The owner says he pays 2% fees on avg and that is not true. Interstate rates that are mandatory eat up that 2% and profit is then added with swipe fees and a lot more. He probably does 10 - 20k a month. Peanuts. My place does just shy of 8 million in CC/Debits a year. HE DOES NOT PAY 2% and he certainly can't read his statements right ---the processor sneaks them in. In any event if you want a lazy dude to kind give you some service than this is your place. It is run down and sketch people around the store. I went to two shops and had good and knowledgeable service. I spent $2450 without the accessories added. This guys condones his doofus employees and then defends them. GO ELSEWHERE

Instead, they chipped and gouged my frame in numerous areas, causing more damage then 2 seasons at Silver Mt Bike park. On top of that, when I suggested (validly) that a small amount of time masking the area they were working on could have prevented the damage, I was cursed at and gaslit by none other then the manager Dan himself. This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. If you care about your bike at all find a better shop, any of them out there are better then this joke of a business.

TL;DR: Solid dudes, quality service, affordable pricing, excellent vibes! They've definitely earned…read moremy trust and loyalty, which is not something I give lightly. I've only been mountain biking for maybe 10 months and have stumbled through everything with little to no direction besides random google searches. I know next to nothing about my bike besides how to stay on it (most of the time) and they've been super patient with answering all my newbie questions without making me feel dumb for asking. I've never felt over sold and even when I couldn't cover an upgrade I wanted at the first service, Josh still got stuff ordered and my bike prepped for when I was ready. They get me in quick, get work done by the promised time, and are very easy to work with. One of the things I am most stoked about was switching to tubeless but my tires weren't compatible and I'm clueless about shopping for pretty much anything bike related so I had to just blindly trust that they'd hook me up with the right stuff. I am SO happy I did because the improvement was immediately noticeable and I'm way more confident leaning the bike now that I don't have to be afraid of it sliding out from under me. In my experience, purchasing something blind and actually getting something that exceeds your expectations doesn't happen often these days and I think it speaks for their honesty and knowledge. I've also been on a couple of their shop rides and Morgan (and the rest of the group too) has done an awesome job making me feel welcomed and introducing me to local trails. It just shows how much they care about fellow cyclists and want to encourage everyone to get out there, feel supported, learn, and have fun.

You can tell they really care about their customers! I would recommend anybody and everybody here for a bike fit, new bike, bike accessories, any triathlon needs, swimming needs, etc!
