This location is the worst for online pickup! No one there can read an order and it's always wrong. We ordered 2 bowls and they mixed ingredients in the wrong bowls and added rice when I didn't even have rice on either bowl! I've picked up a bowl and they left the cold ingredients off completely!! They've got serious issues and I'm not sure if it's because the staff can't read English or they are just incompetent. Do better!

Very interesting concept, I would call it like an Asian version of chipotle, you get to chose your base, topping and meat. For the price you will get an full meal, maybe even leftover for snack later. The line was long when we got there, but it was moving quick and the place was very well clean

This place was absolutely delicious, fresh and clean. The worker was very kind and flexible with his even when it was getting close to closing. The service is fast and I wish that we had this back in Boston. I got the noodles and steak and my husband got a custom bowl with chicken. Both were great potions sizes with no compromise on flavor.

This is a Asian theme restaurant chain. You can build a customized bowl or salad. The concept is great and the items offered all look and sound good. The location is great and easy to get to. The inside looked clean and inviting. The workers were nice. We were not impressed with the quality and lack of flavor of the food. My husband, son, and I all got a steak bowl and customized it differently. Between us we had quite a variety of items. None of us liked our bowls. We felt the food was tasteless and my steak was fatty, chewy, and had gristle in it. Sorry but we do not recommend this place.

Very good value. I went once in the before times but most recently during coronavirus. We got the $20 family four pack. If you have a decent appetite it is probably more appropriate for three than four. My family of four was more than satisfied but we have two light eaters. The ingredients blend very well. I would say the ingredients are Chipotle quality (and I love Chipotle). I love the japchae noodles... These really should be more popular in the U.S. I was impressed they had a great no contact set up for online ordering. Also, all employees wore masks. We will be back.

Good evening, fellow Yelpers! It's your favorite critic again with another dynamite find: Bibibop Asian Grill in Mason, Ohio. It's my last meal on this trip, sadly, but I have thoroughly enjoyed EVERYTHING Ohio & Kentucky had to offer. Of course, you know my go-to (Yelp), and I didn't know what I really wanted. Just know I didn't want anything I could get back home in North Carolina. The reviews and advertising really stuck out at me, so I had to go try it! As I entered the establishment, busy and socially upbeat was how I can describe it. I felt out of place, but I pushed on. There were cubicles, tables, and an assortment of people going in and out frequently, just made me feel more or less "in the right spot" I'm not going to compare this to "Chipotle." I've seen others do it, and I feel it takes away from the business you're speaking about. This place is in a class of its on - Asian Fusion! Their ingredients are fresh fresh, and it's definitely not what you're used to at your typical asian food spot. I started with the famous *Purple Rice* that you see all the people raving about, and it's superb. I added pineapple, carrots, kimchi, spicy chicken, w/ teriyaki & Guagang sauces. I was blown away by the flavor! My taste buds were tantalized, to say the least! I would recommend this spot to anyone who's into eating healthy or just looking for something different like me. I truthfully can not brag on this place enough. I sure wish they would open a spot in North Carolina. I would definitely invite my "traveling group" to xhexk this out if it's one near you. If you're from here, then you know what I mean, but for the people who aren't; just traveling or on business, this is a MUST on your list of places to go! You will not be disappointed!

Bibibop is a fast casual korean restaurant focused on healthy eating and wellbeing. They started in Columbus in 2013. Really psyched to see this location open, as I've long been a fan of this chain! I arrived a little after the normal lunch rush. Despite being busy the restaurant was clean as can be. It has a bright, modern, simplistic feel that makes you want to eat healthy. The menu is fairly self explanatory but the friendly employees are happy to provide explanation if needed. Prices are inline for the generous quantities of unlimited toppings as well as high quality of ingredients. I got a bowl with a triple base of purple rice, japchae noodles, and super green salad. Spicy chicken (which I find to be flavorful not spicy) was my protein. I also added cabbage, kale, carrots, egg, cheese, and yum yum sauce. With purchase there is free miso soup, which is located self serve next to the drinks. For my drink I purchased a fountain drink and mixed the hibiscus mint lemonade with citrus green tea. They have many other unique drink flavors as well. There is a sauce bar with to go cups for extra yum yum or other sauces. Choose from traditional fork or chopsticks for eating. The ingredients here are so fresh, tender, and flavorful. My only disappointment was the miso soup seemed a little bland compared to what I remember from another location.

The chicken was so crunchy and amazing! I have had other Bibibop before and this one is better than them. The employees were also super nice, I did go in 15 minutes before closing and they got the food out QUICK! It was so clean and nice in the seating area (I did take it to go) but overall, a great place to grab lunch or dinner.

Went here on Opening day to score a bowl here. And it is TASTY! I had my bowl with purple rice, spicy chicken and sesame ginger sauce. It was so good. You can choose toppings from kimchi, corn, kale, lettuce, eggs, cheese, beans, potatoes, bean sprouts- what more to ask? The ingredients were fresh, and everything looked so good. The service was very prompt, and quick. The serving staff seemed very friendly. My bowl turned out great.
