I purchased a 2018 Cat XQ350 Geenrator for $27,500. This was purchased from Bidadoo via ebay. The purchase was made in 2022 when the generator was supposedly just 4 years old. It needed a minor repair. Just required a new muffler as the old one had blown. I tested the geenrator on arrival and all seemed OK. I was planning to use this generator when I had finished building my commercial building as there was no utility power available. However, once the building was completed I managed to get power from the utility company so the generator was no longer needed. I fired it up again to take pictures of it running and I relisted the item on ebay. This was 2025 by then so I was selling a supposedly 7 year old unit and expected to get very close what I paid for it.. About 2 weeks into the listing, I had a number of interested buyers. However, one contacted me and there was no way the engine (inside the towable unit) was just 7 years old. He stated that it was over 20 years old. I then went over every inch of the unit and found a date plate showing the date of manufacturer od 1993 instead of 2018. So this unit was a full TWENTY FIVE years older than it was represented to myself when I purchased it. Luck I had not sold the unit, else I was likely have been on the receiving end of a lawsuit. I contacted Bidadoo, expecting them to apologize for their mistake, collect the unit, and refund my purchase price in full. They did an investigation for a week. They then told me that the seller had no idea the unit was 25 years older than stated. That made no difference to me as it was Bidadoos desription and year of manufacturer that I relied on, not the supposed 3rd party seller. They said that all they would offer would be to resell the unit for me but I would have the eat the difference in the sales price of a now 33 year old unit as opposed to a 7 uear old unit. Of course I refused this and have been forced to launch legal action against them. The seller is liable for a material misprepressentation until the statute of limitation runs out, which in my case is 3 years. I would advise other reader to steer clear of this company. Absolutely impossible to reach! They require a call or email 24 hours ahead of pickup, but you can never get an email answer, and you can hold for an entire 8 hour day, and never get through. Actually did this, left a phone line having called them, it sat for over 8 hours with no answer, just hold music! I wind up looking up the company that is at the pickup address, hit or miss, but sometimes you can get an answer and get things loaded that way...but Bidadoo does not volunteer info on the sellers! Their freight quote department completely failed this time causing me much wasted time and energy as well as a missed opportunity on an item I was very interested in. I purchased a forklift off of Ebay that was listed as In working condition. It took almost a month to receive the forklift and when it arrived it was dead-on-arrival. The forklift was unable to be offloaded due to being inoperable. The delivery driver had to take the unit to a forklift repair facility in order to be offloaded. Repairs were needed in excess of $2000 in order to get the unit running. I contacted Bidado and they stated that they would not help because they warranty agreement states that they must be contacted within 14-days of the sale.. Don't let these fake reviews with 5 stars sway your opinion of this company. We bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox from them off ebay that was described as being in "excellent condition" a 9/10, with no mechanical problems. In an effort to do due diligence, we hired a certified professional mobile mechanic to inspect the vehicle before we paid for it, and lucky for us we didn't. #1 The moment our mechanic started up the car and revved the engine, the check engine light, as well as other lights illuminated on the dash indicating a mechanical problem. (see photo). #2 The vehicle had an oil leak, and had literally no oil on dipstick when it was checked for a reading. Upon further inspection it was clear that the vehicle has an oil leak. (see photo) #3 There was damage to the front of the vehicle that was definitely not disclosed in the description and the photos in the listing do not appear to accurately show the condition. See attached photo. #4 There was damage to the back cargo area not listed. The photos in the ebay listing were unclear. The stereo speaker was ripped and had 2 holes, there was also a large hole in the floor of the cargo area. (None of this disclosed in their listing. They said they would cancel the sale-- because clearly this car was not a 9/10 and not in any condition to drive anywhere... but they didn't-- and this is how they have 100% positive feedback. They refuse to cancel your sale(s) on ebay, so you get a strike on your account for non-payment. They stop answering your calls, and emails and just ghost you until you go away. The moment you try to leave them negative feedback on ebay, it gets immediately erased, because you can't leave feedback on an unpaid item. This is an ebay policy. That's their scam. They look like a fantastic company with great feedback-- all a total sham. I tried to bid on an auction with Bidadoo Auctions and was denied because of two vehicles I bought from them in 2016. They say everything is good and OK on the vehicles and in reality they are NOT. Both vehicles I bought had problems and one of them had rats that had ate through part of the wiring harness. I too purchased something on eBay (my favorite place to shop) and I also had a problem, but the problem was verifiably the shipper. The first thing they did was offer a refund. No, I wanted to wait to see if it showed up, it didn't and I received my refund. Abdi and I exchanged numerous emails tracking down my undelivered order after a few days later he emailed and the shipper found my order, (I was glad cause I wanted it) and 2 days later DELIVERED... Aug2022- Bidadoo listed a Polaris ATV as running good with full itemized diagnostic and video of it driving around. I won the auction and wire transferred the funds. Shortly after I noticed the VIN# did not match the year/engine size within the auction description. They claimed it was an 'internal error' and the engine was much smaller size 300cc vs the listed 500cc. I drove across the state to pickup the ATV and while inspecting the ATV the engine seized up and overheated, there was absolutely no engine oil present! I have contacted Bidadoo several times their auction details & inspection must have been wrong if the most basic engine oil present wasn't checked. Bidadoo has refused to do any engine repairs. Filling complaints with eBay, Better Business Bureau, and more! Horrible company who will attempt to offer $200 to shut up and go away. read more

Not good. We bought equipment off eBay. Posting stated: A) freight from Washington B)$25 processing fee C) could get freight quote. Was quoted $550 D) more accurate shipping cost will be entered at time of sale After sale couldn't pay until shipping was entered. They entered $25. Then we was told to come pick it up. Nothing was stated about local pick up. We then was told it could be shipped for $750 plus, $75 pallet plus,another $25 handling fee then asked where it was going. (Item purchased was only $750. Quoted by others afterwards to ship $280) Where it's going? How you quote price before knowing? We then was just sent money back wrapped up in eBay limbo. No discussions. I called. They said,"Too bad. Should've read posting." Which I explained I did. I wasn't the one deflecting from it. Extremely dishonest. To make matters worse, Ebay colludes with them to defraud customers as well by silently removing negative reviews. I bought a polaris ranger UTV they described as " working well " for $4600. they had 20K+ perfect reviews so I figured it was low risk. Unfortunately when the vehicle arrived it smoked heavily and overheated three times in the space of about 8 blocks, blowing coolant everywhere. I had to leave it by the side of the road for hours so I could get it to limp home. When I left negative feedback (being careful to not violate ebay's ToS re: profanity,personal insults) the feedback immediately disappeared. When I contacted ebay to figure out why the feedback was removed, they said they couldn't tell me but that I could contact a 3rd party they use ("Netneutrals") to open a case. Netneutrals instead told me that unless the *seller* opened a case they could not tell me why *my* feedback was removed. WTF. How does that make any sense whatsoever? From what I can tell ebay is colluding with certain high volume sellers to defraud customers. If anyone launches a class action suit to go after them, count me in. read more

My company had two pieces of equipment, one worth about 3-4K and the other worth about 8-9K, both listed through Bidadoo. One ended up selling for $1,000 and after all their fees, our profit was a joke. The second one didn't sell on their market place and after talking to the rep, I made sure they wouldn't list our last piece of equipment as consignment. When I checked the listing, I found they still listed as consignment. After reading more reviews and comparing to our experience, Bidadoo doesn't seem to profit so much by selling your stuff at a higher price as much as they do from all the fees they tack on at the end. I just wish I had seen all the bad reviews before using them. read more

I have done business with Bidadoo, a deere excavator I bought and I had shipped arrived with a bad transmission and several other issues although it was all listed good on their inspection. Keep in mind shipping was thousands of dollars as this item was only available in Cali. So their dishonesty and misrepresentation of item cost me thousands of dollars and I took a big loss on this. Second item I bought was misrepresented and missing parts. Their hundred percent ratings are fake; they are in cahoots with eBay, I left negative feedback and all negative feedback is erased as soon as it's posted, bidding on items I see 0 rated buyers placing bids on Saturdays and day of auction (these accounts only have history bidding on Bidadoo items, (look for yourself at bids) so a fair auction is questionable, but as I mentioned nothing is done by eBay, I believe eBay has interest or partial ownership in this company, I have complained about this and nothing is done. I have bought equipment from bidadoo a handful of times now. I have always had a good experience. They accurately describe the equipment and do a good job with photos and descriptions. The last piece I purchased I went out and picked it up myself and was impressed at how the employees went above and beyond with help and genuinely enjoyed their job. I wasn't going to fast on my end and I felt like I was holding them up but they were kind and never said a word I was too slow. The location I was at was Bristol Pennsylvania. I couldn't be happier as a customer. I bought a cushman 1600 xd utv from them on may 17 2018 and after calling them on several occasions to get title all i've got is a big run around telling me there sending me a PDF file on the computer. Well the BMV doesn't take photocopies of anything. Don't try and leave a negative feedback on Ebay they are in collusion together to take away any neutral or negative that show up on the feedback. I am pleased to report that this is my second time bidding and purchasing a piece of equipment on Bidadoo via e bay. This particular time there was a hard to find problem with the equipment that was undetected when the machine was inspected and put up for auction. After receiving the machine the problem occurred. I reached out to Bidadoo to explain the problem. I included video documentation of the defect. Within hours Bidadoo put me in contact with Kevin the area rep. We discussed a solution and they stood behind the sale and went over and above to make sure the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. He even stopped by to make sure the unit was working to my satisfaction. Good on them and I will recommend them to anyone that wants a great deal on used equipment read more
