i went there with a friend and was disappointed. they had birds (which could not fly), bunnies,…read moreferrets, guinea pigs and hamsters in display cases with open tops that anyone could grab. kids were man handling them and staff did nothing. these cases of hamsters were over crowded greatly and they were terrified. a girl dropped one a few feet and staff did nothing. i even watched the staff themselves man handle multiple hamsters and nearly dropping them. what broke my heart was the puppies. 2-3 of them stuffed in these small boxes with metal grates to stand on. they were given small blankets and a single plastic chew toy. these poor babies were clearly not happy and borderline depressed. they had no water bowls but HAMSTER WATER BOTTLES for them. staff clearly does not care enough about these animals. they had no where near enough room in these boxes and most wouldn't even get up they just laid there as person after person walked by. one of them ate its own feces. alongside that most had feces all over themselves and they were chewing on the metal. a boxer and a beagle were put into one of these cages and couldn't move around properly and next to them was an even bigger dog that could barely stretch out. in the 25/30 mins i was there i saw 4 puppies vomit and most tried to eat it. all of those animals are not properly cared for nor are they handled with care. the animals in the display cases looking things were being picked up put down over and over. i pet a few and all were shaking. i hope this place gets shut down for neglect because these animals do not deserve this.

Our lab had been going since he was a puppy. Doesn't have a mean bone in his body--family, friends, and strangers have commented on his sweet disposition. 7 Paws even told us he plays with dogs others won't play with. Needless to say we were surprised when they twice claimed he was aggressive with another dog. He's never displayed ANY aggression and they couldn't say what happened or why. Besides, many times he came home with scabs and it never was a concern of theirs then. There are also no webcams available to the public. It left us questioning the staff's level of training and the level of supervision overall. After the second "incident", with no previous warning, we got two differing stories from different workers on what to expect for any future visit. I wish I could say this was the first time we received mixed messages. We reached out twice for clarification--no response. I was shocked when I next picked him up and found he was in a room the size of a closet for the whole visit. He was crying, desperate to go outside and do his business, and based on how much water he needed was very dehydrated. If they replied with clear details and he was clearly in the wrong, I'd be calling our trainer to work on the issue. But no communication leaves me wondering if there isn't a good explanation. After that last visit I worry they just don't care. I guess we'll find another place that does.

You can tell she has a genuine love of animals and our dog loved her from the first session. Each time she came, my dog was happy to see her and after each session, my dog slept better and seemed more comfortable and at ease than before her session. Julie always got back to us very quickly for scheduling sessions, answering questions and checking up to see how our dog was doing. When our dog had a rough vet visit, we texted Julie and she made time in her schedule to come out to help her. She is kind, compassionate and professional and I would highly recommend her!

The store is clean and provides a variety of dog & cat items (from treats, pet food, baked goods to accessories). We appreciated the samples for our dog prior to buying and that they have soo many freeze dry food items. We use freeze dry toppers to mix with our dog's kibble. The costs were average price and they have deals depending on when you go. The most important is that they have the items we need in stock. We'll be back if we are in the area or want to try some new treats or dog food.
