As we were passing through Flagstaff we wanted to grab a quick breakfast bite and boy was Biff's the perfect stop. The service was so friendly and prompt. The shop was covered in dog art and dog photos. See founder photo. The bagels we all got were just delicious. No complaints. I immediately wanted another bagel after I ate mine but the line was nearly out the door. Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

Good bagels! They're excellent fresh, though not my favorite the next day. The bagel sandwiches are solid, and I usually swing by on my way out of Flagstaff. The drip coffee was lukewarm this morning, which was surprising since I was one of the first through the door at 8am. Still, it's a good spot overall with friendly staff, clean space, and solid quality for the area. For what it's worth, my boyfriend gives it 5 stars, so definitely check them out!

The bagel I ordered was a garlic bagel with butter. Plain Jane but simplicity is all I need if the bagel is good! They make the bagels New York style using the boil method. They did not let me down. Amazing!! Very friendly staff Large open space

The line was literally out the door when we stopped by Sunday morning and we decided to wait it out. In total we waited about 40 minutes in line until it was finally our turn, yay. The cashier was friendly and rang us up quick. I bought two bagels - one breakfast bagel on sesame with egg, bacon, and cheddar cheese and the second one (to share) was an onion bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese. I spent about $18 with a tip. My sister bought a club bagel on an everything one and her total with like a $2 tip was $17, yikes. We luckily found two empty bar stools and we sat down to wait. About 15 minutes later, our food was ready. The bagels were toasted nicely and had the right amount of cream cheese. My breakfast sandwich hit the spot and was very filling. My sisters club bagel was pretty good, tasted fresh, and we both agreed that the onion bagel was yummy. Prices are steep but at least the food was good. Tables had crumbs all over them and no one cleaned them while we were there. This place is more like a grab and go.

Great bagel spot for Flagstaff! Tasty bread and well toasted. I think the chive cream cheese was a bit too onion for my taste - but I should've expected that! I would definitely come here again. I love all the pictures of the dogs inside!

My husband and I had brunch here once in July. I thought my apple crunch bagel was too hard. The bagel was either a traditional hard style, or it was stale. We shared a chocolate muffin, and it was moist and fantastic. I ordered a latte. On the day we visited, the shop did not have whole milk. (Do they ever carry whole milk?) They offered either 2% or half and half. I asked them to mix part of each to approximate whole milk. My latte was served lukewarm, a disappointment. The cafe has hard metal stools, and none with backs. This seating is not very comfortable. My husband did not like the coffee. We will not rush back, as there are other places that serve bagels.

Always have to stop here for a breakfast bagel sandwich when I'm in town. Their bagels are fresh and the everything bagel is my favorite. They have a mosh mash which is an everything with chili flakes. I get the breakfast sandwich with eggs and oven roasted turkey. It was delicious! Good coffee. I wish there was something like this in Phoenix but for now I'll have to save this craving for Flagstaff.

The Egg and Cheese bagel sandwich with a latte for breakfast, since they have so many options there's a million possible combinations. And sometimes I come back twice in one day to grab a veggie sandwich or pizza bagel and juice for lunch too! They have friendly staff, quick service, just a great chill local spot.

Exactly what I'd expect at a bagel place. Friendly staff, fresh bagels, fair prices. And a great view! However, be prepared: cash only.

I always enjoy stopping by. There are a few places in Flag that serve boba tea (Aloha BBQ, a place…read moreat the mall, and Java, the new place on Milton near Bookman's), and Sweet Day is my favorite. I've never tried the food from Sweet Day itself, although Hot Wok is good, but the tea is delicious and the boba itself is the best I've had in Flagstaff. I usually get the Thai tea and boba, although the signature is delicious, and I also love the 3 brothers tea, which is the signature milk tea with boba, jelly, and pudding. I didn't like the taro, but my friends love it, and Sweet Day has the best matcha in Flagstaff. Plus, aside from the standard milk tea and boba, they also have popping pearls and fruitier teas, which are very refreshing (I personally recommend the honey green tea and lychee pearls, or strawberry green tea and mango pearls). The staff is always great and friendly, and I love hanging out and chatting with them, or playing pool or foosball with my roommate as we grab tea. It's close to the university, but it's never busy. That's probably because not many people know it's there, which is a real shame, but also means there's rarely a line, and the drinks are always made really quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Sweet Day if you're just looking for good boba tea. If you're more hungry and the tea is a bonus, the food next door at Hot Wok is great, or check out Aloha BBQ downtown.

3.5/5 For Flagstaff,…read morethis bubble tea is alright. If you get a drink from here it will be a sweet day indeed! At first I was a little confused because I didn't see an actual bubble tea store, but it turns out the bubble tea shop has the same owner as the restaurant and grocery store. There are menus at the counter of the grocery store's check out counter where you can place your order. Sadly, one of my choices (The lemon black tea) was not available so I went with the mango tea instead and got a passion fruit tea with yogurt popping boba. The cashier said the passion fruit was her favorite flavor- alright! They make the bubble tea next door at the Chinese restaurant kitchen/drink area. It didn't take too long for my drinks to be made and they had those nicely heat sealed lids. The passion fruit drink was a little too sweet for me so I'll see if I can ask for it less sweet next time. Service was very friendly and nice. Since options are limited in Flagstaff for bubble tea and I want to support local boba business (And fuel my bubble tea addiction) I'll try more next time I'm here!

My boyfriend ordered the hot London Fog and really enjoyed it. I can't remember the exact name of my drink - something like Orange Dream - but it was delicious as well. You can actually taste the tea, and it doesn't taste artificial at all. Super good. There's plenty of seating inside, which makes it a great place to hang out. The only downside is parking - finding a spot in Flagstaff can be tricky, and most of the parking in the area is paid. That said, it wasn't too busy when we went around 8am. Definitely recommend!

Also no (they do have tea lattes) Hot chocolate? Technically yes... but even that comes with Earl Grey tea inside. These folks are deeply, passionately committed to one thing: dried leaves steeped in hot water. And honestly, they do it well. If you're a tea lover, this place is your Disneyland. The selection is impressive, the vibe is relaxed, and the people behind the counter clearly care about what they're doing. There's a real enthusiasm here for the craft of tea, and that kind of passion is always fun to see. That said, my one issue was a pretty important one on a cold Flagstaff day... My tea showed up lukewarm. Now normally I'm a pretty forgiving person... but when it's 40 degrees outside and tea is the entire business model, this feels like a pretty big detail. When tea is the whole menu, temperature isn't a detail... it's the headliner. I like the concept. I respect the passion. It's just a bit limiting for my taste, and the execution missed slightly on the most important note. Three stars. A cool idea... that just needed to be a little hotter.
