Don't blink, or you might miss this place! This small hole in the wall serves up some of the best smoky BBQ flavors around. The inside isn't a romantic dinner for two kind of spot, but if you're here for incredible flavor, you've come to the right place. Every bite is packed with that delicious, slow-smoked BBQ taste that keeps you coming back for more. What makes the experience even better is the owner, who is friendly, fun, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The owner Bib's warm hospitality adds a personal touch that's hard to find these days. As an added bonus, we were even treated to a free drink with our meal! Sometimes the best food comes from the most unassuming places, and this spot proves it. If you're a BBQ lover, this hidden gem is definitely worth a visit

Had to return for another round. Got the brisket meal with potato salad and baked beans. Man that hit the spot! He still gives out a free soda when you order a meal. The food is delicious. Brisket was tender with that gorgeous Smokey essence. Baked beans and potato salad were great. He has this bbq sauce that's house made with some great chile. I couldn't put my finger on what Chiles he used but it was familiar. That bbq sauce was addicting. Now I want to go back just for that. I wonder if he sells bottles???

Got the combo plate with 1 meat (baby back ribs) and 2 sides (mac & cheese, potato salad). Good meal. The mac and cheese I believe uses a mild cheese. The potato salad was minimally seasoned but that made the potatoes the hero. The baby back ribs were seasoned well and you can definitely taste the smoky flavor. The BBQ sauces available were hot and regular. Surprisingly, the hot sauce was not that hot. It did have some mild acidity. The regular sauce was the perfect complement for the ribs. It had the right amount of tanginess. The toasted buns were also very good. Service was extremely friendly. Parking is available in the lot next to the restaurant.

Parking: There's tons of street side parking available which makes the restaurant accessible. Order: 2 Meat (Tri-Tip, Beef Ribs), 3 Side (Mac n Cheese, Coleslaw, Smoked Beans). Shared between 2 people Price: 43 w/ tax Overall: Owner/Pitmaster was very friendly and explained the different options as it was our first time here. He ran through the different meats and even showed up the different kielbasas that came out of the smoker. Coleslaw was amazing, personally added more pepper. Mac n Cheese was divine, nice and cheesey. Smoked beans were great but I personally would gone for two Mac n cheeses. Favorite thing was the beef ribs as it had a lot of meat :) Meal can with two small Hawaiian like buns, pickles, and BBQ sauce. Owner checked up on us which is always nice to have. If you have time come with your friends, family, or yourself for a nice meal.

Came to this spot on Whittier Blvd and had a really good experience. The owner was so nice and made us feel welcome right away, which honestly makes a big difference. Prices are fair, especially for the amount and quality of food you get. The food is amazing. You can tell it is made with care and everything had a lot of flavor. My recommendations are the brisket, the hot links, and the smoked beans. The brisket was tender and juicy, the hot links had a good flavor with a little kick, and the smoked beans were really good and something I would order again. Overall everything was on point and I will definitely be coming back.

First time at bibs ribs, and it was amazing, they have excellent food and service, you only wait about 7 mins and they have your food ready to eat they the baby back ribs and brisket and tritip and 4 side 2 mac&cheese and 1 coleslaw and 1 smoked beans and spend 54 bucks. Everything on point the taste and presentation. I will definitely come back again to this amazing, place.

If you're looking for good food and good vibes, stop by bibs! Today was my first time dining here and it didn't disappoint. The food was SO GOOD and very tender. Mac n cheese was a group favorite; it's not super wet but also not dry. Service & hospitality was top tier. It's not often that you experience genuinely nice people. Everything here is delicious! The brisket is super tender. My absolute favorite is the Mac daddy. I think about it throughout the week! It's criminal that I can only get it on the weekend.

I ordered the 2 Meat combo with Baby Back Ribs, Brisket, Mac n Cheese and Macaroni Salad It took about 25 minutes to get my food with only two other customers in the restaurant, they get a lot of phone orders so just know to be patient. With all the items except the ribs I wish they came out hotter but let's continue with the review - The Brisket was nice and tender, I feel if it was hotter my review on it would be better but it was still very good. They gave a generous amount of meat and the bbq sauce was very tasty. I would recommend it The Baby Back Ribs are a MUST order, it was very good, fell off the bone and melt in your mouth. I would definitely recommend to order this, if you like a lot of sauce I would ask for extra. The Mac and Cheese was also very good, if it was hotter it could be one of the best Mac and Cheeses I've ever had. I would recommend this for your side The Macaroni salad was very good as well, you can tell they definitely focus on their sides and don't make it as an afterthought. Overall, I highly recommend even if it's out of your way. Its prices are very competitive for what you get and it's locally owned which I always recommend to support. The ambiance is really casual, more of a grab and go place, the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be back.

We drive down from the Anaheim area just to get amazing BBQ. As you walk up, the smoky aroma welcomes you in. The service is top notch and welcoming. The bbq is what gets us coming back. Trip tip, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, links, chicken and more. This place does it right.

My friend from Whittier is also showing me best local spots like El Atacor (we've been going there so often for the past 3 months that it's not even funny) and the discount store across the street that he introduced to me a couple of weeks ago. The interior has some cool decorations, and I swear it felt so cozy like you're stepping inside someone's house. There is definitely love and care put into preparing the food they serve here, as they separately package all of the sides. I tried the brisket, tri-tip, mac and cheese, cole slaw, and BBQ beans. It was my first time trying beans in such a sweet sauce like that. I thoroughly enjoyed everything, although some cuts of the meats were definitely more tender than others. It's a local gem I otherwise would not have discovered and definitely worth visiting if you happen to be in the area.

My partner wanted to eat BBQ for his birthday and we found this spot. We traveled all the way from South Bay to this local spot to try it out. The owner greeted us gave us some suggestions. My partner doesn't eat pork so we ended up trying all of the beef options offered. We got the 3 meat plate - beef brisket, tri-tip, and ribs. The ribs were amazing!!!!!! It was a bit pully but overall the flavor, smoke, and tenderness was there. The tri tip was my least favorite perhaps bc of the fat / meat ratio but still flavorful. The sides I'm ranking from greatest to good lol. The cloleslaw was AMAZING, if you like runny sauce this is for you. Then it was the macaroni salad, again runny but good. The mac and cheese and potato salad were my least favorite (still a solid 8) but the coleslaw and mac salad were my fav!! The portions and reasonable for the price. The ambiance give you a local feel with the right hospitality. We got a rack of ribs to go to enjoy. Definitely worth the drive over. Shoutout to Manny the owner keep smoking bro!

Everything was amazing in this place. Now I see why it's a 5* should be able to put it more stars allowed. Owner is terrific dude, you can tell the difference In his style. His is west coast food. Rather than Texas BBQ. Guaranteed coming here again again and again. Very home style atmosphere food is terrific. From the sides all the way to the meats. I will ne recommending more people to come and eat here. Been to all the other spots. None of them are as good as this place. And it's in Whittier. So not a far drive. So if anyone sees this, die come to this place. Won't regret it. Price is also perfect. Very family feeling. read more

BOTTOM LINE: Definitely check out this rib joint BIB'S RIBS in Whittier. The food was amazing, the service was great and the prices were on point for good quality BBQ. PROs: This place is simple, no bs, great barbecue. It is obvious that the owner uses select pieces of meat and quality ingredients for the sides. We selected the 3 meat + 4 sides combo. We tried the brisket (DELICIOUS), chicken (MOIST & FLAVORFUL), and kielbasa link (ON POINT). We also had the Mac and cheese (TASTY), macaroni salad (VERY GOOD), and 2 orders of smoked beans (AWESOME). The meal came with 4 rolls and 2 soft drinks. We actually had enough food to enjoy the next day for lunch. The price will seem high to some, but keep in mind the quality of the meats and ingredients and the time to prepare good food. Packaging for take out was great; no leaks...but the wonderful aroma will make you hungry on your drive home CONs: None PRO TIP: Because the owner cooks everything fresh and their take out is very popular, they may run out of items; call ahead if you have a taste for something specific and to place your order if you plan to take out. Did I say that I liked this rib joint? I made a grave mistake... I LOVE this rib place. I went back for the third time in the last few months and it just never disappoints. The beef ribs are all I will eat but I see everybody ordering brisket. Those Noveau rich who want to order brisket can eat cake. His beef ribs are the Rolls-Royce on this menu in my opinion. The Lamborghini and Porsche 911 S turbo are the mac & cheese and potato salad sides . I used to always say for my last meal while on death row I would want a big Carne asada burrito with lots of red chili from King taco (before their meat quality greasily slid downhill) and a strawberry shake. Mostly because if I were on death row I would want whoever was transporting/cutting up my corpse to have a fun cleanup job. ..as a last goodbye hurrah. I digress. That has changed. Now that I feel philanthropic I feel I should give the hosts of my post life vessel a positive message of the greatest ribs around! Me and my husband were searching for a food place that can accommodate both me and him. He is a meat eater and I'm vegetarian. This place has a Vegan menu and bbq! No other like it! Great food and great hospitality from the owners whom are a husband and wife. They have great bbq platters and Vegan bowls that are delicious. The Ribs and tri-tip my husband really enjoyed . I found another cool spot to get my bar bq fix., It's a mom and pop bar bq spot servicing some delicious and tender bar bq. The portions of the food are generous, I had a brisket (japanese style) and the baby back ribs. Both meats were juicy and tender, the baby back ribs' meat just came off the bone. The bar bq sauce was on point with a good flavor and aroma. I tell you, this is THE best American bbq I have ever tried in my life! The quality of the meats to the quality and the flavors are on point. Once you come in you are greeted with a big smoker bursting with flavorful smoky bbq smell. Once you enter, you order your food at the register and they bring you your food. One word fire. I had the 2 peace combo with baby backs /brisket. It also came with three sides. I had beans, potato salad, and coleslaw and everything was great. Highly recommended. Found this place on yelp, looking for new and good bbq spot. We ordered brisket, tri-tip, pulled pork, with a side of coleslaw, potato salad, Mac and cheese and pork beans. I have to say this was an amazing meal. Everything was so delicious it really tasted like a homemade meal, not at all commercialized like some of spots we've had. Manny was a very nice humble man. My family and I had dinner here today and wow! They were quick, attentive and so nice. Manny the owner and cook along with his wife have only been open 5 months but you would have thought they've been here for years. The portions are big and the variety is awesome. They're only open on weekends and they have a vegan menu. We love supporting small businesses especially those who deserve it, this is one of those places. Gotta give it a try. read more

It's usually impossible to stop during rush hour, but since it was Sunday I finally went in. I called her right away and she told me exactly what she wanted: pork ribs and chicken links. I got the 3-meat plate (added chicken for myself) with potato salad, coleslaw & mac and cheese. WOW. I've never had BBQ like this before. Everything was packed with flavor and made with such obvious care. The meats were incredibly tender and melted in your mouth and every single side we had was simply perfect. Everything I've tried is made to order, fresh, delicious, and while I wish the prices were cheaper (also wish rent, gas, groceries was cheaper...) they're not unreasonable for the quality AND quantity. This has been my favorite lunch spot and I look forward to every visit. Apologies to the owner for the unreasonable Yelp reviewers, this business genuinely does not deserve that. Casual cozy corner lunch spot…read more I'll be honest, I'm a bit jealous of the surrounding offices in this plaza. Top Ten Menu is the only eating establishment in the business park so it easily provides the supply for the demand - a good lunch spot, with plentiful indoor seating and optional outdoor seating in a cool, shaded corner. I'd love to work in this plaza just to be able to enjoy a quiet, tranquil lunch with some fresh food and fresh air. Got lunch for some coworkers and myself and our total came out to $47 and some change. We ordered a: turkey avocado sandwich, 1 beef bibambap bowl, and 2 fish tacos a la carte. Averages to about $15/person - solid, especially for the quality. I can't vouch for the sandwich or tacos as I did not personally try them (thanks for sharing guys, /s) but I will say the bibambap bowl was a massive hit for me. Thing was enormous. I lift weights (slight flex on y'all) but means my appetite is a little higher than average. I still managed to get two meals out of the bowl. It was jam packed with veggies, an egg, beef, all on a bed of rice. Whole thing was beautifully seasoned you wouldn't even know you're eating mostly vegetables. I added jalapeños to mine - and it goes great, nice little kick to the whole dish. Only sucky thing is that this dish is only available on Wednesdays - but I suppose that adds to the appeal slightly as it's worth the wait. Also makes for a nice treat if you're like me and don't like eating out too often. I'm really glad I finally got to try bibambap - and happy to report my first experience with it highly exceeded expectations and I was incredibly happy with the quality, quantity, and overall flavor of the bowl. Also came with a side of miso soup - my favorite! Had tons of tofu so I was super full after lunch and had leftovers as I was unable to finish the bibambap bowl entirely. Interior was clean and spacious. Service was smooth - ordered ahead, then just paid at the front. Overall, great experience and look forward to trying more from the diverse menu. I could see this place getting more business if it was inside of a mall food court or an airport lounge. Probably best to make this into a food truck instead of a stand alone place in Whittier.

I usually don't eat much, but these fries were so good I kept going back for more--they were that flavorful.
