The Precor AMT is one of the only machines that didn't cause me problems. I was able to order it online. Unfortunately, I ordered it with the wrong screen. I called the company, and they immediately responded and set up a way to change the order. They kept in touch to verify every step of the process. Customer support was to notch. They contacted me to verify the delivery time and date. They gave me a 1 hour window and actually showed up during that time. What a shock compared to other deliveries I have received. They say the system up exactly as desired. I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for high-quality fitness equipment, this is the place to shop!
