dermatologist to have a different laser procedure to fix it. How much more money will that cost? If you see the photos with this review it looks obvious there isn't a change in my flanks/love handles and thighs. My issue is with the price for what I received (I paid an extra $4k to do my inner thighs and there's zero change), and the frustrating personal experience. Also, I was asked last minute to come into my appointment an hour early but then they made me wait in the waiting room undressed and freezing for 3 HOURS. The nurses were very confused why I was asked to come early and felt bad. It inconvenienced the friends/family that had to arrange to pick me and up/drop off since you can't drive yourself from the procedure. To quote a former AirSculpt employee review on Indeed, "Run, don't walk away from this place." I went to AirSculpt - San Jose looking to have some minor work done on my jaw and chin in January. Most of the information I found online was positive. There were mixed reviews here and there, but nothing to deter me, yet. I had serious concerns that I brought up to the team there which were met with what's best described as an overconfidence of ability and a skewing of end results. In hindsight this was obviously a sales tactic used by the surgeon as well as other employees there. The area to be worked on was not throughly studied as is commonplace at other plastic surgeons. No structure (bone, muscle, or otherwise) was annotated. Lines were drawn and that was is it. This was an extreme lack of preparation on their part. During the surgery there was extremely unprofessional behavior on the part of the doctor. She repeatedly bad mouthed other nurses during the procedure, went on about her skills(she stated "give me chins all day it's the easiest thing in the world"), and overall did not present a professional manner. Unlike the what I now know to be fake and paid reviews state, the procedure was not painless and I most certainly could not have returned to work a mere 24-48 hours later. Only days after the procedure I noticed issues, including dimpling of the area, an extreme uneven appearance due to one side having more taken out than the other (apparently chins were not the easiest thing for her), and loose skin even though I was told I needed and paid extra for the tightening procedure. I conveyed these concerns to the staff and was told nothing was wrong, it's all in my head, or I just have to give it time. It also took at took them multiple days to respond to any calls or texts I made. I listened, followed all instructions to the T, and gave it time and it only got worse. Only after the procedure was complete was I informed I would need to do lymphatic drainage massages to improve my results. This has cost me hundreds of extra dollars added onto the already expensive procedure.($180 a session) It is however the only way to get any temporary improvement of their shoddy and uneven work. At each post-op appointment I have received mixed information from the surgeon. Initially she stated everything will be fine, just be patient. Then she stated she saw my concerns at the three months and said I would need to re-do the procedure. Finally at my last appointment she stated "it's all in your head, maybe you need to take a step back". Once I reached my 6 month post-op appointment with literally no improvement I sought out second opinions. I received multiple independent opinions from surgeons and lymphatic drain specialists in Palo Alto and Los Gatos. They each stated the same thing prior to me bringing the issue up, the work was done poorly, uneven, and not up to industry standard. They also stated after I explained the situation and history that the AirSculpt employees and surgeons played on my emotions to get me in. They said I was not properly prepared by AirSculpt as to the post-op healing timeline and recommended procedures (lymphatic drainage). They all also stated I should not go under again at all, not with them and certainly not with AirSculpt. Due to the improper work done, it would be extremely difficult to try to repair what they have done or it would cause more problems. Any recommendations to do so by AirSculpt is just a way to keep me quiet. I repeatedly communicated all this with the AirSculpt employees and surgeon only to be dismissed again and told they could "donate" their time to put me back under to try and fix it. The only concession ever made on their part was the office manager's admission that the doctor acted and spoke in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner as well as admitting to seeing the uneven work. I contacted the location only to be put on hold multiple times and at times up to approximately 30 minutes. I confronted the manager about this unacceptable customer care and was told I was lying. When I presented my call log to prove I was not, only to have her say "oh no that's okay I don't need to see it". I ultimately requested my records so I could review them and bring them elsewhere if I wanted to. I was told they weren't sure if they could do that. The manager I worked with wasn't even aware of a medical records release form, and why wouldn't I be able to get my own records? I asked to be contacted by someone else who could help me. I was informed I could not be given any phone or email address to contact anyone above the office manager. I was told that they would contact me, and at the time of this review it has been 6 days with no contact. A majority of these reviews are paid, employee written, or paid influencers. I implore anyone seeking out this procedure to do real research on this company and know there is much more to this than what they state. read more

Had a really great experience with chin/jowls/neck AirSculpt with Dr Xu in San Jose. it's only been 1 week post procedure and while there is swelling, the bruising is minimal and the three holes from the procedure are closing nicely. the whole nurse staff and care team has been very kind, accommodating and informative and doctor xu has been so sweet! great facilities, clean and nice office space. cant wait to see my final results! read more
