I HIGHLY suggest that as a restaurant if you're using a service to deliver MAKE SURE YOU READ AND PREPARE THE FOOD AS REQUESTED. This would have been a 5 star review if I hadn't had to prepare my burger myself. The basics were there i.e. patty and bun but NO preparation directions were followed. This occurred for both the burgers I ordered. I really like BGR grill. I almost always get a burger with Cajun fries. I really the BGR BBQ sauce and love the spice on the fries. Not an incredibly big space, but some chairs outside that make for the perfect lunch spot. If your looking for a no frill lunch spot, this is your destination. Was walking around trying to find a quick lunch and saw bgr grill. From the outside it looked like a standard American food counter service place, but this father son restaurant was so much more! I got the Texas Roadhouse burger and it was amazing! All the food and toppings were fresh and they even had fresh chopped garlic to put on just about anything you want (I love garlic). My nephew came down from North Georgia and somehow knew of this burger grill and wanted to try it. I had been there many times and this is a gourmet burger and food selection at it's best. He still talks about it with his friends he liked it so much. Here you get your burger your way and the menu selection is awesome. Gourmet burgers you've never thought of and personalized to your own creation. I told a new neighbor about it and he went the next day and raved about the food. This family owned restaurant makes you feel at home and take pride in the quality food they serve. They seem to really enjoy what they do and give great customer service. This dive comes highly recommended on Yelp in the top ten for the East Point Area. The joint is just a couple doors down from The Thumbs Up Diner, another of my Yelp Reviews, but whenever I was in town in the past the place was too packed to get into. It's understandable as the place only has seven, 2 chair tables inside and approximately four tables outside. Of course they specialize in Burgers, but their special today was Quarter Chicken BBQ jerked with black beans, yellow rice and stir fry fresh vegetables. So, we decided to give it a go as vegetables tend to be better for you anyway, right? Well, as you may or may not know for this area parking is limited. So, come early or late for lunch, but don't come during the rush unless you're hoofing it. Menu description was not the same as advertised. There were no black beans and the Chicken was not jerked(appeared to be deep fat fried), but aside from that the meal was filling, service was friendly, helpful, and the ambiance was just fine.The barbecue sauce they provided in a side condiment cup was excellent and you should ask for more. Chicken was tender and juicy. Vegetables were well prepared and required no additional seasoning. Rice was well prepared and abundant. Recommend you stop in when you are hungry for a burger or some chicken. Associate had the lamb burger and fries, stated that it was not what he expected(thought the lamb would be like Gyro Style), but said it was good. read more

I just visited BGR Grille and was very disappointed. I would give them -0 for customer service. I ordered my food on GrubHub for pick up. When I get there, the cashier asks me about my order and then says the order total. I proceeded to tell her "let me check my account, because I was already charged through Grub Hub. I checked and they had already charged me. I proceeded to tell her, then she says, oh, we can't take that because we don't have our grub hub machine. Your order total will be $10.23. I'm like, well how do I get my money back. Then she says you have to contact Grub Hub because we don't have any way to receive the money for this order. Then she says this had been an ongoing problem for sometime. Never once was I'm sorry for your inconvenience said. They blamed me it felt like for their error. I feel like if you been having issues with grub hub for sometime, why did you not ask to be removed? Why when I asked for Grub Hubs number did the manager say, oh, you have to Google it? I am beyond upset. If you claim you been calling them weekly to resolve the issue, why wouldn't you show concern and help a customer by proving the number? I'm on 1000 in angry mode because I wasted my lunch hour with this foolishness. And I won't be using grub hub again, nor will I give my money to an estabishment who does not care. This is poor business at its finest. I will make sure to spread the word on this. Absolutely unacceptable. A common courtesy would have went a long way in this scenario. Perfection! We went there because of a groupon. $12 for $20 worth of food. (It was the best groupon I've ever bought.) rdered bbq jerk chickrn special and the fried green tomato BLT. The jerk chicken was excellent. The vegetables and rice and peas on point. The sandwich is my new favorite. I got pork bacon (they hhave options) the sandwich came with real french fries. Tasty basic "create your own" steak burger. I was going to try the New Yorker (their take on a Philly cheesesteak) but they were out of the cut of steak they use for that sandwich, so I opted for the burger. They have a few different seasoned fry options. The Cajun fries were pretty forgettable. GF said Parmesan garlic fries were good, but I didn't manage to try one, so I can't comment. I decided to go today along with a few of my co workers....I ordered a shrimp grill mix. I was sooooo disappointed today. Today was my first time trying BGR Grille via Uber Eats and I'm already looking forward to eating there again! I had a large order of fried green tomatoes and the grilled veggies with rib-eye steak added. The portions are indeed generous as well as deeeeelicious! The tomatoes were firm, tangy and not overly seasoned or greasy. As close to perfect as I think I've ever had them. The grilled veggies with steak were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The colors were bright and the crisp vegetables still maintained a nice "snap". (I'm not a fan of sad, mushy, overcooked vegetables.) Overall just a wonderful, satisfying meal!
