The last to times I was there he wasn't in even though it said open. He is very apologetic when this happens so that makes up for the fact. He helped me order panniers and racks. He custom fit my front rack and had to send back the panniers as the company had sent the wrong ones. He took it into his own hands to order everything for me and was a huge help.
