I proposed to my fiancé with a simple silver ring with cubic zirconia stones and a fake opal, also called a doublet. I didn't think much of it and in fact, I had planned on getting her a new ring with real diamonds and a real opal as soon as I could, but she wouldn't hear of it, she loved the ring I gave her when I asked her to marry me. She had the ring for only a week before she discovered one of the side stones had fallen out. She was so upset about it and I couldn't really understand why because it wasn't even real. Again, I suggested that we just wait until I got her the "real ring", but she did not want another ring at all. I hadn't quite understood how much sentimental value this ring had gained. She found Creative Jewelry online and told me that's where she wanted to repair her ring. I took the ring in without her (this was my chance to surprise her) and met with Luis. He was so very helpful throughout the whole process. He told me the side stone fell out because silver is a soft metal and didn't secure it enough. He had to spend a little time calling around to find another cubic zirconia that was the same shape and size as the one that had fallen out. I had him replace the doublet with a real opal (if she wouldn't let me buy her a new ring, I was going to try my best to upgrade the ring she loved). Luis did an excellent job and even replaced the other cubic zirconia so both sides would be identical at no extra cost to me! My fiancé absolutely adores her "new and improved ring" and I'm extremely pleased with the work that Luis did. I have plans to keep "upgrading" her ring as time goes by because she deserves the best. read more

Service was very friendly and attentive when I went to have my watch resized. I've also had batteries replaced for a few luxury watches. The prices they offer are extremely reasonable and there are discounts/promotions offered on Yelp if you check-in. I've called other stores to shop around for prices and the starting cost was $10 and up depending on the make of the watch. Most places will charge more for luxury brands such as Rolex or Omega but this store did not for mine. They also have free ring cleaning and do it with a smile. read more

So impressed by the continual honesty I experience at Creative Jewelry. Today I brought in a necklace that my mom needed repaired. I pulled it out of the envelope and explained to Daisy that my mom said that this clasp wasn't good and her pendant kept falling off. Daisy held the chain up in the air and opened the clasp and said, "the spring is still good...lets see why the pendent keeps falling off." Daisy said that she could see that an adjustment needed to be made on the eye of the chain and told me she'd be right back. A couple of minutes later, she was back, polishing the sterling silver chain and pendant and then reassembled the necklace. It was now fixed. I told Daisy that I needed to run to my car and grab my wallet and she said, "It was a minor adjustment, there is no charge." I LOVE that they are so honest and treated me the way that they did today. I am also loving their new updated look - well done, I'm a huge fan!
