If you don't know Jesse (our server), you don't know what you are missing. Jesse is engaging and stays on top of things. Always ready with the coffee! So we are going to come back and eat here. The reason we gave it 3 stars is because of what we ordered. After a huge July 4 pool party and my kids counting the roles of fat on my stomach, it was time to eat healthy. Had yogurt and granola/fruit and my wife had gluten free French toast. Watching everyone else's meals come out looked amazing! Ours was actually pretty good but a little disappointing. maybe I try exercising a little so I can enjoy real food??? Today, My fiancé and I decided to give this restaurant a second try but again they made us feel unwanted by skipping us in line and seating others that came after us first. Also, there was no real welcoming greeting. As the foodies we are, we don't eat at restaurants that make us fill unwanted there. If I could give a 3.5 I would... I know how busy they must be considering they just opened. However, waiting almost 20 minutes to order food is kind of ridiculous. I was so excited to come here considering one of my biggest pregnancy cravings is pancakes. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes to be seated which is totally fine and expected on a Sunday! We were seated in between two tables finishing their meals and both waitresses were present which made me really excited because, as a hungry pregnant lady, this is the best thing to see! However, we waited 10 minutes for our waitress. I mean, no big deal at all everyone needs a break sometimes! However, it' started becoming a big deal when a new family got seated beside us and their waitress immediately started serving them... I felt so ignored I was on the verge of tears. It also did not help I started seeing our waitress come out, kind of stare at us, and rush back to the kitchen a few times. After another 10 minutes of waiting, another waitress, Gracie (who was not assigned to our section), noticed and started our order. I started crying because i'm starving and so thankful someone noticed us. Eventually our food came out but I wasn't a happy clam, and even though the pancakes looked so good, I could barely eat them (however, I definitely recommended the pancakes with the few bites I did take). Our actual waitress went to the table next to us immediately as they got seated and started serving them, still ignoring us. Eventually she came to fill our waters but only my husbands and left mine empty. Without asking if we were done or wanted anything more, she gave us our check. I never got her name because I frankly wanted to leave. However, I did give a nice tip to Gracie for being amazing and noticing we were not served after 20 minutes. Overall, I would go back to this restaurant and pray I do not get the same waitress but it probably will not be any time soon. read more

My dad was in town from CO and we were trying to find good places to eat, after 4 TERRIBLE meals at other restaurants I was ready to give up. However, when driving we noticed this place BBB just opened so we went literally 3 days after their grand opening. They were very nice, the place was very clean, however they were still working out kinks, seems mainly like with their new staff, a lot of which I feel maybe didn't work in the restaurant business before. All went ok, they were just not super organized and we had to remind our gal a few times for the basics and they forgot the extra egg my dad ordered. And my husband ordered orange juice which was like $4.50 and came in a little tiny cup and to me tasted like Tang, not freshly squeezed like they have on their menu. My dad and husband were very happy with their food, they got the basic breakfast of eggs, potatoes and sausage, and toast. I got the BLT - BLT was nothing special, but I tasted my dads sausage and it was darn good!! We will go back again in a month or two and hopefully they will be better organized and I will give you an update then! read more

Party of three and everything was wonderful. I had a Belgium waffle and breakfast potatoes, hubby had the yard work meal and a cinnamon roll, our son had the avocado toast. We used to come here a lot. Food and service were really good. The last few visits, certain servers are really good (Taylor and Sam) and others aren't. The food quality, mistakes, and presentation from the kitchen have slipped. We visited on a busy Sunday morning. We waited exactly the amount of time we were told and seated promptly. Service was friendly. Food was good, but served on very large plates which I think cooled the food off a bit before it reached us. Noise level was not too much, even when most tables were full. Would go again! read more

We had heard goods things about Big Bad Breakfast so we thought we go to celebrate two of our family's birthdays. The waiter was nice but did not give us what we needed right away. No silverware to start. So when we got our coffees we had to sit and wait for silverware. He only gave us two sets and we where a party of 6. We had to stir our coffee with shared forks. After receiving our food we had to ask again for sliverware and had to wait while our food was getting cold. The food was good but would have been better if they provided salt and pepper on the table. There where no condiments on the table so we had to ask for butter for our biscuits. There was no jam, no honey, no ketchup,nothing. We will give them another chance but next time we will definitely make sure we have what we need from the start. read more

Big Bad Let-down! This place is hit or miss. This was my 2nd visit, and it was not good. The first thing you see when you walk in is a sign to try the Pink Mimosas. Once seated, the waitor tells us they are out of mimosas and bloody Mary's. Then why advertise it. You are open from 7 to 2. Sunday brunch is one of the busiest days. I'm sorry, but that is poor management. There is no excuse to run out of prosecco, and you close at 2 every day. We waited an hour for our food. Three tables came in after us, ate and left before we ever got our food. No apology for the delay. The food was good, but the experience was unsatisfactory. read more
