I jokingly asked if they had a reservoir hidden behind the restaurant because everything tasted like it had just been caught that morning! Of course, great food is the most important thing, but I truly believe the warm smiles from the staff and the spotless dining environment made the meal even more enjoyable. KBBQ is one of those rare places where excellent food and genuine hospitality come together.
