He told me about their car washes and the deals they had. He is your shining star! His brightness never fades! I love how they have so many choices and their prices are great too! I noticed too when I drove it that they had vacuuming first which a really great idea! The first I've ever seen, their suctions on their vacuums are very strong which I love and gets all the dirt and debris out of my car! They also have damp washcloth for inside your cars to wipe what needs to wipe to make your car super clean! Afterwards you stay in our car and go through there car wash. I got the $27.99 for a single time wash. Since I was a new member they gat me a discount I only paid $19.99!! I so so thrilled. After your car washes there is a station where you air dry your car or wipe your car down to the left. I would like to thank LUV Car wash in Thousand Oaks for amazing & wonderful experience! So drive through we did, and were rewarded with a much shinier vehicle after going through their system. Each LUV Car Wash location has a different layout, due to space available on the lot. This one has a lot of space in the middle area to go to vacuum the interior before or after the wash. Once you run through the washing / rinsing / drying tunnel, it's easiest to just head back onto T.O. Boulevard and continue with your day. I don't keep track of the cost per wash, because we have the monthly subscription. On that plan, it's best to go through the system frequently to get the best value. It's always a day brightener to drive out with a clean car.

I tracked down an employee, who informed me that the car wash was closed. When I asked why the station was still selling car washes when the facility wasn't operating, I was told I could simply come back tomorrow to use it. That wasn't an acceptable solution. I don't live nearby and have no intention of making a special trip back just to get a car wash. I asked for a refund, but the employee said that wasn't possible because they were closed. She then pointed out that the car wash hours were posted on a small sign near the exit. Unfortunately, a sign at the exit does nothing to warn customers before they purchase a car wash at the pump. If the car wash is closed, the pumps should not be selling car wash tickets, or customers should at least be clearly warned before completing the purchase. This experience was frustrating and left a poor impression. The cost and inconvenience of driving back exceed the value of the car wash itself. Because of how this was handled, I do not plan to return to this station.

I tried to pay at the pump with 2 different cards and it just kept saying "please see cashier". I went inside and greeted the worker kindly, only to be met with a blank stare. When I went to pay, my credit and debit kept declining. The only word the employee said to me in the whole interaction was "decline". I checked my accounts and everything was good. I proceeded to ask him if maybe it was being run wrong (I have a feeling it was). In the middle of this he turned around and started working in the corner facing away from me. I VERY politely said "excuse me sir, can you help me?" And he IGNORED ME even after I repeated myself. I told him verbatim "Well since you want to ignore me, I guess I will have to find another gas station." Still no response. So I left, went 1 minute down the street to the Sinclair and was able to fill at the pump with the same card with NO ISSUES. I even drove by on the way back and I think other people were having issues too. I worry that they have one of those fake card readers to steal information because I don't know why none of my cards would work. JUST GO TO THE SINCLAIR DOWN THE STREET (cross street sunset), this station is not worth the broken pumps and poor customer service.
