What a huge disappointment! Yesterday I took my kids to Big Air to jump. I purposely waited to go at toddler time because my 4 year old son has Cerebral Palsy and has never gone before. It's summer time so my 7 year old daughter came with us. The cutoff for toddler time is 6. But I just had surgery and I'm not cleared for physical activity. So I could not go jump with him. Because he is special needs he definitely would need to have someone out there with him to help. Cue his big sis. Who really is just a mini mommy. Anyway we go to pay and the guy working tells me she can't jump because it's toddler time and she has to be 6 or under. I explained our situation and said I'd be happy to talk with a manger so we can figure this out. Ashley is the manager I spoke with. I again explained my situation and again was told she could not jump. This seems crazy to me! I really hope someone from the company sees this and changes things so this doesn't happen again to anyone. It would be nice if they told the managers to use their best judgment during moments like this. There are people out there with special needs and sometimes the requires special circumstances. They have definitely lost my business! I also tried to call corporate to inform them so this wouldn't happen to someone else down the road. But all I got was a full voicemail box. It used to be my preferred kid party place. 2 years in a row I've paid for their party package to beat the heat for my child's August bday and I've referred dozens of people there as well. This year we got no relief. There was no air flow at Party Room 5, the one in the corner. Despite multiple requests, the HVAC unit that supplies air over the party rooms was not turned on. I was told by the manager that the director only turns on the center unit that blows air in the middle of the park, but the guests in the party room suffered, especially the kids after coming in sweaty from jumping. Even the Staff that were assigned to bring in the food admitted it was hot and had no air flow, but no one could convince "the director" to turn the air on. At one point Fatima, the event Manager, came in and told me the air was on. I pointed to the baloons stuck on the ceiling and showed her that neither the balloons nor the strings were moving at all. She just kept repeating that the air was on and refused to acknowledge a problem. Despite spending over $800 on a party, there was no compensation for the major inconvenience of no air and absolutely no concern from management. Poor service from all management. read more

Rough night at big air. Bought a few Groupons for a party at 6. They only allowed one Groupon per group. By the time we got everyone checked in, it was 6:35. At 7, lights went out and we were kicked out for night jump. WE HAD NO IDEA! Paid for an hour for 10 kids got 25 minutes. Staff was unfriendly and refused to help or problem solve. This place is way too expensive for what is inside. First of all on entry no one informed us that they're requiring socks with GRIP. We had socks as everywhere else. So we payed and entered play area, however literally after 1 minute, worker come and ask us for grip socks( If you wanna do that you better check your clients before they pay). We pay extra for socks. Kids jump few minutes on trampoline then they wanna move to the other area. Everywhere my kids went, they were told they can not - because they were too small- however my 5 year old son was able to rides most of all ride in Legoland! So here you have to be 48" INCHES TALL! After that I couldn't stand it already- I said I wanna my money back- first they said they can make return only within first 15 min, we went to the cashier and apparently they quickly change for 10 min- ridiculous!!! On top of it only kids who play need socks, everyone else can enter in the area design for playing(including their workers)-and might as well have poop on their shoe- they won't check it. (Don't understand how a family that lives together and are out jumping with everyone else can't bring a table together but has to be 5 feet separated.) We then went to bring our cake in because we already had our other food and they wouldn't allow us to... but then said we could pay $85 for them to hold our cake. What the hell? I just think it's funny how outside food such as Wendy's can be brought in and enjoyed, but god forbid we have a small cake and we are asked to pay for a room to eat it. Just ridiculous if you ask me. I understand COVID measures and precautions you wanna take but if that's so, then have that apply to everyone with outside food. We just celebrated my sons 7th birthday here. And it was exactly what what I wanted. Very relax, on schedule and accommodating. I saw the previous complain reviews, but still went for it. Scott the manager was easy to work it and he made sure he communicated everything and even checked with me when guess came that were not on the list. I do not recommend this place. As a parent, this trampoline park does not allow parents to supervise their children with benches. If you want to watch your children have fun throughout your stay without sitting down, this is the place for you. Oh...wait! You CAN sit down but you have to pay for it at massage chairs which charges you $10 for 30min. for instance. They also have these massage chairs rigged so that if you decide to just sit there, it will beep throughout the time you are sitting there. So hmmmmmm, sit down and tolerate the beeps while you're trying to watch your kids because there's NO WHERE to sit or have a massage and not watch your kids...hmmm, any suggestions? Extra precaution regarding admission: As far as GroupOn coupons, they only offer one coupon per visit. It's best when you come during the week and once they open. I also advise to call before your go to make sure their hours have not changed. There is a snack bar with tables where you can hang out. They do have the bull ride and fun stuff for your child/children to enjoy. But be prepared to stand, walk, lean and be tempted to sit down on some steps since your fee will be getting tired or sore too. I enjoyed watching my children have fun. I know parents can relate when you just bite your tongue and give your children smiles in order not to kill their joy is something else I had to do when I came here. They were having fun and I was glad they were enjoying themselves . But this place should cater to parents too! As a parent your parent skills kick in to multitask because you are trying to follow your child/child, trying to find a place to stop and rest, and trying to keep your child safe is something this business needs to understand. Brought my 5yr old and 2 yr old and was asked if we had socks then after we paid and entered they said we had to have socks with grip and had to buy them. We were not told anything about height requirements and they do not check the kids height before you pay. My son was right at the line and was told he was too small. Told the manager I wanted my money back and the manager said you cannot get a refund after 15 minutes; when I said we were only there 15 minutes, then the manager said "it's actually 10 minutes." So, let's talk about this amazing place please! Lol First off, GREAT WORKOUT!!! And a TON of fun!!!! Writing a review doesn't do this place justice, take a look at my photos and go!!! 1. The team is super friendly and kind and being that I'm not in shape and in my thirties LOL no one made me feel uncomfortable or weird about using any of the stuff. In fact they are encouraging and excited to help. I really appreciated that! 2. There are many options for things to do, I can't imagine kids getting bored here! There is something for everyone! 3. The foam pits are only 3 ft deep and let me tell you... that's a HUGE deal!!!! When you jump into those pits it's easy to get wedged into the foam blocks and get stuck. With only 3ft deep, it's not hard at all to get out which makes it pretty awesome for people like me. Lol and most trampoline parks we've been to are way deeper! 4. The trampolines themselves are easier to jump on and send you higher in the air which makes it easier to try flips on and not worry so much about face planting. Cleanest trampoline park I've been too! I like how they have toddler time cause sometimes the big kids are to excited to notice the little ones around them. This place is huge with tons of different trampoline activities/areas. Staff was welcoming and helped me check in quick. Someone is always cleaning up or putting things away after kids which is nice and helps avoid running kids from tripping. This place has a good set-up for trampolines. A lot of options for the little ones to enjoy. Before my visit, I called asking if they can tune the channel to watch a certain sport's game. The "director" said they cannot due to some legalities - which is understandable. Well we went anyways. Surprisingly, they had live sports on the TV but were unable to broadcast the game I inquired for. The cafe area had plenty of seating to lounge around with a couple of TVs. Really dissapointed that this establishment has decided to NOT enforce masks and social distancing regulations that are in place everywhere else nationwide. Fun for the kiddos! My kids mostly were using the trampoline and played dodge ball. The bull was fun for them as well. Bathrooms were clean at this location. I took my grandkids to the trampoline park today and I was impressed. It seems to be managed very well and I say this because there was a lot of supervision. I didn't always have my grandkids in my line-of-sight, but I never felt they were unsafe. The place is well-staffed with clearly marked employees watching and supervising everything. Most of the employees seemed to look bored out of their minds, but they still did their jobs. (Perhaps they should be rotated more to keep them looking alive.). All-in-all, it was a great day. We brought our own socks with the grip bottoms and after 1.5 hours of a two hour session the girl came and made us buy their bright Orange socks that were not even as good as ours and made us miss about 20 minutes of the half hour we had left to jump with our granddaughter! Two stars because it could be fun without the sanitation issues. In the food area there seems to be a leaking unit from the ceiling( pretty sure that's a health code violation). The gross part? They didnt have soap in the bathrooms or sanitizer stocked in the dispensers. I had to use Clorox wipes I brought for the tables.. I think only one operator cared for safety of the kids that we could see. Tons of little humans all having a good time but no place to wash their hands before eating and the team members I asked seemed to tell me to ask someone else to do it. Lots of places to have a seat which is cool and tons of slides , trampolines, a climbing wall, a couple mechanical obstacles ( a bull and another thing) and a mini obstacle course but I'm rethinking my kids' intake of zinc this week for sure. read more

Horrible customer service!! Rip off!! My son wanted to go to Big Air with his friends today and my in-laws took him since I was working. I had my older daughter use her emergency credit card to pay for everything. They charged me for two kids to jump however as soon as my son stepped into the trampoline a group of 3 kids accidentally injured his leg. My mother in-law called me while I was at work and I was not able to answer right away. As soon as a had a little break I called her back (in less than 20 mins). I asked my mother to have my older daughter let them know of the situation to see if he can get a pass to come back another day. They refused and said it has been longer than 1 hour since he checked in. My mother- in law didn't know and he was sitting out the whole time. My daughter was told there is nothing they can do. I called and asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation that he has been sitting out and if they would like to check cameras they would see but the manager refused. Such horrible customer service!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Basically paid money for NO service. I hope the owner sees this and sees how the manager is handling situations because they just lost customers. read more

My daughter and I attended this facility on a Friday during the bonus hour and I can tell you I wish we didn't take the extra hour. When I went to order pizza I asked for a half pepperoni, half pineapple to only get charged for two topping pizza when it was greatly not a two topping pizza. Secondly, there was pieces of the optical courses, missing the referees or people that are post to watch to make sure we are on the rules. Just stand there like a little high school kids... the manager is Ricardo, and when I went to him, tell him that the rides were miss interpretative he said no they're not. It's on there, and when I took him to go look at it, it was not Anice as well. It is six and under not 48 inch. They killed my daughter not to be able to go down the slide when she just turned seven she's not at 8:12 year old who wants to jump on trampoline the hole time.... Then the bathrooms and the dining room area just was the lack of attention to cleaning the facility was incredibly disgusting. This is post to be 6 and under even tho it clearly says 48 in and under witch made my daughter cry cause she's seven and she was able to go on it with what the rules say but confused why they picked on her... it's hard to explain to a lil kid they are not picking on them....
