Once I added the BBQ sauce they provided, though, it became a delicious combination. The mac and cheese was creamy, while the potato salad was refreshing and flavorful. The bark on the brisket was so good, nice smoke ring and tasted like they use the classics SPG seasoning. Meat was tender and delicious. Turkey was juicy and full of flavor. Our platter came with brisket, pulled pork, and ribs (they were sold out of sausage and turkey) so we were told they would add more portions to meats served and got 4 sides two baked beans and two mac and cheese. But I caught the cashier lady with dark long hair coughing and trying to conceal it into the collar of her shirt without washing her hands.
