My boyfriend frequents this place often, and Ash remembers his name and order every single time. I knew tonight was going to be busier than usual, with it being first Friday, but I ventured out for burgers for the two of us. Unlike the usual first come first serve seating, they had an employee seat you based on party and availability that way they could make sure the tables were properly cleaned for the next attendee. This is supposed to be an upscale burger joint. I got the old fashioned smash burger. The Burger was as pictured on their menu. However, the hamburger itself was tasteless. The only thing I could taste was the jam and onions. A smashburger should be crispy around the edges, this was not. The whole thing was floppy and messy. The bun falls apart. I ordered the parm fries, they definitely weren't worth the 4 dollar upcharge. I also ordered the deviled eggs. They were good, but nothing special and definitely not worth 8 dollars for 6 egg halves. I ordered a burger meal with a fry upgrade, my mom ordered a meal with sweet potato fries and we got the eggs, it was 55 dollars! Save your money. We each threw half of our burgers away. read more

Fun addition to the Goshen food scene. I tried the old fashioned burger, which has Brie, bacon, onions and more. We dined on a Tuesday and opted for takeout, which was packaged sustainably. Portions were solid, and flavors were well balanced. It wasn't as salty as other smash burgers we have had, which we appreciated. A little pricey ($16), but they have burgers ranging in price so you can find something to suit your budget. They sell canned beer, cider and wine too. This restaurant is set in such a cute area. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and being able to eat outside. The food came very fast and was very fresh and hot! The only drawback was the prices...very high. I could go to Culver's twice for what we paid for that meal. It wasn't that exceptional of a meal for the cost. My husband, our 14 year old daughter & myself love this place. My daughter & I got a burger to share (don't remember the name) it had some spicy jelly on it with parm fries. My husband got a burger and fries. We sat outside!& had the most amazing meal. A+++++ There is a very small sign make it HUGE!! Only thing I would do I make a huge sign for the outdoor seating that says "DO NOT TAKE A SEAT UNTIL YOUR ENTIRE PARTY HAS WENT INSIDE, PLACED YOUR ORDER/PAID, GOT YOUR DRINKS & PAGER" Made me so upset to hear the pay grown lazy men would have their wives so inside & order while they sat at a huge table waiting. While there is a very long line inside waiting to order. The person siting hasn't even ordered or paid & gets told they can't sit until they have paid. The crabby older overweight man was talking terrible to the wait staff, got his sweaty self up which was a process & stormed in to get his wife. Then proceeded to push the door open still being rude and leaving. BYE!!! The disrespect was so hard to watch. People make me sick with zero manners & entitlement. I decided to try the Biebs and Ash for solo dinner tonight in Goshen. The Peanut butter smash burger is fabulous! I also got the banger fries. The banger sauce is not my favorite, but the food is well prepared. The place is very clean and the servers are very friendly. They have a nice selection of alcoholic beverages. I chose the Ellie's Brown Beer from Avery Brewery. I have had that beer before and it never disappoints my pallet. The food came out very quickly. I will be back again to try another smash burger or their interesting list of shareables. read more

I just tried this place out for the first time tonight and am very pleased. The signature burger, the "Biebs smash", is filling, delicious and comes with a side of tasty fries. I ordered at 7pm on a Saturday and the burger was ready to go within 35 minutes which was great considering the restaurant was packed. The interior of the restaurant has a great atmosphere and even though I only ordered pick up, I would love to stop in again sometime for a sit down meal. We finally made it to Biebs & Ash last night! Great food, great vibe and I hope it's a smashing success!! You need to wait in line to order, get a buzzer, find a table and wait for your food. Good news---wait time was much less than anticipated and tables turned over quickly enough to accommodate wait line (which was a concern for me). One down side--the menu boards were really difficult to read. Despite the constant squinting, I had to wait until I got up to the counter to confirm what I wanted. All in all, it was great. If you haven't tried Biebs yet, you better! This place has only one negative, price. It's not cheap. I don't mind spending a couple extra bucks on a local small business, but I would frequent this place a lot more if the burgers were a few dollars cheaper. The Peanut Butter smash burger is #2 on my list of BEST BURGERS. #1 being Au Cheval for those that are interested. Fries are fantastic here as well. I had high hopes for a killer smash burger & fries. What a let down. The burgers were not seasoned & it seems as though they rely on excessive condiments to create the flavor. The family couldn't decide between Mexican or Indian while in town so we picked this burger place as a compromise and waited about an hour for them to open for dinner service. The reviews and pictures looked great. My 3 kids seemed to really like their burgers, one of them getting and impossible burger. I was a little less happy. Mine was the Red hawk and had many toppings. One was hot sauce. I didn't expect it to be poured on and took a bite. It was overpowering and I could barely taste the rest of the burger. I took the top bun off and wiped as Much off as I could. This helped but the burger smelled weird. Arugula. I hadn't thought it was a weird choice but it was stinky and didn't contribute to the flavor so I took it off. So after fighting with my burger it was really good. Still trying to figure out why it was $90 for 4 burgers with fries and a fountain coke. We ordered at the counter, got our own drinks and picked up our food when it was ready. Probably won't be back on the price alone. I don't assume they carr if we come backnas they were very busy and an employee stood near us as we were finishing up and asked if she could take our baskets. I really should have stood my ground and finished every last fry that I paid for but I said sure and she grabbed everything in one swoop other than our drinks that we grabbed.
