We've been here for 20min and we're not even jumping anymore. My 9 year old cousin stopped wanting to do certain things just because they are literally hovering, correcting everything. She said "this place isn't as fun as the other ones". Most of the staff aren't friendly. Absolutely don't plan on your kids being able to be kids. That's why it's so dead here. I would never return to this location based on the management for the location. My son because he did not need to hire requirement was not able to ride some of the rides with his sister. Unfortunately my son has autism and he's not very understanding and they did not do anything to accommodate us besides appoint to a sign at the front desk on top of the counter that was never talked about before I paid for two hours to be here at this location. As you can see on the picture he's not too far after height requirement to be able to do some of the things that he wanted to do I would never return to this location based on that and if you have any kids that don't meet the high requirement I would not pay the amount of money they want for you to come in to this location. read more

Extremely Rude Manager! They denied the entry of 25 kids from 1st to 4th grades. All what we did was we asked a couple of times to get a group rate, or nonprofit organization discount. The manager treated us with extreme disrespect, asked the security to kick us out of the place and finally informed us that they called the police to make us leave the place. The kids were so broken hearted and gushed in tears, however the stuff didn't care about horrifying them by mentioning the police infront of them. As a private place, they have the right to do so, however, i wonder what item in the policy of such franchise may give the right to one person to act with clients with disrespect and solely make such cruel decision! read more

We had a last minute Birthday for 10 kids thanks to Scott & owner so sweet. I can't say enough how amazing the staff, and endless things to do in such a clean and safe environment. Kids have a lot of fun here. Ages 7 and 8. I was a little bummed and the unilateral 6 and under rule. Some things were posted but the kids were the only ones playing in the "new" Ninja section. First attendant never said anything and nothing was posted but another attendant came and made the kids get out of the area quoting 6 and under. They were very disappointed. Seems arbitrary. And also there is a big ad on the website to come in and check out the Ninja play area but it says nothing about an age limit! read more

Last week was the third time we've tried Toddler Time since they reopened and it's been a disappointing experience each time. I'm not sure if there is an age limit to toddler time? But every time we've gone there's 6, 7, 8, 9 year olds and up jumping. I would consider a toddler 2-5 years? So either the age limit isn't being enforced or toddler time isn't really for toddlers. Last Sunday was just the last straw- my toddler should be able to safely jump at toddler time and that isn't happening. We brought up our concern to a staff member who ignored us. While my daughters had a ton of fun and my 3.5 year old wore her masks, guidelines as others have mentioned are not enforced. I wish I read the reviews prior, that was my mistake!!! I was just looking for something fun that I thought would follow the guidelines as everyone else has, other than a park for my toddlers. It was overly packed, even with waiting about 20 minutes to get inside which I thought was to regulate the number of attendees. Only people really wearing masks were staff. There were several adults and children way above the age of two not wearing one. Even my 1.5 year old had a hat with face shield made for her age out of respect for others. I've been to other outdoor places where masks were not enforced, however disappointed at the numbers of customers allowed since it's an inside venue and no masks were enforced or even mentioned. I would say maybe 1 in 10 people were wearing a mask and there was at least 60 people if not more. The space we were in was for 6 and under, so I felt better as there weren't too many in that area. However I won't be coming back as this was a huge negative for me as far as safety. You can say what you want, however I know people who have been impacted by COViD, and I've found plenty of places that safely have a fun atmosphere. They didn't make me as a mother feel they were even following the minimal CDC guidelines. And no, I'm not going to stay cocooned in my home with energetic girls who can socialize safely at several locations. So use your discretion if you feel comfortable enough. We kept our distance, washed our hands with my own antibacterial wipes and sanitizer since even the restrooms were out of soap, and we had some kind of face protection. read more

Very unhappy with this place today. This was our second time going and after giving my daughter a list of places to go for her birthday, she chose this place well let me tell you about our day.. it was her 8th birthday today and I had brought a group of her class mates to play for two hours, spending just about $300 just on our party alone and the staff tell me that I couldn't bring my daughters cake in. I was very disappointed so we had to cut her cake and sing happy birthday to her in the parking lot. Super sad and super ghetto but it beat spending $100 on a "room". I mean, when someone spends that much at your facility, why wouldn't you at least let them bring in their cake? I think you need to adjust some rules and be a little bit more accommodating. I just had my sons 6th birthday party here. It was a blast! We did the cosmic party package. It was perfect! 3 hours and 11 included jump passes. Our room was nice and clean. Roberto was our party host and he was amazing! Food came out on time and everything was great. It was a breeze to come in and to have everything taken care of. Kids were not bored, there's lots to do. Just be aware that the premium rides require kids to be 48inches. Which was a slight bummer but we overall enjoyed ourselves fully. First of all no COVID restrictions are in place. The only people that wear masks are the employees. The employees do not enforce guests to wear masks. Check in was horrible and took at least 30 minutes after repeating myself several times. The tables were so wobbly our soda spilled. Food took 45 min and up to an hour for some to be ready. I understand this isn't a gourmet restaurant but the food was horrible. Tasted like microwaved frozen food. Mind you it's a Thursday and not busy. The tables and snack bar area were filthy. No one was walking around cleaning or picking up trash. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, like they hadn't been cleaned all day! I spoke to Scott the manager on duty and he really had nothing to say even after I told him I didn't know how they were still open and wouldn't be back. I like that on Sundays they set aside time for the little toddlers to play. Food is a bit expensive and not very good. Pizza tasted like cardboard, but they did allow us to bring in our drinks. Many of the arcade machines did not work. Parents had to remove shoes but the workers kept their shoes on. All in all the kids had fun so that's all that mattered. read more

After one year of writing my yelp review, I decided to give this place another shot, only because it was 7pm, Thursday night, my son wanted to jump & I didn't feel like driving to our favorite weekend spot which is Get Air in Pomona. So I waited in line for 10 minutes, while the employees in the front were chatting, I was told I needed to sign a new waiver..then afterI had to wait even longer. All that to then finally be told that based on my previous yelp review I am now "banned" from the place. I was glad to hear that because it gave me another reason for another review. The place is still dirty, employees are still rude, the place hasn't changed. You would think they would read the reviews to make things better but instead is to ban reviewers. But guess who just got their M-F unlimited time & sat-sun 2hr. monthly pass at Skyzone in Riverside for $29.99. Buying some for all 7 of my nephews too. read more

The location is great, the kids had tons of fun and as a parent I really liked the set up. However Big Air Trampoline does not enforce COVID restrictions, employees have mask however they pile in people without considering 6 feet apart, parents or children did not practice 6 feet apart, no guest where asked to where mask and those who had mask where not wearing them properly. Currently at Big Air and having the best time we've ever had at any trampoline park. They have so much to do here for all ages and physical abilities. The staff is very helpful and nice. The facility is also very accommodating. We brought a toddler, a big kid, a teen, a couple of adults and my mom who is on a wheelchair. I was most concerned for my mom, whether she'd be able to enjoy watching the kids or not. But since the whole location is wheelchair accessible she was able to get on ramps everywhere. I really appreciate and value a good business that cares for its customers and hence I'm writing this review while I'm still here. read more

Much smaller than we expected. We paid for 3 people and 3 pairs of socks which ended up being like $70-80 don't remember the exact price but it was around there which is a bit pricey. We went to take a 6 year old but all jump and have fun together! Come to find out he is barely an inch too short of their rules so they wouldn't let him do anything?!? He could jump in the baby jump and that was about it. So we were basically all limited to 1 part of the park because not just going to leave a 6yr old alone but we paid for all 3 of us to jump. He couldn't do the bull, couldn't do the obstacle course, couldn't do the climbing or jumping off of stuff. This park seems like it's supposed to be aimed towards kids and them having fun but then they can't participate in the majority of the activities? read more

Be very careful when buying Groupons for this location! I bought one hour jumping passes for each of my 3 children. It said "Limit 1 per visit." So to me that meant one coupon per jumper per visit. When we arrived they would only accept one. I had to pay full price for the other 2. So in order to use the 3 Groupons and save about $21 I have to spend $120, when all is said and done. I was obviously not happy about this and the employee said I need to take it up with Groupon, great excuse. It's very disheartening that they wouldn't work with me given that I made sure to frequent this location during Covid closures because I wanted them to succeed and support a local business. But after my experience today I will be taking my kids to the other local indoor activities. read more

This place is great. It is not just a trampoline park. They have options like a warrior course, zipline, basketball and VR. It is nice because they have staff at each location. My 2 sons and I went on their BOGO day where it is buy an hour and get an hour free which is a great deal. It was great to hear that we don't need their grip socks and can use our sky zone ones. Purchased 1 groupon for my 2 kids and 1 groupon as a gift for 2 other kids. Upon check in the female at the counter refused to accept the groupon that was a gift for the other 2 children we brought with us (with their parent as well). We were advised that because we all came together that we had to pay full price for 2 of the kids and can not use the groupon that was a gift on the same day. I ended up paying full price for 2 other kids because THEY REFUSED TO HONOR GROUPON! This company doesn't even follow their own fine print. After all the time wasted trying to check in, the 4 kids didn't even get a chance to play, so in the end we ended up paying for 6 hours total CASH (there's no way I brought 4 kids to jump for only 15 minutes) because this company doesn't follow their own policy. It's a great place for littles to let their energy out and I appreciate that they have a special time designated for only young children since I imagine we wouldn't have had as much fun trying to enjoy it with bigger children around.
