We recently lost two of our beloved pets within a month of each other. Because of their mounting medical issues, I had been planning for their passing for a while. I did a lot of research, as well as speaking with both of our vets (North Shore Family Pet Hospital and Northshore Mobile Veterinary Services), and determined All Paws would most likely be who handled their final arrangements. They came highly recommended, having worked with both of our vets and helping several other neighbors. We're both really satisfied with that choice. When we had our cat humanely euthanize at the vet, after an aggressive mouth cancer was discovered, All Paws was contracted through the vet to take care of her remains. While bittersweet, we very much appreciate how well the cremains were presented, and in a timely fashion. Because they had done so well, we definitely trusted them when our dog's final days approached. Our dog passed away in our arms, ahead of her scheduled appointment, and All Paws opened early so we could deliver her ourselves. They were very helpful once we arrived, very professional, and also offered a lot of comfort and support as we grieved. When came back to pick her cremains up, we were - once again - very satisfied with at the job they did. All Paws did their jobs very well, and helped us out during very difficult times in our life. I have been using All Paws for years. They have never failed me and it was nice to see how it has improved from back in the day. I have physically dropped off cats, rabbits & Rats. As well went through my vet with the ones that passed at the clinic. Mike was super helpful and had me drop off my cat with Brandon, who was super nice. I like how the cremation is now VIP period. Before they asked you if you wanted VIP or not. The paw print sure got way better too and the selection of urns. Way to step up your game. read more

It's hard to even write this but I feel the need to. All Paws was able to get us in last minute on the same morning I called inquiring about pricing. Chris who helped us there was so nice and understand during one of the worst days of our lives. The next day her ashes were already ready for pick up. I want so badly to give this place more than 2 stars, I really do. I hate giving bad reviews anywhere, and considering that this review is showing up as the only review for All Paws despite there are already several other reviews, I feel even worse, but I'm disappointed and this needs to be said. I recently used All Paws after my dog, Chocolate, passed. He was diagnosed with cancer, and rather than prolong his pain, we opted to put him down instead. All Paws is trusted by our family vet, so when our dog passed, his body was picked up by them. Our family vet gave us an estimate for All Paws' cremation services, both partial and individual cremation as well as the price for a beautiful clay mold with our dog's paw print. I was told I would receive his remains and the paw print on a later date. Today, less than two weeks later (great turn around time as I was estimated a full two weeks), I picked up his remains and the print from our family vet. His remains and the print were placed in a nice box decorated with little paw prints. Included was a certificate with his cremation information. Overall, the presentation of the remains really made the situation less uncomfortable. It was already overwhelming to have to go pick up Chocolate's remains after work, and to avoid looking at a really harsh container of cremains would have made the ride home even worse. What really brings down the number of stars in this review is the quality of the paw print. The certificate and the packaging was nicely presented, but the paw print made me livid. I was told the print would be a beautiful keepsake, and instead looks very rushed and sad. His toes (digital pads) are imprinted at the center of the circular clay mold and the center (metacarpal) pad is hanging off the edge, which looks like they had to make two attempts to get his paw print completely on there. I also found several white hairs lingering in the bag. I've spent some time reading previous reviews about this place and most of them seem very good. Those people and the other anonymous people posting pictures of their pets' paw prints seem so pleased, but I just feel ripped off and hurt. This makes me worry about the amount of respect paid to my dog. Yes, he may have just been a dog, but he was a beloved family member and deserved to be treated with the respect the All Paws website claims to give. tl;dr - The All Paws people seem like good people trying to consider people's feelings, but man, did I get the short end of the stick here read more

I was very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and compassion of All Paws. I found them through Google and went directly to their location, not through a vet. They were very easy to work with. The process was very quick and simple. They were very upfront about all services and fees. They have decorative urns and jewelry available but absolutely no up selling or pressure to purchase them. Examples of the footprints were on display so you knew exactly what to expect. I wasn't quite certain what to expect with a pet cremation but Matt and his team were very helpful. It's a very sad and emotional time when you lose a pet, they did a great job making this experience as good as it could be. I would highly recommend their services to friends and family. read more

My family lost our beautiful baby Maverick March 1st he was 16 and a half. We used all paws before when we lost our cat. We went back to them because they are amazing. We brought our baby in wrapped in my sons blanket that he wanted him to go to heaven with. They were wonderful the receptionist came over and pet him saying how beautiful he is. they brought out a gurney because he was a big dog and helped us pick out his urn. they gave us time to snuggle and say our finale goodbyes. As we were walking out the door and they were wheeling him into the back room he was petting my sweet boy on the head. He didn't know I saw it, but that is just how they are. They understand this was not just some pet it was a loved family member. Even though he was gone they treated Maverick with love and gentle care. He was cremated wrapped in the blanket and I know they took sweet loving care of him. I couldn't ask for more. It was devastating to lose him, but they got our boy back to us in 24 hours. They are so loving and kind. They really are amazing and can't thank them enough for all they did. read more

Our darling cat died. We were unhappy with the medical care he received, and obviously totally devastated by his loss, as he was the sweetest thing on four legs. The person who took care of us here was the kindest person in our cat's poor journey. He was kind and showed true compassion. Moreover, we called several crematoria shortly after our cat died and he was the only one who said we could come straight along and get him cremated immediately. My vet recommended All Paws in October of 2010, when one of my dogs died suddenly. I had never cremated a pet before and was afraid I would not be getting my dog's actual remains, as generally crematoriums put many people's pets together, and we get a mixture of ashes, instead of ONLY our own pet's remains. My vet assured me that while this is common, if I requested a different process (and paid MUCH more for that process, of course) I could believe in the honesty of this crematorium. He said he had visited their location, had seen the facility and its number of "rooms" for processing a client's request. Cremation is not inexpensive for a facility, so asking for a personal/singular process would of course be more costly. But I felt it was worth risking that this would be an honest place, and I could only hope that all these assurances were to be trusted. So I paid for the private plan. Within a few days my dog's remains were back at my vet's office. I received a velvet package with a lovely note and a little certificate, and based on my vet's strong belief, and his visits at times to All Paws, I felt hopeful I had gotten what I had asked for. Just this past February I could see the day had come to let go my next beloved dog...this time I called All Paws and talked directly with them about my past experience with them, and my still strong fears that I would pay for the special cremation, but not really get my girl's cremains back. I will never know for sure that ANY place really does what they promise, but felt my concerns were heard with a loving ear, and was assured there was no desire to betray my trust. When, the following day, I had to make my decision, I was again assured by my veterinary office that this was a great place, and that the pickup and return would be as efficient as the prior time. Again, within two days of this sad event, I had my pet's remains, again in a box inside a velvet bag. I had been offered the chance to choose urns, but was content with the package I had had before. We CAN also go directly to their location and be present for this process, but as they are rather far, I chose to trust. If I had gone directly there myself, I would be able to give the full five stars. But I was very pleased with the treatment I have received thus far, and maybe this well be helpful to someone else. read more

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My pet was sent to be cremated on 8/8. Ten days later, I called my vets office to find out where my ashes were. I was informed that instead of my pet being treated with respect and dignity, she was instead cremated along with other animals. I was told that I couldn't be guaranteed that any ashes that I receive would be my pet's. This is not the final memory that I should have for my pet. I am speechless about All Paws. I can't come up with the proper words to say how great they are. We had to put our cat down as he was so sick and miserable. All paws was so helpful, understanding and extremely sympathetic. We got our boy back the next day in the container we asked for along with the Certification of Cremation, with his name on it and the date. I would like to recommend All Paws for your pet cremation needs. I was hesitant to use a private cremation place, but it was well worth it. They have individual furnaces to ascertain that the ashes you get are your pet's. I took my sister's pet which was more of a family pet to be cremated there and from my arrival I was very satisfied, actually, impressed with their set up. Mike (one of the owners) greeted me promptly, gave me a couple of more minutes pay my last respects to Pepi and looked for scissors so that I could take a couple of locks back for my sister. The place has a very nice waiting room, nicely decorated. very clean and inviting. So I was very comfortable while waiting for my pet's ashes which I received very promptly. From what I gathered from my conversation with Mike, All Paws started out precisely to make sure their clients get a service like no other. I wish I was more eloquent to be able to accurately convey my high level of satisfaction with All Paws. I recommend them unconditionally. read more
