Ordered for delivery. It arrived super fast. Maybe 20 minutes? I had ordered the half chicken with mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese. Every was excellent. Chicken had a nice Smokey flavor, fell off the bone. The sides were also very flavorful, the mashed potatoes and gravy reminded me of my late grandmother's so that was a nice little treat. The chicken here is delicious! It's juicy and flavorful. I had the chicken tacos, a shrimp taco and Spanish rice. The chicken is shredded in the tacos and tastes really good. Shrimp is cooked perfectly. My brother ordered the 1/2 chicken (I've attached a photo), that he let me try and I loved it! It's really cool that they offer 1/2 chickens, and for a good price in my opinion. You can also order a 1/4 chicken. It's definitely filling and convenient for lunch or dinner. Chicken is well seasoned and cooked here. I got the chicken sandwich and it was bussin'. I asked for no mayo, but they were generous and gave me some anyways. My sandwich came with two sides, which I elected for potato salad, which had huge huge huge chunks of potato, decent, but not overwhelming mustard. My other side was mashed potatoes, which was a generous portion with a pretty good turkey gravy. The place was rather loud, from a mixture of the employees yelling out your order, to when it's ready, and the constant banging of utensils, plates, and pans. Food was a 5-star, but the loud banging ambiance and not putting mayo, when I asked for no mayo, I need to take off a star. This place has outdoor seating too, that is covered, so it's a nice option if you want to avoid the noise and sit outside. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located near the front, the bathrooms consisted of single person bathrooms. The mens was dark, dank, and dingy, but it got the job done. We walked in this place the first thing we noticed is how clean it was, and that they had plenty of seating. There are both booths and tables (we posted a video) We were greeted right away by Nacho he had a big smile on his face and he made us feel like family! He gave us suggestions and the over the counter menu is big, full of pics and very easy to read. We sat down and took out time looking and taking pictures of the menu. When we were ready to order we went back up to the counter (they don't wait on you) They have a Coke fountain machine which we love. They sell beer and other Mexican beverages. Right away we noticed they have Menudo which my wife loves. As a matter of fact she was thrilled with the Menudo here and said she rates this in the top three for sure! No chewy pieces and lots of "meat" I originally ordered the 21 shrimp appetizer for my meal and for just $2 more I got 2 heaping sides. For the sides I chose coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. I also added 10 boneless buffalo wings with blue cheese for only $5.99 and they were mighty spicy. I would would definitely come back for the shrimp meal... the wings were too spicy for me... so if you love spicy wings... you will love them here! Next time I will order the BBQ boneless wings. The other dish was the chicken Caesar pita and I must make a note, since this was a take out order, they serve a huge salad in the pita and the pita absorbs the juices and gets soggy. I'd recommend asking for the pita on top and arranging your pita together later. Regardless of that, it was delicious. With the pita we had the coleslaw and the garlic potatoes. Recommend all the sides. Found a new favorite place. Highly recommend, you won't regret. read more

Was excited to try this place and seeing all the sides made me want to choose like 4-5 sides to go along with our chicken meal. We settled on roasted potatoes and cole slaw. The portions are very generous. But the taste is just average to me. Food tasted bland and lacked flavor. We also got the quesabirria tacos and those lacked any flavor. I work as a contractor and was looking for a holiday meal option. I came across this restaurant and figured I'd give it a try. The roasted chicken and BBQ ribs were very good. The mashed potatoes and gravy are excellent. The Mac and Cheese is pretty good. The only thing I tried that wasn't overly impressive was the baked beans. They were soupy. Isn't this a rotisserie chicken place?? The employees were all talking Spanish and not very nice. Rush, rush, rush for what, no one was in there. I ordered the thigh and leg meal with potatoe salad and baked beans. The stuff on the hot table looked very old and dried out. I couldn't even eat the potatoe salad it was loaded with yellow mustard and horrible. I had to throw it out!! If I got 3 bites out of the 2 chicken pieces I was lucky. They were so small and full of bones and skin. Once you took the skin off there was nothing on the bones. Corn muffin dry as dust!! The place was dark and gloomy and very unappealing. I will never go back. It was a BIG waste of $12.00 to just eat baked beans!!! I could of had a can of beans at home for a lot cheaper. This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, so I'm glad my bf suggested coming here for dinner on a Sunday night... because it's not normally a place I would pick on my own. The food is really delicious, and service is fast and friendly. Not sure how healthy the food actually is, but it does seem healthy enough, and everything definitely has that home style from scratch feel. The inside is filled with chicken decor, kind of dated but adds to the homey charm. The restaurant seems to be family run, and it has an interesting Mexican twist with pico de gallo as one of the cold side options and Mexican soft drinks in the cooler. We got the half chicken and half slab ribs to share, and it was a ton of food. Very tasty. Muffin was a bit dry, but also very tasty. The corn seemed plain without salt or butter, so I suppose that was healthy, haha. I got the Italian green beans in an attempt at more greens, and it came in a tomato sauce with a hint of heat. Oh man, a chicken lovers paradise. They have great comfort quality chicken and the biggest variety of sides . I had the Chicken Finger Basket that came with two sides. I chose the pasta salad and the spanish rice. She walked them over to my table after about a 8-10 minute wait. They seemed just a bit dry and lacked a full amount of taste that i'd have been expecting. Good to say the least, just not the highest quality i was hoping for. They give you a great amount of tenders and if that's not enough, the sides are plenty as well. I took most of my side dishes home and had left-overs. I would definitely recommend trying the tenders here, mostly because of the comfort sides. read more
