I got really excited when I saw this place. When I lived in Columbus there was a similar place called bibibop and it was absolutely amazing. The food is fresh and made to order and for just opening they were great and had a system down perfectly!! My only complaint is I wish they had yum yum sauce as an option. It would set it over the top. But the Sriracha Mayo is really good!! It's a great healthy alternative! Parking is a nightmare though as always in that area so be prepared to walk! read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at one of these types of restaurants. As soon as me and my friend walked in, we could barely stay inside due to the menu and line being right in front of the door. When we decided what to order, an employee attempted to ask for our choice, but we could barely hear her due to how loud the music was inside the restaurant. It also didn't help that she was speaking quietly behind a glass wall. We told her we couldn't hear her and that we didn't know how to order since this was our first time there, and she still insisted on speaking quietly and not answering our questions. After we attempted to order, she walked away into the back room of the restaurant, then came back and told us there was a wait. So we moved to the next part of the line, and a woman entered after us and began to order from the same employee who told us there was a wait. The employee immediately began to make her food, and didn't even attempt to make our previous order. Another employee asked what we wanted with equal quietness, and the previous employee insisted we only wanted one item out of the two we ordered. We clarified our order, that we still needed help with clarifying one of the order items, and that we also couldn't hear this new employee with the music blasting and the glass wall in front of her, and although she did speak louder, she still didn't answer our questions. So we left. I highly advise not to go here if you want to "try it out". Go to Thai Chili 2 Go instead. At least they're consistent and aren't talking to you behind a glass wall or with loud music in the background. read more

I tried today for the first time because really there's not a lot open these days. I do enjoy Korean food and some of the stronger flavors, so I was optimistic. It was very appealing to the eye at first glance and noticed the adequate portion size given the price. But the flavors are all there. Deep savory from the chicken, the pickled veggies add a nice contrast, the garlic soy sauce all absorbed by the rice. It's a delicious bowl and one that I'll certainly be back for. They also have Korean wings which I did not try this time, but I've had in the past. If done properly, they'll rival anything any other wing you can put against it. I was super excited to see a new restaurant come to this part of town! My husband and I really enjoyed the food here. It's very fresh and different from any other restaurant we've tried in the valley. You pick a base for your bowl, then can choose from any toppings. My favorite is the glass noodles and the sesame kale and edamame. All the sauces are delicious, and you can mix different types which is cool. I've tried both their beef and chicken and prefer the chicken. Service is great as well. Overall really happy with this restaurant! read more

Really disappointed in this place. My wife and I arrived at 6:30 on October 6, the place closes at 7:30. The women told us that we could only order to go, this meant we would be unable to order the hot stone. I told the worker we were fine and ended up leaving. Something different! My kids actually asked to try this place as we were going to Chipotle one night. My teenage daughter doesn't like anything and is the worst eater ever. Well, she loved it!! You get to create your own bowl, and they somehow have super healthy choices while also being so tasty. We were starving and came in because it's so fast. The speed was excellent. We weren't disappointed in that at all! The brown rice was cooked to perfection. Every veggie topping I tried was on point. Wow. This is an incredible food experience. This is a protein bowl concept similar to chipotle, but with so much more flavor. We have been twice so far and absolutely loved the combination of meats, pickled veggies and sauces. Whether you like spicy or mild, I am confident you can find a bowl that will amaze you. Amazing lunch! We stopped by for lunch yesterday, I got the Beef Bulgogi, delicious! I highly recommend trying out this new restaurant.

Due to the pandemic, I've only gotten carry-out, which definitely changes the experience. It's never as hot or fresh by the time you get home. That being said, the carry-out is delicious. They always wrap and number, so it's easy to figure out whose order is whose. Additionally, the KFC wings were still crispy by the time we got home. I love the fact that you can get as many or as few toppings as you like (like Korean Chipotle). read more

Got there and had only been my first time there so I didn't know where I was going at first. I guess I stood on the wrong side of the counter because the employee just stood there at the opposite end staring at me instead of greeting me or guiding me at all. Anyways she hardly said anything and it was really awkward till I just decided to get two orders of kimchi fries, I probably would've brought more if there was actually conversation going on. Anyways, I pay and don't tip because she didn't even help us really to begin with. Get home and she definitely didn't give us good portions in my opinion and it's probably due to no tip but like I said before she hardly helped us and was really awkward making us not feel welcomed. The food was pretty good, but the customer service was absolutely terrible! We got there at 7:45 & they close at 8:00. No big deal, right? By the time we sat down it was about 10 til. They literally shooed us out at 8:00 and we weren't even finished eating. It was like nothing I've ever experienced!
