I didn't think much of it at first since I was looking for cheapest possible price, but All You Fitness happened to have the model that I (meaning my wife) wanted. The price was more expensive then what I was looking for in a used machine, and I was skeptical about the offered warranty from a shop I have never heard of. However a quick check on the excellent reviews here on Yelp changed my mind and I'm happy to say that I didn't regret it! Once the machine was installed at home, I started hearing some squeaking sounds, which I didn't hear when I tested it at the shop. I was embarrassed to call up Ivan about this, since my understanding is that it's pretty common, but he immediately scheduled someone to come take a look. Now, All You Fitness Equipment may have met my expectations, but I was truly blown away by the care and attention given by the person who came out to inspect the machine (Jorge). He was able to figure out the problem, and also replaced some parts to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. Another great point for All You Fitness is their free delivery. If I ended up buying a used machine from a person on that other website, I had originally planned to rent a pick up truck and move it myself. However after seeing the actual machine in person, I'm very glad that I didn't. I didn't think about it when I see these machines at the gym but really, these machines are ginormous and also weigh a ton (about 318 pounds for my model). Even though it does have wheels to help with moving, there would have been plenty of times that I would need to lift the machine. My back and knees are glad that I didn't try. My wife wanted a recumbent bike and I wanted an elliptical machine. After doing a lot of research I was going to order online but didn't like the idea of such a big purchase without trying it out. All the stores that used to sell equipment were gone. After some google searching I found RX Fitness. They carry higher end brands but still found some in my budget. Plus their delivery fee includes assembly and was 1/3rd the cost of the websites I was looking at. I called and spoke to Charles who confirmed he had the models we wanted you to try. We went after work since they were having a Labor Day sale. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over the products, explained the differences, and had us try everything. Zero pressure sales, just friendly knowledge. After an hour and a lot of sweat we picked the equipment. A Spirit Fitness XBR95 Recumbent Bike and a Vectra 220 Elliptical. I was originally going to get the Spirit elliptical but I really like the feeling of the Vectra better. We purchased on Tuesday and it was delivered Friday. They don't just order from the manufacturer they have their own warehouse inventory and use a dedicated delivery and assembly team. The delivery crew was equally awesome. While building the equipment they talked about workout tips, showed all the features of the equipment, and went over preventative maintenance tips. I totally love our purchases and even on the lowest setting the elliptical is kicking my butt so I look forward to improving my endurance! If you're looking for fitness equipment look no further. Everything seems aimed at the mid-range market. Not toys like you would get at Target or Walmart, but also not the high end equipment you would get at a specialty store. There are also lots of things for game rooms, family picnics... sports equipment that again, it elevated from the toy category but not what you would get at a high end shop. The type of stuff that won't break after one use but also not where you are going to be upset if you forget it at the park.

I highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians. They were upfront about costs and scheduling was…read morenot a problem. Chris did a thorough job in repairing our treadmill. That includes making sure the amp draw was at an acceptable level. Otherwise, it could be a sign that there was still an unseen problem if too much power was being pulled. He made sure the belt was aligned and lubed. He was very helpful in letting me know how best to adjust the belt and when to lubricate. His advice on lubing the deck was not the same as the manufacturer. Since he's repairing them, I trust what he says as opposed to some customer service rep in a call center for the manufacturer whose credentials, expertise and level of experienced are not established. Based on what he saw, Chris assessed that it was the motor that was faulty and we got a replacement from the manufacturer. Fortunately, the motor was still covered under the warranty... so, it was just a matter of paying for the labor of replacing it. I tried initially, but ran into a problem that prevented me from getting much done after just starting to try and replace the motor. The cost was reasonable... not cheap, but worth it and now the treadmill feels brand new again. The service was so good that I intend to use them for maintenance probably on a biannual basis just to make sure a pro is doing the preventative maintenance and not a hack like me.
