For the quantity of fresh veggies and rice that is served, this is steal! Fresh food, slightly on the bland side, a trade off for healthy food. Can run into queues some time, but always has been worth the wait. My pick out of chipotle or Curritos, although the latter are Mexican joints and this one a Korean place. Great to dine in as well. I absolutely love Bibibop. When I want to treat myself? Bibibop. When I want healthy food but I don't want to cook? Bibibop. Bibibop? Bibibop. Bibibop is basically your Asian chipotle, minus the burrito part (because it's Asian food y'all, come on). Not only is their food prepared to yummy perfection, but there are so many toppings and choices, you seriously can't go wrong. My partner, a "picky" eater, only gets rice, chicken, potato, and teriyaki sauce. And they love it! And for me, a vegetarian? Their tofu is superb! Their healthy purple rice is to die for! Definitely a place for all people of all pallets. Not only is their food good, but they're also handling COVID very well. All workers wear masks, stay sanitized, and all of it is very contact-less as much as a restaurant can be. I do not have words for how good this place is. I had spicy chicken which wasn't too spicy. I love how they have their sauces to the side so you can try a variety and see what you like. The free miso soup was one of the better misos I've had. I work down town and was able to go here, eat lunch, and come back in an hour! Perfect lunchtime spot. read more

I am a big fan of BIBIBOP. This location in particular is my favorite one! Very clean and the employees are very polite. I love how they have fresh ingredients. Every time I enter this Bibibop location I am greeted with a wonderful "welcome to bibibop!!" They are all kind, attentive, and speedy. Food is 7/10 fresh and clean. I've had instances where I've had a hair in my food but I can never tell if it's mine or there's? Sounds nasty but I most of the time they are clean and have food that tastes great! From the pictures I've added you can see that portion is not an issue. Seating is usually fine because they get periods where they are busy but it's not ever enough for people not have a seat. Just tried this place for the first time tonight. It is the best $7 I have ever spent. We got a spicy chicken bowl and a steak bowl. They were both really delicious. The self serve sauces (yum yum/spicy Korean/etc) are a highlight as well as the FREE self serve miso soup. Seriously wish they had one of these in Anderson as we would be there weekly. We decided to try bibibop for lunch today. It is a fast casual, chipotle style place. Some topping options confused me since it is a Korean restaurant...but you make your own so no big deal. You can get a bowl, salad or wrap. I opted for the bowl with rice, 1/2 spicy chicken, 1/2 regular chicken with corn, carrots, egg and lettuce. The egg wasn't too exciting so I will skip that next time. There is a condiment bar that offers all of the sauces on the side. My favorite was the spicy Sriracha. Bibibop is a great option for a quick lunch or dinner. The portions are huge for the price ($6.45) for my bowl. I will definitely be back. read more

the smell is DIVINE. i asked for a combo of noodles and red rice. i was told the red rice is really just colored and tastes exactly like white rice, which is not what i wanted anyway, so a combo seemed perfect. i watched the server spread two or three tablespoons of noodles into the bottom of the generous bowl and then dump more than two cups of rice on top of that. i just goggled at her and said "No, thank you," as i walked away. it is like chipotle but choosing between mushy potatoes, black beans and hot bean sprouts is NOT appetizing. it is less authentic for korean than chipotle is for mexican. the spicy chicken smelled DIVINE but the other toppings look pretty gross. read more

It reminds me of an Asian style Chipotle bowl. It's quick, delicious, affordable, and they give you a generous portion of food.

When I first walked in I was a little skeptical, as it's an assembly-line clone on the model perfected by Subway and Chipotle applied to the classic Korean BiBimBap. I used to have a favorite Korean place and this is certainly not as good as them or my current favorite (Pacific Kitchen in Montgomery). Specifically there's no way you get that toasted crunchy rice in the bottom of your iron bowl from a cardboard bowl, but on the other hand this place is now one of my top premium fast food options along with Subway, Chipotle and Currito. The big advantage they have (for me) is a variety of less starchy options, from brown rice to a bed of salad greens to black beans for your bowl. You can also add home-fry-style potatoes and roasted yellow corn for those in need of a carb-load. For meat they have chicken, spicy-sauced chicken, steak and tofu, and extra meat is less than two dollars. To add some Asian-fusian to your BiBimBap they have a variety of sauces, and this sets them apart from Chipotle already as they only have a choice of medium or hot salsa, so speaking as someone who now lives two blocks away from one, well it gets repetitive. Where they really shine for fast-food is their choice of toppings, from pickled radish strips to shredded carrots to scrambled egg to kale. For someone like me on the plant-based eating plan this is a huge plus. I had the Korean red sauce and would have sampled their (FREE!) Miso soup but a single serving with extra chicken was quite filling. Considering some of the places I've given five stars this concept is another example of where I wish I could give them six stars. read more

I really like BIBIBOP. This place is similar to Chipolte in the set up. However, I think the Asian spin on the food is what makes this a satisfying place to eat. I am a huge fan of the Korean Red Sauce to jazz up any dish and have even bought some to take home! It is also great for vegetarian options. This last time, I got my protein selection with black beans and tofu, which was tasty. Lastly, the rice (which is often an after thought) was great. I chose the brown/purple rice, which clumped together a bit. But I like that since it means that it's not coated in oil (think Chipolte). I couldn't ask for a better experience! read more

Just had my first bibibop experience, and I tell you what, grade A flames. It was just what I needed at 12 PM, viciously hungover. The spicy chicken/tofu combo was something else.
