My most recent visit led me to purchase sponge brushes, plastic sheeting, masking tape and 3 Dramm Oscillating Sprinklers. The La Pine, Oregon seemed stocked well with inventory, compared to the depleted inventory encountered during past visits, especially during winter months. Pricing was 10% below Amazon pricing when comparison shopping. The advantage to In-store shopping is getting what you pay for by examining products you're considering purchasing. We'll see if Bi-Mart staff and management can keep up it's consistent inventory availability and customer service in the future. read more

Sheeeesh! That was some incredible attitude for only asking a single cashier to call up & ask another cashier to come over and help with the huge line that was piling up because they are very slow at checking out here... the lines for checkout are not official soo if your standing in the wrong line you have to move to the right one and lose your spot. It's extremely inefficient. BUT the main reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is because there older staff there have attitude problems... there was a chunky old woman with glasses at the middle cashier and she was extremely disrespectful to me & also behind my back! After her barking back at me that there's no one else available for her to call and help... then someone comes over who was STOCKING SHELVES and helped the long line get out of there. If there was a half star I would have chosen it. This pharmacy is a disastrous dumpster fire. Order Rx a week ahead of running out on the app. Still ran out of a daily drug. They hide behind the app. After a 20 minute wait spoke to a pharmacist assistant who said it would be in "later today". Wait for a text. Tomorrow came no text. Called again, 30 minute wait, "we just got shipment, haven't had time to open it.". So the later today was a lie. Previous interaction, my hearing impaired wife was laughed at by pharmacist assistant when she couldn't understand what he said. Walgreens took this pharmacy over from Bi-Mart. It has been such a drop off in service since. read more

Never again Doctor sent my Rx to Walgreens La Pine I sate for over an hour before my Rx was ready Then Walgreens want to charge FULL price I had give Walgreens my insurance information. Terrible. Lied on phone about having a medication in stock, So, Dr sent in rush RX for the daily medication that is very important to take rach day, BiMart sat on it for over 7 hours and 30 minutes prior to closing still did not have it filled. Now stated and did not have it in stock. Said they just ordered it hopefully to be delivered tomorrow. 15 minutes prior to closing We stood there in azazement without a way to get the medically necessary item Without going to the hospital. I have had many poor experiences with this pharmacy in the past. read more

As in all Bi-Mart stores I've been in, everyone was friendly, the isles were uncluttered and it had what I needed as I expected. One of the things I like best about Bi-Mart is they are all laid out almost the same so it's easy to find things. The only reason my rating is only a three is the men's room. The toilet, urinal and sink were dirty. The floor and even the walls needed a good scrubbing. The sign said it had just been inspected so whoever did the inspection doesn't know how a men's room should look. I hope the next time I'm in La Pine I'll find a clean restroom. 8-15-17 In the area again and stopped by to get some batteries. Found it cleaner than i remember but the toilet and urnal were dirty. I am giving it one star because There is no zero rating. I have been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years without problems. All of a sudden they will not fill a prescription that has been "torn down" their terminology, not mine. The clinic I use prints multiple prescriptions on one sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. It is the new software that the BMC uses. Bimart pharmacy says they need the whole paper not a single prescription cut from it because doctors sometimes write notes on the other parts of the paper. My doctor said it is none of their business what other scripts on the paper. This is because I also use another pharmacy to fill the others. All information regarding the prescription is included in the box pertaining to that single prescription. They would not even call and verify with the clinic that it is done this way and simply refused to fill my prescription. They have now lost my business for good. I figure they think they are the biggest game in town and can set the rules. It makes no sense to me. We can just make more paper, right? Job security for our mill workers :) This is my review, the decision is yours. P.S. My prescription was just dropped off at Drug Mart. The pharmacist says all of the information is on that same prescription as is. Also, several others have complained and switched. read more

Nice selection of almost everything. It's like Walmart or Target but way better. Most stuff is better quality and the customer service is much better. Bought 7 packages of Amdro Gopher Gassers at Bi-Mart in La Pine (purchased 3 on one day and four the following day). Used all but 2 1/2 packages of them. Began finding the ground squirrels were pushing the unspent bombs out of their holes. They were ALL duds. The fuses had burnt down to the combustibles but not a single one had burnt up to produce the poisonous gas. I couldn't find my receipt for the first three packages I bought but did find the receipt for the 4 packages I purchased the following day. I took the remaining unused gas bombs, along with the duds the ground squirrels pushed out of the holes, back to Bi-Mart and they only wanted to refund back the money for 3 packages, stating that I needed to bring back the other duds. I was obviously upset. I had spent 1/2 a day treating the holes and putting the dirt plugs in them. Now they wanted me to go around to dig them up, some of which I don't even remember where they were placed. With some arguing they finally refunded me for 4 packages so now I am only out the money for first three packages. Since then the ground squirrels have pushed out 4 more duds. Learn from my mistake. Amdro Gopher Gasser smoke bombs are worthless. The combustibles are no good and only the fuses will burn. Also, Bi-Mart should be ashamed of itself for not standing behind it's worthless products. Go to Super Walmart or Fred Myers it you want to deal with companies that stand behind their merchandise. read more
