So happy this place is so close to us, it has become my go to for when I need food to make me happy! The JJAMPONG AND jajameyong is delish! No need to have to drive to HMart in Mesa!

We went to Snowtime next-door, but wanted to eat some thing before sticking our stomach up with sweets. The chicken was six pieces of large chicken, which caught us a little bit offguard because we were expecting like small chicken wings, but they were in a bath of bottled hot and sour sauce which we did not enjoy. we also ordered a Bento box of galbi but the meat was really tough. As we were walking out we saw some delicious bowls that smell really good so we might be back to try other menu items.

Upon entering you are overwhelmed by the wonderful smells of Korean food. Ordering was quick and efficient and Danny has a friendly, welcoming smile. The atmosphere is pleasant as Korean music is played in the background. The restaurant is clean and tables were quickly wiped. We ordered lots of winter dishes: 3 types of bibambap (tofu, bulgolgi, and spicy pork) and soft tofu soup in the hot earthen stoneware dishes that continue to cook as you stir, stir and eat. These dishes warm you up in temperature and if you add gochujang, heat you on the inside. We also had an order of squid and pork, which was delicious (highly recommend), dumplings, garlic honey wings and an order of sweet and sour chicken. They serve Pepsi products and Stubborn brand drinks- agave vanilla creme soda and root beer. It is definitely worth the travel and we will be back soon. Especially since it is next to the Snowtime ice cream! They have a

After waiting an hour for 2 entrees we were extremely excited to dive into our meals. Our "beef brisket" ramen had ONE PIECE of beef. The pad Thai was just not very good. We would've been willing to try it again however my partner and I both got sick to our stomachs that night so we unfortunately will not be returning.

We ordered the bento box meals and they were delicious! They came with a good amount of sides to get different tastes of items they offer. The food came out pretty quick so it was nice to get some food before a movie. The place was pretty plain in regard to set up but there was plenty of places to sit and it was clean. I wish they had more sriracha available for grabs because they only had sweet hot sauce which was okay.

Clean and orderly spot where the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Bento boxes and the amount of food you get is filling! The rice, kimchi, main course and tempura where chefs kiss. We left full and satisfied. Would go back again.

Solid Korean-Chinese food. We ordered jjajangmyeon (black bean noodle), tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), and dumplings. The whole family devoured the food. I was rueful that I didn't have enough stomach space for the other Korean dishes on the menu and based on other people's orders, it seems that the food is on point, especially the dol sot bibimbap (hot stone rice bowls) and Korean fried chicken. There is a good variety of Korean dishes for every mood - spicy rice cake, pancakes, meat, soups, rice, noodles, and fried chicken. This will be one of our go-to places whenever we come to Phoenix.

The order came with some banchan; stir fried fish cakes, cucumber salad, and kimchi. The bulgogi itself was good but didn't have a very smoky flavor. It came with fried vegetable spring rolls, shumai and goon mandu. I didn't realize it came with the same appetizers we ordered but didn't mind as they were tasty. The only item we didn't care for were the spring rolls, which were mushy. The kimchi fried rice was ok, I'm not sure I'd get it again. I really enjoyed the goon mandu and would definitely order it again, it was crisp, the filling well seasoned and I especially loved the dipping sauce it came with. The shumai had an interesting spongy texture and nice shrimpy flavor which I enjoyed. Warning, the spicy sauce for the wings is not for the faint hearted! I was not prepared for that level of heat but if you enjoy really spicy food you'd like it. It was too much for me and my boyfriend who typically eats really spicy food. Thankfully, the sauce was on the side and the wings themselves were nice and crispy so we ate them without the sauce. The prices were reasonable and portions were large. I would definitely come back!

My friends and I came to this place together because I had been before and liked the Korean food here. Food was legit and was a good experience previously. However, the day we came in, the waitress got my friend's order wrong as my friend wanted the bibimbap but the waitress heard something else and brought out a soup. When my friend immediately told her that isnt what she ordered, the waitress (new) proceeded to argue with my friend. I watched incredulously as things started to unfold. The waitress even asked my friend to pronounce bimbimpap again and told her she should learn how to pronounce it better. She kept arguing wirh my friend and mind you, waitess wasnt Korean or Korean American. At this point, I had to step in, as I also heard my friend say bibimbap clearly. The waitress didnt know what she was talking about and at the same time was being rude as heck to my friend. Then, my other friend shows up and orders a bibimpap. When the bibimpap is brought out, I asked her to bring some gochujang for my friend. I didnt know if my friend would like this chili paste, so wanted her to have the option to try it. The waitress again decided to argue about this and at this point, she was really testing my nerve. She said bibimpap doesn't come with gochujang and I am like thinking are you crazy, woman? I am not Korean but I have been eating Korean food for 30+ years, I know what I am talking about. She then asked me to repeat gochujang several times and I was very annoyed at this point. Its like, look lady, you dont know what youre talking about, stop sticking your foot in your mouth and come on, be nice to your customers! Because of this terrible behavior, I asked to speak to a manager, a woman came over and listened to what happened and apologized and thats how we found out she was new. I was beyond frustrated at this point. Despite the horrible service, I still left a 10% tip, but honestly the waitress deserves zilch and needed more training. The food is solid here but I wont be returning with that kind of behavior, I can choose where my money goes, and these days with it being so hard to get by, good luck to this place as I am not coming back.

My go-to dishes are the Yook Gae Jang (육개장) and the Dol Pan Bibim Bap (돌판비빔밥). We also love ordering the Eun Daegu Jorim (은대구조림). Unfortunately, they no longer allow call-ahead orders for that dish because too many people would place orders and never show up. I do wish they would consider taking payment over the phone since it takes quite a while to prepare. The restaurant gets very busy during both lunch and dinner hours, so patience is key. The staff is often short-handed, but they work hard and are constantly moving to take care of everyone as best they can. We got the complimentary banchan (side dishes), which was nice. Our favorite side dishes were the braised potatoes and the spinach. I don't love candied sweet potatoes or potatoes for that fact but these were so soft and tender. There is plenty of parking in the area, which is quite nice. We came on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't busy when we arrived. We got seated within the 10 minutes since they were setting up the tables for us. Ordering is fairly easy since they offer combos depending which meats you like more. Everything we ordered was good quality. My favorite meat cuts were the beef tongue, brisket and the intestines. If you're not into eating inside parts of animals, I would recommend getting the brisket or kalbi cuts. The Banchan (sides) were good too. They had fish cake, kimchi, pickled radish and cucumbers available. We also tried the tofu soup, steamed egg and corn cheese which all came out hot and tasted flavorful. This spot is a-la-carte, so you order off the menu and pay by items. My only downside is that they didn't have rice paper here since I don't really eat the white rice since it fills me up too quickly. Other than that, I would come back here again next time I'm visiting family. Service here was awesome too! We were checked on throughout our whole meal and the servers were friendly.

This meal was a satisfying all-you-can-eat feast that balances quality meats, traditional Korean side dishes, and crowd-pleasing appetizers, topped by superior service from Jimmy. From the moment the food arrived, the presentation set the tone. The table was quickly filled with colorful banchan (Korean side dishes), including kimchi, cucumber salad, bean sprouts, pickled radish, fish cake, and potato salad. While these sides may seem simple, they play an important role in Korean BBQ, providing contrast to the rich grilled meats. The kimchi was fresh and vibrant, with a bright red color with plenty of spice and fermentation. The appetizers looked like a strong start to the meal. The japchae (glass noodles) were well-seasoned, offering a slightly sweet and savory flavor profile. The gyoza had a crisp golden exterior, suggesting a satisfying crunch before giving way to a savory filling. One standout appetizer was the corn cheese--a bubbling skillet of sweet corn and melted cheese that looked indulgent, comforting, and impossible to resist. The fried chicken also deserves mention; the crispy coating was perfectly golden and paired with a vibrant dipping sauce that added a sweet-spicy kick. The real star, however, was the barbecue itself. The platters of raw meat has excellent variety, with beautifully marbled cuts that promised flavor before they even hit the grill. Steak, in particular, was thick-cut and rich, tender and well-marbled. Once grilled, the meat developed an appealing caramelized exterior with just the right amount of char. There is something uniquely enjoyable about cooking your own food, sharing dishes, and pacing the meal at your own speed. The tabletop grill becomes the center of the dining experience, encouraging conversation and making the meal feel more like an event than simply dinner. The restaurant's atmosphere appears casual, clean, and focused on the food. The grill setup was well-integrated into the tables, and the overall dining area looked comfortable without unnecessary distractions. The emphasis remained where it should be: on the endless flow of food. For the price point shown on the menu, the value appears excellent. The combination of unlimited appetizers, numerous beef and pork options, seafood selections, and traditional Korean side dishes offers plenty of variety. Diners can sample multiple proteins and flavors without feeling restricted to a single entrée. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned Korean BBQ enthusiast, this is a meal worth gathering friends and family around the grill for.
