Call them Tuesday, they showed up Thursday and in less then 3 hours job complete and rates are reasonable. Safety is a priority and carbon monoxide poisoning is no joke so make sure your fireplace , chimney, heating system , etc, is inspected, cleaned , serviced, repaired yearly or when law requires it . Went to this place in March to get some accessories for my Big Green Egg (BGE) that was arriving two days later. Sales associate, while nice, couldn't have been any less interested in upselling or even selling me anything to with said Egg. Simply asked "is there anything else?" and moved on (I was the only person in the store the entire time). Personally, if someone told me they had made this kind of purchase I would have been upselling them the entire store! Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I needed to make a warranty claim for a replacement part. I followed Big Green Egg's process, got approval, then forwarded my email approval to Joe at this location asking for him to let me know when the part is ready for pickup. He simply replied asking if I had purchased it there (I have purchased directly from BGE and it was randomly fulfilled by another store), and when I told him this he stopped replying altogether. Over the course of the next few days I reached out again and still no reply. As a GOLD dealer for BGE (the second highest tier, I believe), they should be well aware that warranty claims can be fulfilled with ANY authorized dealer (which they are). After some back and forth with BGE directly, and proof that Joe was basically ghosting me, BGE is now breaking protocol and sending me the part directly. It's really a shame though, because I'm new to owning this incredible piece of equipment, live 15 minutes away from this place on foot, have plenty of disposable income, etc., but the team there has zero interest in trying to be helpful or keeping my business. Hopefully others have a better experience with this store, but for me I'll happily give my money to other authorized dealers of Big Green Egg. read more

Called the company this morning after no one showed up during the 8-10am window. Was informed that a truck was late and would arrive in 1-2 hours at my home. Received a call back 12 minutes later, telling me the delivery would need to be rescheduled to tomorrow. I informed them that was NOT an option and I was told it would be delivered today and I expected it today. DO NOT waste your time, money or energy with this company. They are quick to take your money, then fail to deliver results. During this time when businesses are struggling, they have shown that they do NOT care about customers or delivering great service during this time. I Ordered 2 propane tanks on June 20th delivered to my home. The guy said he can make it the day after. The day after nothing happened. I waited 1 more week. No one showed up. On June 28th I called them. A nice lady said she's not sure what went wrong, but she'll make sure to send someone the day after. The day after no one showed up. Called again on June 30th and asked them to cancel my order. They cancelled it right away and issued a refund. I told the guy on the phone I'm very disappointed. He said there were 3 attempts to deliver the propane tanks. I told him it's impossible since I work from home and always here. I told him to check his Yelp page since I'm going to post a review. His response? "Oh, you're one of those scumbag clients. Go F*ck yourself" and he hung up on me. Great service! read more

These guys are fantastic, My husband and i where greeted soon as we walked THRU the door by Damian he was very knowledgeable and patient with us answering every question we had . We spent over an hr and half trying to decide on which grill we wanted. We didn't feel pressured at any point and Damian gave us all the time in the world to decide. We walked out with The XL Big Green Egg Bundle along with some extra accessories. We had a very minor difficulty putting it together at home but again Damian was very helpful with pointers helping us resolve our issue. We would definately go back top make another purchase and definately recommend this for all your grill and fireplace needs. Even the owner/manager was very pleasant and honest. Terrible company with an owner that does not get back to folks. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are simply not honest and charge work that they did not do. They showed up, after seeing pictures, said, they could not do it and charged my card. After week of trying to get in touch to try to pay for the teams time for showing up I will not challenge the entire charge though my CC company. If you are in the market for a grill this season, this is the place to go to. Went yesterday to purchase a new grill for the summer. I was excited to learn of their new location on Astoria Blvd, as it's closer to me than their old place on 42st. The staff was kind and friendly from the minute I walked in there. It was early afternoon, and two hours later, I had a brand new grill set up in my backyard. Not only were they quick in getting to me, but the guys who dropped off my grill both set up and tested it for me (sans food). We ordered a grill from Big Apple, and the delivery came on the following day. The service couldn't be better - fast, efficient, and friendly. We even got a mini lecture on what to do with the grates. This happened after a fiasco of ordering a grill from Amazon, finding faulty parts while assembling the beast and having to deal with returning the 130 lb box.
