I cannot think of a single bad thing about this place and have been here a few times now. My usual cleaner (Al Phillips) does not clean leather jackets, so I reached out via Yelp to see if this place does. They do. While I ultimately decided the cost for that was not worth it, I decided to give them a chance for some other items mostly off how nice and responsive the company was with my questions. On my first visit, the employee was very friendly and warned me that the repair on the dress I was requested probably wouldn't turn out well (a strap ripped off on my Disney Aulani Tori Richard sun dress). It was a limited edition purchase I can no longer buy, and it matches my family's set. In other words, a less than stellar repair was better than no repair at all. I was given a fair price, $15 per strap (it broke on both sides). Much to my surprise when I picked it up, it looked amazing. Definitely undersold the results and overdelivered. The clothes I dry cleaned also smelled clean but not overly like chemicals (as Al Phillips do), something I really enjoyed. I should not here that my husband thinks that chemical smell equals clean and does not like that you don't get that here, so if you're like him, you may feel the same way. The clothes do look fresh and clean though. My second visit was just dry cleaning. Everything looked fresh and clean and had a nice non-chemically scent. Since my husband was impressed with my dress repair, he decided to get a suit jacket repaired. He only noticed one decent sized hole, but as I was showing it to the staff member (the same one who helped me with the dress), we noticed a second, smaller hole and ordered a repair on that one as well. For one of the two holes, you seriously cannot even see where they repaired it. It was done so incredibly well. The other is noticeable but it is a lot better than a hole, which we all know grows over time when not repaired. All in all, this place is amazing. They have a wonderfully attentive staff through every step of the process, via phone, via Internet, in person at the desk, the people who do the cleaning, and most importantly, the person who does the clothing repairs is NEXT level talented. You won't be sorry for trying this place. Every time I go to the chiropractor next door, I smile when I see this shop. It makes me smile even when I don't go in there. They're that good! read more

I have been doing business with this cleaners for years. They use to be reliable with amazing work. However these days their business has fallen extremely short. There have been many times I have paid for certain things to be done (alterations with dry clearing). The alterations come back fine, but the dry cleaning is cringe worthy. Every time I have paid for a hem to be done... The hem falls apart within a wash. I recently paid well over $200 for alterations, suspender buttons to be moved per the alterations, and dry cleaning. After going over the order numerous times. The slacks where never taken in like the were supposed to be, the suspender buttons where never moved like they were supposed to be, and the clothes were pressed our, never dry cleaned... The owner of this business does not care to work with me. Only tell me what his employee has to say and continue to get me to pay for dry cleaning I was already paid for. Is is unethical business practices! Save yourself from the aggravation if you care for your clothing. In response Richard... it is funny how your memory doesn't seem to serve you. I have called you a couple of times on the failed hem. Your response every time is to pay for the hem to get repaired again. There is ZERO accountability on your piss poor service. I know my husband spoke with your employee. What you are once again FAILING to understand is I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HER AND I HAVE PERSONALLY PAID FOR DRY CLEANING THAT NEVER ACTUALLY GOT DONE. I love how close they are located to our house so dropping off and picking up is convenient. There were some great reviews and so we decided to give it a shot. They offer one day service as well as the option to pay before or after you pick it up. We have done both with no issues. They are always quick getting us in and have the clothes ready fast for pick up. There prices are reasonable I have never had any problems regarding damages and things. I frequent this dry cleaner because it is the closest one to my house. The staff is nice and they appear to complete work on site. They get the job done quick and my clothes are often ready before I can find time to pick them up. If you drop your clothes off early enough in the morning, they will be ready by 5 pm on the next business day. Prices vary depending on what you bring in but it's usually around 2 to 3 bucks per item. You're supposed to pre-pay (pre-pay discount) but I think you can also opt to pay when you pick up, although it'll be more expensive. read more
