Our first time here after a long work day and craving some comfort food and that to me is a bowl of noodle soup even when it's 100+degrees outside. We decided to give this recently opened pho place in Chandler a try. I wanted clear noodle for my hu tieu, but their menu is limited, and it came with the same noodles you get with pho. Broth is good and overall was good, only thing lacking in this dish for my liking is liver, which should be included in this dish.

One of the best broken rice pork chop plates I've had! Prices are a little steep at $15 every dish basically. But it's a fast casual mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant. Very friendly staff and food is good. They also do BBH!

This is a fast food concept pho spot in the Safeway plaza with only about 5 tables. I wasn't a huge fan of how busy it was and the amount of wait with only the owner running the front. People before me were waiting so long, they left. She loosely wiped down the table where it still smelled like fish sauce and debris still left on the table. I think they will need to add a couple more small tables and obviously an additional staff member. We got the pho special and vermicelli noodle with grilled pork along with spring rolls. All of the food was good. I don't think I could bring my family back until they have a better ordering process and hire more staff. The pho broth was pretty sweet. As AJ mentioned, the grilled pork was delicious. I just didn't like the wait and the process.

Food was quick, but not very tasty. Very small restaurant with only a few tables. Would eat again, but not my top choice for pho.

Feels built for takeout, not dining in - Despite all the self-service, they still ask for a tip at the register; which felt off - Staff seemed disinterested; ask a question and you're treated like an inconvenience - Casual, no-frills vibe. Got a medium or large party? You're rearranging tables yourself or splitting up Bottom line: decent food, but the service model and the tip ask don't add up. Probably won't be recommending this one.

I would definitely go here if you're looking for something new or seeking a rarer dish. They also have VERY generous portion sizing, so it's pretty good value. If you wanted something familiar like pho or rice dishes, I personally feel that other places do them better. I have a family member who went separately who said the banh khot (a rarer dish in the US) they ordered was better than the regular Vietnamese offerings. When my partner I went, service was a little slow and distracted. They currently have the World Cup games playing on the TV for both customers and themselves. I don't mind the fanfare around the excitement for the games, but the waiter did get our food order wrong due to the distraction :( The bussed tables were pretty clean, but a lot of tables were left unbussed for a very long time due to the game too. My partner and I went with the meatball and brisket pho and bun thit nuong (except this one came out wrong and was just bun cha gio). Cyclo's pho style is on the sweeter side. I was a little shocked at how sweet it was. The bowl size is huge and comes with plenty of noodles. They don't skimp. My partner's bun cha gio was okay. Cyclo is a little more special in that they put taro in their cha gio (egg rolls). We personally weren't fans of this, but it is unique. The taro gives the filling a slimier texture. Overall, my partner and I wouldn't return again for the food unless we wanted something more new, but we do love how good value Cyclo is.

In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by their growing menu and their willingness to better themselves by listening to Yelp feedback. You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. I'm excited to see the future of this establishment,
