I love a dive bar and Biddy Early's was one of my favorites in Boston. There is memorabilia all over the walls and locals all sitting at the bar. I got an IPA which was delicious and had several great conversations with people at the bar. There is an underlying smell of a true bar and there is some type of lottery thing everyone is talking about but all together if you like a dive bar you will love this place.

Came to BE's for some wings with a colleague . This is everything a Boston pub should be : no frills , TVs , casual abs great eats. We ordered wings n fires and they were amazing . Crispy fries and flavorful wings ! Service is very Boooooston as expected .

My favorite dive bar in Boston. I love coming here with friends and just having a good time. I've met some cool people and the bartenders are awesome. Every comment about the suits in the bar are accurate haha I tried the food for the first time because I usually get there after 10pm. It was good and perfect for the bar. Definitely would order the mozzarella sticks and wings again before the kitchen closes. It's downtown so parking is almost non existent. I either walk here or take the train. Stop by if you're ever in the area!!

A classic spot downtown. No fuss but a fun time. ID checked at the door and then you try to find a seat. Good beers and simple mixed drinks. Classic dive bar which dark lights and cool music. Nothing to complain about

We went to Biddy Early's on a recommendation from a bartender at another bar, (in a restaurant) in Boston. We asked him for an authentic old Irish pub and Biddy Early's is the place. Old worn, and full of friendly locals. Check out their extensive wine list, White, Red. We always seek out authentic old bars and this is it. It is a dive, but in the best way. It isn't a bar built to resemble an old dive. It'f for real. It's an easy walk from the Aquarium, Finacial District and waterfront.

Service was incredible first night with Hannah and the next day with Brian. Will not go wrong with the pour and it's price. I won't go anywhere else from now on when I visit. Great ambiance and the other bar patrons were friendly.

It wasn't particularly busy on a Sunday at 1pm, which was fine with us, and the other patrons were all middle aged (like us) or older; the youngest person was the bartender. The music wasn't blasting, there were hooks under the counter to hang your purse (which was much appreciated), and the gender neutral washroom was clean. The bar catered to beer drinkers, of course, and the only wine they offered was Pinot Grigio for $9 a glass, but it was nice and refreshing on such a hot day, and at least it wasn't something disgusting like Moscato. It really is very tiny, so just be aware that seating is sometimes limited. They didn't have too much on draft, thought some of that was due to the Scottish being in town for the World Cup the week before. We went with lemon drop shots, and the bartender was very transparent about the fact that he was out of most of his supplies due to the Scottish. No fault at all to them for that because that was the situation at every bar we went to. Service was friendly, the shot was nice and strong, and it was a nice little spot. Beyond drinking, there isn't really much going on in the bar in terms of activities, but there were TVs. So, watching sports here is definitely an option. I'd definitely say that this spot is worth popping in if you are enjoying a night on the town, but that it probably shouldn't be the only spot you go to.

It can be pretty tough finding something so good luck. Seating: It's 3 floors of vibes (depending on the day) but this is no hidden gem, if you're looking for a local vibe, check this place out. Vibes: The nice touristy side of Boston, walking distance to a few scenic things. As for the spot, think Irish bar meets full-on nightlife energy. One floor might have karaoke, another has DJs, and another is just people vibing with drinks. It's lively, a little chaotic (in a fun way), and definitely a younger crowd energy. FOOD/DRINKS: Drinks are solid and pretty affordable for Boston, which is always a win. They've got everything from beers and seltzers to margaritas and cocktails. This isn't a craft cocktail lounge--it's more of a "grab a drink and keep the night going" type of place. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! I needed water and they provided it, no problem!
