I took my 12 speed in on 6/21/18 to check the front brakes. The technician examined them, I noted that the pads were not activating equally, He told me that an adjustment was $25 but that it would be about 7 days to pick it back up. Since I want to use the bike on the weekend I took it to the bicycle shop in Woodinville. The technician there examined the brakes and noticed that the tensioner spring was out of position. He put it back in the proper place and showed me what had happened, and sent me on my way in two minutes with no charge. Enough said read more

They definitely do up sell like going to the mechanic but that's because they identify lots of problems that other shops wouldn't even mention. Came in to get air in my tires and found out there were 5 problems with my bike that would cost around $110. Plus side is that I know these are issues now. They also cleaned and greased my chain for free which was a nice perk. I'll probably come back. read more

The kid's bike had a shot back tire, needed tubes, water bottle cages and some spare nuts/caps. The people there were friendly, helpful and cost conscious about what I needed. Worse experience from a bike shop ever! Went for a ride today and noticed my gear was skipping. Saw the place and I went in just for them to check and adjust my derailleur since I did not bring any tools. While my bike is being check, I was surprised when the guy from a register started taking my info. Come to find out I was getting charge $28 For a quick derailleur adjustment? Ridiculous! I've been going to this place for years for purchases, including my mountain bike. They've always been friendly and helpful. Recently I had a problem after just few days with a purchase that broke. Probably part my fault using too much force, but mainly cheap design by the manufacture. They took it back without any problems. read more

This has been my favorite bike shop while living in the PNW. It's in an unassuming location in a strip mall, which threw me off a bit at first, but I've been very happy with them. I bought a few bikes here over the last couple of years, had my bikes serviced by mechanics, and had a bike fit on my road bike and have had positive experiences across the board. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and their Sunday group ride has been a nice way to meet other cyclists and try new routes. Overall, it's a great LBS in the Everett/Mill Creek area. read more

These guys are great! I incidentally left my bike there for a long period of time and they were so good natured about it when I came to pick it up today. I went in today because the tires on my Bob stroller were flat. They were extremely helpful. They put air in the tires and fixed a minor problem on one of the tires. The price was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend them! read more

Stopped by this place and explained (begged) that my husband was out at sea with the Navy, and could they please help me! They had the bike put together in a matter of minutes, and free of charge! I'm shocked that I'm the first to review this shop. I've bought four bikes there and countless parts. The shop employees are knowledgable, but helpful and not arrogant. You won't find racks of Colnagos and other boutique items. They stock Specialized and Trek and have a good inventory of up to date parts and accessories. Probably 15% road 30% BMX and 55% Mountain Bike. If I'm looking for bikes or parts, or if I just want to browse without being pestered (like at Gregg's) this is my favorite shop in Snohomish County. read more

I dropped my bike off on a Thursday to get tuned up. The guy that took my bike in (Ryan) was polite and courteous. I was told it would be ready the next morning 1st thing. They gave me a price of $115. I don't remember if it was before or after that quote I asked to have the hand grips replaced as well. I was told they were $10. I stopped by the next morning and my bike was still on the stand so I went and did some shopping and came back at 1145 it was just being started on. I told them what I was told that it would be ready the next morning first thing somebody get snippy with me and told me in a nasty tone that I was told that I would be called when it was ready. I got a call later that day. I work 2nd shift so I could not pick it up I would plan on going away for the weekend and riding the bike which now I couldn't do I went in to pick up my bike Monday morning first thing and they told me the bill was $148 and change. I called the owner and someone from the original Bike Shop got back to me and told me they would refund the $10 for the grips if I wanted the extra $10 for the grips warranty issue because I don't remember whether I had asked for those before or after but $10 is not the difference of $115 to $148 and the late service and the attitude I got there is what was the problem. Save yourself time and money find a better place to get your bike worked on. I gave it 2 stars because the work seems to be ok that they did. read more

My husband went to purchase our son his first real bike after mastering the balance bike, he knew what he wanted and the employee got it for him without up selling or pressure. They said to bring our son and his bike in if we needed it adjusted or anything. I took them up on that the next day. The employee adjusted my son's bike to fit and had him test it. I had to wait a few minutes while he helped another customer before finishing up my son's bike, but it didn't seem to bug the employees in there that my 2 and 4 year boys were being less than quiet during that time. This was all great, but what really sealed it was an hour later, after my son fell off his bike, the handle bars and wheel post were tweaked and it wasn't rideable so we hopped in the car and headed back. Another employee immediately straightened it out and put it up on the counter and tightened everything. It's good to know that when you spend good money, you are still taken care of after the sale. read more
