This is a unique craft beer bar and spa. The atmosphere is very bath time with your rubber ducky while having a beer. The location is nicely tucked on the backside of the shopping center. Makes you feel like you are discovering a really good secret. Lots of parking spots close to the door. When you walk in the space it is very open and spacious. There is lots of lounge seating and tables. My favorite is the bathtub couch. As well as high top tables. And of course you can sit at the bar. There are board games as well as darts to keep you occupied. Or just simply take in the artwork. This place is good for small groups. And is kid friendly. The board games and dessert menu will win over the kids. You can fill up a growler here with one of the menu beers on tap. The craft beer menu rotates weekly. So there is always something new and exciting or different to try. The beers are very unique and I haven't had one that I didn't like yet. Even the stouts are pretty good and I usually don't like stouts or porters. The wine selection is really good as well and of course they can make you a cocktail of choice. There are lots of activities like trivia night, Latin dance night, and yoga. There is also a bier club that offers special perks as well. The spa is in the back where you can soak in a luxurious bath of "beer" (and I'm guessing epsom salt). It is very relaxing and I highly recommend trying it. I went for Valentine's weekend so my bath was filled with rose petals as well as hops and it was very pretty. After your soak you will have access to the sauna. There are private bathrooms with showers that you can utilize after. It was very clean. I highly recommend.

Such a fun unique experience! I booked 2 months in advance. We opted for unlimited beer with our bath time (worth the extra $20 because we can DRINK). We did have a late start because we arrived as soon as they opened, but we still had the full allotted time to bath, sauna, and shower. The bath is relaxing but wish we could adjust the lights in our room. We had fun playing with the hops floating in our water. We managed 4 beers each, and our server was nice to let us have one last round at the end of our session so we stayed a bit and played darts.

I came on a snow day with one of my friends and we had a great time in the beer bath. We made reservations in advance for a room with 2 separate baths. We got there a little early and had a beer while we waited. The tap list was pretty extensive and featured lots of local breweries which I appreciate! Hope it's rotating. Our bartender/bath server was awesome, very attentive and she explained everything. We changed and sat in the tubs for about 40 minutes. There is a button to press if you'd like more beer (and 2 wines) while you soak which I loved. It seemed like the beer list was restricted while we were in the bath from what was available at the entire bar, but I was not 100% sure. The bath itself was really nice! Great temp and 40 minutes felt like enough time. Afterwards we sat in the sauna for 10 minutes and then took quick showers. Overall the experience was very unique, service was great, and I definitely think it's a special fun thing to do. For me the price tag is what would restrict me from coming more frequently. I might suggest some kind of "bath pass" situation, a loyalty club, or discounts for weekdays/non peak hours. This is a great addition to the area, it looks like the bar itself has lots of events and I'm happy to see something unique in business. Go check it out!!

I am never disappointed with a beer selection that they offer. The rotating drafts are truly rotating never the same thing twice perhaps rarely. Always something for everyone on tap plus they offer plenty of other items such as wine and ciders if you're not a beer person. They host great fun filled events and have great live music on select days

We drove up on a Saturday late afternoon in Aug 2025 and found parking across Main Street. There are other free lots nearby and sometimes a free shuttle around town on Sat and Sun. While waiting for the music, we staked out a table among some that people had reserved ahead of time in front of the wine shop, with other tables just outside the lot and more across the quiet side-street. From the wine shop, we got a nice little pinot noir to take home. They offered plastic glasses and a bucket full of ice, so we could have had that during the concert. They also have beers and ciders, gourmet snacks, and many clever and original accessories and crafts. The wine shop's owner encouraged up to walk to nearby Joe's Deli, and across to the Patapsco Distillery where the band set up under a small canopy, and we also got some food and drink from them for our table. And there's a sweet little ice cream shop across Main Street too! The band played light rock and folk and people were relaxed in conversations and enjoyment of the music. The gentle breeze kept us cool under sun-shielding umbrellas. This is nicely done weekly pair of concert, and the welcoming hostess and cooperative nearby shops make this a pleasant way to visit Sykesville on a Friday or Saturday evening, continuing through Nov 8th.

Colorful clothing hang up in display, palm size houses tucked away behind rocks, and a cozy outdoor seating area are the first things to great you as you approach the store. Once inside, you'll find yourself in a claustrophobic den, filled with locally made goods such as clothing, foodstuffs, and art as well as wall to wall wines. Choices are plenty despite the small size of the store and at reasonable prices. For those living nearby, be sure to check out Vine on Main's wine club to get more wine at better values. The real highlight of Vine on Main is the owner, who is the sweetest woman you'll meet. She's highly knowledgeable about all the products in the shop, even the non-alcoholic ones and is more than happy to share information about them. Not only does she have excellent wine and booze recommendation, but she'll even offer some free samples if you ask her nicely. Plan on shopping around the area? She'll take your order, bag it, and leave it to the side so that you can pick it up when you're all done instead of lugging around heavy bottles. If you're in the area looking to buy some good wine or just want to spend some time with a fun and interesting woman, then check out the Vine on Main.

It's a little bit off 70, but not bad. First off, this restaurant has an incredibly oversized parking lot. Maybe the restaurant has areas I didn't see, but I was a little bemused. Inside, it's decorated a bit like an old lady house with country accents. It's welcoming and nice, if a little old. I was seated and served quickly. My waitress was great. I ordered French onion soup and a bison burger with sweet potato fries. The French onion soup came out first. It had a huge layer of cheese on top, but it tasted like white cheddar. The soup itself was good at first but started getting bitter. I discovered a huge bay leaf in it. That explains that. Guys, leaving a bay leaf hidden in French onion soup is a violation of Article 35(2) of the Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions. My sweet potato fries were seasoned with a chipotle cinnamon blend. It was weirdly sweet and clashed with the burger. I didn't care for it and honestly feel like if you're going to season with something weird, you should be abundantly clear. The burger was a disappointment. It was fairly basic. It was cooked right, but every so often I would get a burst of salt. I suspect the meat was salted and not well mixed. My burger, fries, and side of soup came to over $40. I am honestly being more critical of them because of that. At that price point, I expect REALLY good, not salt pockets, a left-in bay leaf, and weird seasonings.

We also ordered a plethora of appetizers to share amongst the table. We had the hummus trio , charred octopus, summer heirloom tomatoes, zucchini fritters and the charred octopus. All of the appetizers were very good. The zucchini fritters were so good, we ordered a second order. For dinner pretty much everyone did the cast iron short rib with the puff pasty. That was basically Sunday dinner in a pan. The short rib was nice and tender and the flaky puff pasty to soak up the gravy. Very delicious. For my first course I opted for the ceasar salad, something told me to get that yellow tomato gazpacho. Two of my friends had gotten it and they said it was phenomenal. The birthday girl got the Bouillabaisse with the Chilean sea bass. She said that was absolutely delicious. The Chilean sea bass was cooked nicely and had a buttery taste. And for dessert we did the orange tres leche cake and the chocolate mousse. Both desserts were really good. The tres leche cake was really good and if you mix it with the chocolate mousse even better. This place offers so many options for dinner, from their weekly specials, where you get 50 percent off any bottle of wine on Mondays, bubbles and boards on Wednesdays, Thursdays they have a nice to go special, where you can pizza and a nice bottle of wine to go. Now who doesn't like that for a Thursday night. They also have a great happy hour as well . This place is great for a date night, girls dinner or just a nice night out to have a great dinner and listen to live music. I will definitely be returning either for dinner or brunch. Also I did want to give a tidbit about parking. It can get a lil crowded especially in the evenings and if there is an event going on at Merriweather Post, it's best to utilize their valet parking for an additional $10 fee. It definitely beats the headache if trying to find parking. SYOY

My wife ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, which offered tender-crisp, thick slices of braised pork belly atop soft, buttery focaccia and coated with well poached eggs and creamy hollandaise. We both highly enjoyed my Broadlands Breakfast Sandwich, a clever take on a standard bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich swapping crispy, perfectly sweet French toast for standard bread. The breakfast potatoes served alongside were crispy on the outside with fluffy interiors and good seasoning. Our friends enjoyed their sandwiches as well. As the name alludes, the drink program is strong and offers something for everyone. In addition to wine and whisky, a solid selection of both cocktails and draft beers are available. Prices for both food and drinks were quite reasonable given the quality of what we received. I do dock a star for just so-so service. Our waitress was a bit MIA during the first part of our meal when we were trying to order, and then kept checking in on us every 5 minutes once our food arrived. We also had to remind her a few times to get a high chair for our little one. Fortunately, the food and drinks all arrived accurately and within a timely manner once ordered. Service woes aside, the creative fare satisfied our taste buds and we look forward to returning soon for to sample more of the brunch menu and libations.
