He told me about their car washes and the deals they had. He is your shining star! His brightness never fades! I love how they have so many choices and their prices are great too! I noticed too when I drove it that they had vacuuming first which a really great idea! The first I've ever seen, their suctions on their vacuums are very strong which I love and gets all the dirt and debris out of my car! They also have damp washcloth for inside your cars to wipe what needs to wipe to make your car super clean! Afterwards you stay in our car and go through there car wash. I got the $27.99 for a single time wash. Since I was a new member they gat me a discount I only paid $19.99!! I so so thrilled. After your car washes there is a station where you air dry your car or wipe your car down to the left. I would like to thank LUV Car wash in Thousand Oaks for amazing & wonderful experience! Dear Hubby and I were in T.O., about to go to dinner. I suggested that we swing by the car wash, since it wouldn't take long to run through their tunnel of cleaning. So drive through we did, and were rewarded with a much shinier vehicle after going through their system. Each LUV Car Wash location has a different layout, due to space available on the lot. This one has a lot of space in the middle area to go to vacuum the interior before or after the wash. Once you run through the washing / rinsing / drying tunnel, it's easiest to just head back onto T.O. Boulevard and continue with your day. I don't keep track of the cost per wash, because we have the monthly subscription. On that plan, it's best to go through the system frequently to get the best value. It's always a day brightener to drive out with a clean car. read more

A really good car wash and we appreciated all of the bays to clean your car out at the beginning and to dry your car at the end. We do not have the membership but it was easy to pull in and there was also someone to help when needed at the drive up kiosk. We weee there on a weekend afternoon and it was PACKED but only had to wait about 3 minutes for a spot to vacuum out our car. There are trash cans for your trash, towels to wipe the car down with and 2 vacuums for each car so we could get in and out fast. Some people were there with an entire bag of car cleaning supplies, so I don't know how they would be quick. It does not see like the time limits are enforced. After the Tunnel of Love wash there were only a few spots to run a towel over the extra drips and some people were camping out there as well. But everyone seemed to leave with a shiny car inside and out! We will be back! read more

I paused my account with LUV Car Wash because I wasn't using it. Their own email confirmed: "Your membership has been successfully paused. When you are ready to reactivate your account, please visit one of our locations or open a ticket online." I never did that. Yet the next month my account was reactivated, and I was billed for four months before I even noticed. When I contacted them, I expected a full refund since I never used the service. Instead, after some back-and-forth, they refunded only two months. Their explanation? "Due to usage on the account." If I had used it, fine, but I didn't. I even asked them to explain when I supposedly did, and since then, nothing but silence. On top of that, their message said they would go ahead with the refund of those two months but also cancel my membership, which came across less as a resolution and more as a punishment for raising the issue. Their messaging is unclear, their handling of refunds is misleading, and their approach to customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We all need a car wash, but you don't need to give your business to one that operates like this. read more

Though the attendants at the TO location are fine, the company they work isn't. I had enrolled in their monthly unlimited plan for $20/month. When I was preparing to move from TO back in August, I was at the TO location getting my car washed one last time before leaving. When I mentioned this to the attendant, he volunteered to do it for me, which I appreciated. That is, until two months later I found out that I had been charged for both September and October, despite canceling my subscription. Though they refunded one of the charges, they refused to refund the other because I couldn't provide a confirmation number, which they never gave me. In other words, I had to pay for their employee's failure to give me a confirmation number. Bad business! read more

I have previously left a review for this business that was top-notch. However, twice I have been there where the dryer does not work. I understand that these types of things happen, but patrons should be told when they pull in - before they pay. During the drive-through wash when you pull out, there is a whiteboard sign that says sorry the dryer is broken. This should be told to people beforehand so that they can make a choice as to whether or not to pay for the car wash. This car wash used to be good, I would go there every time I was in town and was always satisfied. I went last Wednesday, and it was pretty bad. First, the price had shot up to $27! Second, the wash didn't get my car clean. Third, I had to wipe soap off my car because there was no rinse cycle. It's sad. I went to Thousand Oaks location and had problems reaching the payment machine and like usual staff was there to assist. He took awhile to check me in and asked for my card twice. This car wash is terrible don't get a membership I went through it 3 times and still have bird poop on my hood. The person letting the cars in put my car to not be scrubbed on top (twice) because I have roof racks but they are approved to go through the car wash. They are a dealer installed option there is no reason they cannot go through the car wash. plus I came with my friend who actually went before me and her car got scrubbed even though she has roof racks. Even after the 3rd time with the top finally being scrubbed it still had bird poop on it and I'm not going to go through a 4th time. I've been coming to the TO location for over a year with the monthly Unlimited plan, which used to be a great deal until the recent reopening after a much protracted 'maintenance' closure. However, I learned today that Unlimited has increased to $21.99 and is limited to a single use per day, so the crud that invariably won't come off with a single pass will have to wait until tomorrow or the next day or even the next week. It also wasn't very cool to start intermittently closing the TO location for maintenance two full weeks ahead of the planned closure and not offering refunds or a prorated monthly fee considering the other locations were also closed during the same period. I came by six different times between 6/1 and the planned 6/23 to 6/30 closure and it was down for maintenance every single time. Not cool. read more
