Let me tell ya. Seth was so amazing as a waiter that I am interested in having my birthday party here and I really hope he is on that shift. I was treated so well that I just had to yelp. If he isnt a GM here I recommend it because he knew the menu and I had so many questions about the foods that he was patient and kindly explained so much for me. When I think about a picture perfect experience I demand perfect customer service and A+ really no words for how happy I was laughing the whole time lol! Savory to the best degree! Cute location, a bit of a pain for parking but the vibe here was chill morning meets busy city. Had an awesome breakfast bartender who suggested my entire breakfast starting with a vanilla hot latte and even the delish KeKe burrito. Glad we finally stopped in to check this place out. Was starting to get crowded when we got our table. Fairly big restaurant and they have patio seating. Staff was great and our waitress was training someone else on the wait staff - both were great and attentive. Place was clean and lots of great menu options. We started with espresso (which was good & strong) and a cup of coffee. Bummed because the coffee tasted burnt and wasn't great. Breakfast needs a good cup of coffee. That was a big bummer! Breakfast made up for it! We had the Big Bad Breakfast and their Andouille Sausage was awesome and so was their crispy hash cake (next time I'm asking for it well done). Biscuit had a lot of flavor - it's a dense one, not super flaky but flavor is great! Try the peach or blackberry preserve - so good! The side pancake really tastes like a funnel cake and you don't need too much syrup on it. It was fluffy & delicious. Their homemade hot sauce it not spicy, but really delicious and really recommend with your eggs! Now I didn't think this would work...BUT IT DOES - the Fried Oyster Scramble "Hangtown Style!" I eat raw oysters and never really fried and you're talking about having them at breakfast?! IT WORKS! Delicious dish and highly recommend! So happy to have another great breakfast spot on Franklin! I have been to many BBB locations including the original and enjoy the different ambience each location provides. This location has a great parking lot and I enjoy the convenience of joining the waitlist in advance so there are no long waits upon arrival. Food offerings are similar but presented/prepared differently. Love the fresh squeezed orange juice and the cocktails you can order after 10am. Only thing I was bummed about is no birthday pancake or anything when going there for a birthday breakfast like the main location offers but overall would go here once a week if I could. I was excited to try BBB because of their GF options. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was very nice, but must have had too many tables all over the restaurant. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes (after I went to ask about it) to get our food. When they brought it, (we had to find someone to give us utensils) it was cold, and the pancakes and French toast were dry and hard from sitting. It was a very disappointing experience. read more

This is a solid breakfast spot. The food was very good, though not quite as good as some of my other favorite breakfast spots in the area. Our server Kenya was very friendly, and the entire staff was very helpful. I had the "Redneck" Benny, which is a tasty take on eggs Benedict. The grits were super good. The biscuits are light and fluffy, though not flaky. The gravy was good and thick, but not quite as flavorful as I expected. My wife had the Big Bad Biscuit Sandwich, which was also good. Everything was prepared well, service was prompt and friendly, and the place has a cool country diner type of feel. An overall good experience, with absolutely no complaints. I just didn't feel that the food was so good that it had me craving more. I'd be perfectly happy to eat here again, and they most certainly draw a big crowd. So like past reviews you have Barrett's review then mom's (Sam) review. Barrett: I believe the chicken here is to spicy as well as the ranch being sub-par.I believe the waitress was quite nice. And the ambience was that similar to a farm modern diner. Mom: Decor is very nice however needs a good dusting. Music was on point and we both really enjoyed it. Although Barrett was not a fan of the chicken, I really liked the spin on the Jack Benny. It could have used more hollandaise sauce but as a whole it was good. read more

Waiting time wasn't that bad but they don't give clear instructions for first timers all they ask for is your name and number and tell you a wait time. After I sat for 20 mins and seen customers told the same them I was told but they where going before me I was a little confused so I asked the hostess and he stated you should receive a text message and I need to sign in that way to put me in queue. After sitting for 17 mins at this time. Finally got a booth and order my food I ordered the meal called yard work which was a skillets with all the ingredients inside. The potatoes were was over cooked so I asked for a different meal. I ordered an omelette but with all the ingredients as the yard work. Which was 2 scrambled eggs avocado spinach tomatoes bell peppers onions mushrooms potatoes herbs and Swiss. All sounds good right but they created me an omelette with all this meat inside the country ham was so salty I spit out and the food was so greasy I just gave it back and ate my toast. I really enjoyed this spot. You could add your name to the waitlist via the app as well so that was helpful. We first started out with a round of bloody marys. I had a virgin and it was delicious. No celery but beans instead. I'm OK with that! We then had the french toast that came in three pieces topped with strawberries and powdered sugar. It was delicious! Use the squeeze bottle and add some blackberry preserves and it's alllll good. I had the BLT omelet and asked for the mayo and tomato gravy on the side. I didn't know what to think of that but when I combined it and had it with my bite of eggs, it was delicious. It was more gravy than mayo. The greens needed more dressing and it was tasty. The hash brown was delicious. I also had a bite of the chicken breast on the biscuit sandwich, just the chicken. It was moist and crispy. Excellent! I would love to try more items but I'm from CA. Have to update my last review. Couple things. Manager did not leave contact info after saying to reach out. Went on their website to find it. I emailed, and replied to her response abt when Id like to cime in again and did not receive a response. After a couple days, emailed again to follow up and she said she forgot to hit send. Said to "shoot her a text the day I planned to come so she can have a table ready. I ended not being able to make it and asker her to email a gift card instead like she offered in her initial response to my review. She said sure. It's been about 10 days and I've received nothing. I saw the amazing reviews on here so I immediately joined the waitlist here on yelp. It was Father's Day so I excepted a bit of a delay, but once I arrived I only had a 10 minute wait. Despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, the service was outstanding. I ordered the Creole Omelet which came with a side spring salad, perfectly dressed, and crunchy, well-seasoned fries. The omelet was stuffed with shrimp, sausage, tomatoes and cheese and covered with a delicious Cajun sauce (flavorful without being too spicy). When my server took my plate she offered to get me coffee to go. Total win! Definitely give this place a shot. read more

Popped in to BBB in Franklin for Sunday breakfast. Used their save your spot option which was awesome. I had the huevos rancheros grits and it was AMAZING! Cheese Grits, chicken sausage, pico, advocados, black beans, eggs and a magic sauce that I suppose was their 'cilantro' comtibution. all Together it is absolutely delicious!!!! Would totally eat it again! Mom had a little bit of a hard time finding something - because the special dishes have a lot of ingredients or are spicy, but was able to find just a egg and bacon plate. Really nice staff. Fun atmosphere (chicken willie and Loretta on the wall) only bummer was - they have fun coffee drinks but if you need decalf like me- they only have plain decaf hot. read more

The coffee is FANTASTIC. I've only recently started drinking my coffee black as I have found only good coffee needs nothing added to it. And this coffee was wonderful. I also ordered the Huevos Rancheros per the bartender's suggestion and it was wonderful. The grits are creamy, the sausage nice and spicy. All the flavors come together wonderfully. I really enjoyed this place, stopped in around brunch time and sat at the bar. The bar top was a little messy but that's ok. Service was prompt and friendly and they gave me some solid recommendations on what to try. Ended up having the mother of all biscuits and a breakfast margarita. I was worried about the two flavors clashing but ultimately they didn't and the combination worked. The biscuit was huge and full of flavor, The chicken was cooked perfectly. I recommend asking for their hot sauce, which is more of a salsa verde, to spread on it. Prices were reasonable, especially for Franklin. read more
