After looking over the menu I was really excited for this place. It wasn't a total disappointment but I doubt I will ever go back. We didn't get on the wait-list before arrival so we had a long wait. I was fine with that and headed to the bar for a coffee. The bar tender was nice enough once I got their attention but I had to ask 3 times for cream. They definitely needed an additional bartender. We finally get seated and order. I ordered the grapefruit brulee and oyster scrambled eggs. I was so disappointed when the grapefruit came uncut and without proper grapefruit utensils. The only reason to have grapefruit brulee on the menu is if you have grapefruit spoons and knives. I wrestled with it for three bites and then just gave up. The scrambled eggs were entirely too salty and only had three puny oysters on top. My friends seem to enjoy their food but they are not as picky as I am I guess. This place needs more wait stuff , a chef with a lighter hand on the salt and proper utensils to eat the food that they serve. read more

This place has so many different and delicious options to choose from. My wife's thoughts on her chicken and waffles were "excellent." My son absolutely devoured his granola, fruit and yogurt dish and and he "loved it" aka "Thad approved." My daughters loved their BLT and BBB skillet. The service was amazing too considering they're in their first week of operation and they were short staffed for Mother's Day. This place is amazing and you should definitely go here. Dined there twice for brunch -- always a long wait and not worth it. The food is just above average, nothing worth raving about. Restaurant was noticeably messy both times -- several tables were filled with dirty dishes sitting there without being cleaned up -- the staff doesn't show much attention to cleaning tables quickly at all, which is just gross. read more

We joined the online waitlist, were instructed to check in by 11:19, I checked in by 11:15. By then, the app said we were 6th in line. I had requested a high chair. Waited in the restaurant for 1 whole hour, we asked the hostess if it would be much and that's when we were told that I had requested a high chair and a booth and that would not be possible. If we had not asked she wouldn't had said anything. We decided to leave because this is horrible service. We were sitting right by the hostess, it is common sense if you can't accommodate our request, that is completely fine but be courteous enough as to let us know. If we knew the request was an issue we could have settled for another table and just bring in his stroller. Terrible, terrible service. Communicating costs nothing. read more

Food was good and plentiful. Our waitress was very knowledgeable when asked questions and she was at our table always making sure we had what we needed. Suggest putting your name on waitlist before going. There was a 40 min wait but because we used the waitlist prior to arriving. We were seated in 5 mins from our arrival time. Went here with my family of 5 - the service was great and we were seated and served quickly. Unfortunately, the menu here makes it seem like everything is great, but the food was disappointing especially for the $10+ price point. My cold brew coffee was about twice the price of Starbucks and half as good with no refills. I ordered the "yard work" skillet with toast - the skillet was bland and a small portion, and the toast was good but nothing more than plain toast. My family agreed that the food was pretty bland and not worth the price. My sister compared her wrap to something from McDonald's, and my dad was confident he could make a better dish using frozen sausage at home (he got the Big Bad Breakfast Skillet). What was good were the biscuits and the grits, but the side of grits we ordered was a tiny portion for $3.50. Maybe we all just ordered their worst dishes, but I can't recommend going to this place. If all I got to try was my own food, it would've been a 1 star for sure. read more

The inside of the building is absolutely beautiful. What a great space they have! Nice staff too! Unfortunately We Probs won't go back just cause the food was okay. Not bad just not great either. I ordered the burrito which I felt was very soggy. And the marinated tomatoes as my side. I heard sooo many great things about this restaurant so I decided to give it a try this morning--I had a Scramble (very bland with all the cheese in one corner of the dish--literally!) with a biscuit (have heard you HAVE to have their biscuits and gravy) it was flat and hard and doughy inside. I mentioned it to my waitress and she said she knew they were having trouble with them because the freezer that stored them wasn't working properly. So WHY would they even serve them? I tried to pull off a piece to try the gravy and it was too hard to chew. The waitress said she could replace it with a pancake(the only thing that really was very good, just not hot) and then proceeded to tell me when she brought my bill that they "comped" the pancake--what??? $24 for that (including tip)? I met a friend there for lunch on a Saturday. We only had to wait about five minutes to get a table, our server was great and helpful and patient as we had not seen each other in a while and kept forgetting to look at the menu! The food we ordered was good but for the price I thought the portion should be larger, but it's like that everywhere now I guess. I got eggs and bacon and grits and the grits were really good!!! my friend got eggs Benedict and she said they were good also but wish they made them just the normal way instead of what they offer, but I think they made them the way she wanted. My Bro-in-Law lives there in Franklin - we needed a brunch place. I wish we could get one of these in Golden, CO. It's fun and spacious - Lindsey was amazing and helpful with descriptions. Special bacon - get for an appetizer to share along with a biscuit and Gravy! Bring on the great drink menu. Then everyone got something different - ALL delicious. I have seen this place in other cities and have wanted to try it since it opened here. We finally got the chance and had an underwhelming first time experience. Our family got there about 12:30 PM. We were hungry, got seated pretty quickly, and got our order placed. Not sure what went wrong after that. Our food took a very long time to come. I estimate that we had been there an hour before we got food. Customers who were seated after we had ordered were well into their meal before our food arrived. I was starving and annoyed by the time our food came to the table. When it finally came, we had no silverware (more waiting, staring at the food) and my omelette was cold to the touch. I ate it anyway because we needing to get going. All in all, we spent 1.5 hours there just to get breakfast. Not sure if they were short staffed or we just caught them on a bad day. Cold omelette aside, the other entrees tried to put a unique spin on breakfast items, but somehow just missed the mark for us. We averaged $18 per person for an entree and soft drink including tip. In retrospect, that seems high since one of the meals was a kid's meal. There might have been a mistake on the bill that I overlooked. We were in a rush by that time and I did not check the bill as carefully as I should have. The one thing that I did like is their outside seating area is dog friendly which is not very common around here. There are other good breakfast options around. I asked her what's so funny and she replied ooo nothing , she continued to laugh so I asked for the manager. While sitting off to the side the 3 hostess teens started to talk badly about us so I reminded her that I was still standing there and she laughed again. After speaking to the manager we were fine she was going to handle it.. when we walked back up to wait the hostesses they were continuing to laugh so my husband had enough and we left! GARBAGE!!! Northern how many times I e tried this place, I end up leaving. One, I put in for call ahead seating and everytime despite it stating 20 to 30 mins, when I get there they tell me much longer. NO NEED TO DO CALL AHEAD SEATING-IT MEANS NOTHING. Secondly when ypu get there 1/2 of the tables are occupied. It seems the management has never been successful in adequately staffing the place. Third, they've never had any friendly staff. Although I've never eaten there the hostess is never around and after waiting the correspondence is not good read more

I had high hopes for this breakfast place because 1. I love breakfast, 2. It's close to home and 3. How hard can it be to mess it up?? Apparently, it's not too hard. I think that the menu choices were good and the coffee was good- everything else was bland and tasteless. I had an omelette- it was absolutely bland, rubbery. My husband had French Toast as recommended by the waitress. It was greasy and tasteless as well. We would have fared better at the old Shoneys buffet. The restaurant is aptly named. read more
