[[HIGHLIGHT]]Top Ten Menu is the only eating establishment in the business park so it easily provides the supply for the demand - a good lunch spot, with plentiful indoor seating and optional outdoor seating in a cool, shaded corner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'd love to work in this plaza just to be able to enjoy a quiet, tranquil lunch with some fresh food and fresh air.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Got lunch for some coworkers and myself and our total came out to $47 and some change. We ordered a: turkey avocado sandwich, 1 beef bibambap bowl, and 2 fish tacos a la carte. Averages to about $15/person - solid, especially for the quality. I can't vouch for the sandwich or tacos as I did not personally try them (thanks for sharing guys, /s) but I will say the bibambap bowl was a massive hit for me. Thing was enormous. I lift weights (slight flex on y'all) but means my appetite is a little higher than average. I still managed to get two meals out of the bowl. It was jam packed with veggies, an egg, beef, all on a bed of rice. Whole thing was beautifully seasoned you wouldn't even know you're eating mostly vegetables. I added jalapeños to mine - and it goes great, nice little kick to the whole dish. Only sucky thing is that this dish is only available on Wednesdays - but I suppose that adds to the appeal slightly as it's worth the wait. Also makes for a nice treat if you're like me and don't like eating out too often. I'm really glad I finally got to try bibambap - and happy to report my first experience with it highly exceeded expectations and I was incredibly happy with the quality, quantity, and overall flavor of the bowl. Also came with a side of miso soup - my favorite! Had tons of tofu so I was super full after lunch and had leftovers as I was unable to finish the bibambap bowl entirely. This is quite the sleeper restaurant. Located in a business complex in an unassuming building, Top Ten Menu has delivered meals that are straight heat *three consecutive fire emojis followed by a 100 emoji* I had their Turkey Avocado Sandwich two days in a row just because one time wasn't enough. Second time was just as good as the first time. This was also probably the first time I've ever gone out of my way to order a sandwich knowing full well that I could order something else in the menu. I'm usually not a sandwich guy. The bread was crunchy, the cheese was cheesy, bacon doing its thing, and the grilled turkey had no business of being that good. If I had an infinite amount of money, I'd probably just be ordering that for lunch everyday until I throw up and order something else. Most of the time I only see one person behind the counter, whom I assume is the business owner. That man is handling business like there's no tomorrow. Top Ten definitely is 10/10. In, the owner, was so kind enough to let me have a sample of Japchae (stir fried noodles made from potato with mixed veggies) and it was amazing!!! I ordered a cheeseburger combo and per usual you get fries and a soft drink with it. Thank goodness this excellent establishment has the old fashion soda fountain rather than those 100+ soda machines that just taste like your child decided to put everything they like in 1 cup. Plus everything you need is available to you. Salt n pepper on the tables and ketchup available. Why is that so hard to find nowadays. Let's talk burger; THAT SHI WAS SO GOOD!! If you are a big burger fan like me you would appreciate the ratio of everything and on top of that IT WAS SEASONED! The flavor profile of it was top tier and it surprised me. Let's talk fries; Crispy outside, soft fluffy on the inside and again THEY WERE SEASONED!! Perfect fry/ burger ratio. Overall, This place is the spot to go. really nice food in an unassuming strip mall. review would be easily four stars if i felt their pricing was transparent. prices are on the higher end, and do not match the online menu. one of the menu video boards was not working, including all sandwiches. i was charged $14.99 for the turkey avocado sandwich, which is large, but had no chips included. i returned after walking to my car to ask if it was meant to include chips and was told it was not. given that it's currently listed at $12.99 with chips online, i think they'd do well to better update/communicate their menu. now the good, the sandwich was really flavorful, lots of avocado but plenty of layers of flavor. turkey, avocado, bacon, two types of cheese... a truly excellent sandwich. you could definitely split it if you had a side. the bibimbap bowl was really good too, a decent amount of meat as you'd expect at the $15.99 price point. i'll probably return to try more stuff but i hope the menu is better communicated going forward read more

Found this place and really enjoy trying new things on their menu as everything is delicious. But I have to say quite disappointed in the amount they give you for their tuna sandwich. Owner said they put 4 oz of tuna but it was really more like a thin layer of Jam spread This is the second time I ordered it after mentioning and they said they would give me extra tuna and this is what I got. :( ** looks nothing like in the pictures that was taken by them. The chowder is really good as well. half tuna sandwich and soup for $15.. so with the tuna being so skimped I wouldn't recommend this combo as it's NOT worth the price. read more

Had the grilled chicken burge +combo..... very well seasoned and bread buttery soft. Would hold back on amount of secret sauce used (their version of thousand island dressing) but overall would order again. Fries are seasoned well and cooked crisp. Love this mom and pop spot in Santa Fe Springs, staff are friendly. I've had their tuna sandwich, cheeseburger combo, fish & chips with homemade tarter sauce, and clam chowder so far and are amazing! The clam chowder is loaded with all the stuff, the soup has a thick consistency which I like, and it reheats very well. Fantastic, I had the double cheeseburger with fries. It was delicious, the bread is soft and not just your common plain sesame bun, reminded me of Hawaiian bread.
