We moved to Tn a year ago and lived in Franklin while were building a house in Spring Hill. We frequented the Franklin and often took home biscuits and gravy for later days. I went to the Spring Hill location yesterday and asked for 4 biscuits and gravy to go, and was told they did not serve them. I was shocked, turned to leave, and said I would like to speak to the manager. 13 minutes later she arrives and said the "biscuits are now done" I asked for 4 to go. They charged me $35. for 4 biscuits and gravy while the price on the menu was $2. per biscuit and $2 for gravy, each or $16. I was told that inflation, the prices have gone up. I paid it, then looked the menu up on line when I got home. The young ladies at the counter probably did not know, but the manger instructed them what to charge. Not honest, and a rip off. read more

Fine. Don't open if you're not ready or trained. Ordered a chocolate chip pancake for my kid. Added five chips and charged me a dollar extra. Asked what he wanted to drink and he ordered a chocolate milk. $3 later and no refills since it came from the bar. Breakfast bonding with my toddler son added up real quick. I tried to order a specialty coffee. They still hasn't set up the machine to make them. Then why is it on the menu? I will give it another try but I have low expectations. read more

Great food and service, wait was minimal and I love that you can check wait time and check in before you arrive. We have eaten here a handful of times and have nwver been disappointed. We love the benedicts, bacon is yummy, great coffee, and amazing shrimp and grits as well as biscuits and gravy. Large portions at decent prices, recommend! read more

Excited to try BBB. Waitress dumped OJ all over our table, me and my purse. I wasn't upset, in fact felt a bit bad for her, because clearly she was embarrassed and apologized several times. However, the manager wasn't very concerned. Wiped down our table and asked if I was covered in juice, but didn't attempt to do anything about it. Management could be better! Food wasn't anything special. However, I did give the waitress 20% tip, because she was good. I understand accidents happen. Probably won't go back though. read more

I don't know if it was just a new restaurant thing or what but everything we ordered was so gross!! The grits didn't even taste like grits...I couldn't eat more than one bite. The sausage/bacon tasted off too and my husband said his biscuits and gravy were just mush and bland. We were so let down :( I LOVE breakfast food, but this was just weird tasting and not what we expected at all! The staff was nice, but I don't think we will be back. read more

Wish they had there liquor license and they ran out of cold brew, but the food is delicious. They have a great fried chicken.

Our server forgot to place our order- so it was very very delayed. But we didn't mind as were were enjoying our family time and conversation. We ordered biscuits and gravy, steak and eggs and the big bad breakfast- it was tasty! read more

It was the third morning of my week long vacation. My sister, mother and myself had spent the whole night prior planning on a fun breakfast out. We woke up around 8:38 AM and we were starving. As we had earlier planned we got in the car and headed to BBB. We sat down and we're very intrigued by the exciting venue and cool pictures on the wall. Our server was kind and seemed to be a nice guy. However, when our food came out we were appalled. The "spicy bacon" had no spice and was completely burnt. My omelet was colder than the arctic snow. The cheese was boarder-line not existent. We had onions on things that we did not order onions on. To be completely honest, the only thing about my experience that was not horrendous was the fruit. It was okay at best. On top of all of this the food was very price. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please save yourself from this terrible place! read more

Took a spot a the bar and COMPLETELY IGNORED, the bar was not full. Patrons served around us. Never acknowledged or looked at once. We were completely invisible. I understand being short staffed but to be completely ignored and dismissed is completely unacceptable! Do better! read more

What an absolute joke!!! I ordered the biscuits and gravy ( key letter is the "s")! The menu said biscuits and gravy, when it was delivered I had one biscuit and a smattering of gravy. If I would have known I was going to receive just one biscuit, I would have ordered from the à la carte menu. A biscuit and gravy from the à la carte menu would have cost me $4. However I ordered biscuits and gravy from the main menu and it cost me $8. So for $4 more from the à la carte menu I could have ordered twice as much than I did from the main menu. When I explained the math on my way out the young lady just laughed and said yes that's how it is. She must have thought I was joking, I wasn't joking I was infuriated at the lack of customer service. I was still hungry. Is this what they call customer service? Maybe the young lady I spoke with didn't understand the math. Either way, "biscuits" is plural, it may have been just $4, but with bidenomics that's a gallon of gas! read more

Awesome restaurant in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Stopped by and had an awesome breakfast! the entire staff was very friendly and attentive. especially our server, Holly. the atmosphere is very cool and clean. Had a great experience today using the yelp waitlist. We got to the restaurant and only had to wait 10 more minutes. I highly recommend using it. This was only my second time at a BBB ever, and I honestly think their biscuits are the best I've ever had. Big, flaky, and well seasoned. I had the yard work skillet, and it was pretty good too. My boyfriend had the big bad burger and he was impressed as well. Definitely gonna come back, worth it for the price point!! read more

OMG this was an amazing visit! The portions are.so HUGE as a family.of 6 next time we don't ALL need our own meal, I couldn't eat but half the biscuit sandwich!! Emmy was our server and despite the place being crowded was very attentive and kind. I ordered a coke and didn't feel like it was a waste as I got multiple refills without even asking honestly. I have 4 kiddos and their little bad breakfast are HUGE and filling! As for the wait, it's NASHVILLE brunch. Let's be realistic. I came in on a Saturday mid morning, I EXPECTED an hour wait or more. So, I'm giving them two stars, not necessarily for the food, which is actually relatively decent, but for the service, or lack there of. I guess maybe I should leave my cloak of invisibility at home, because it seems that when I go in by myself, and sit at the bar, no one can fucking see me. Maybe it's my fault. Maybe I don't sit there, and wave my arms and scream and rant and rave about getting my order taken, but I wasn't raised that way. It does amaze me how I can sit there for 20 to 30 minutes and have four other people come in behind me and get waited on and I just can't be bothered to be seen. So if you choose to go there, and you are by yourself, do not let them sit you at the bar. Apparently bar staff is either blind or doesn't care. Make them give you a table. At least if you're sitting there, you can grab a waitress as she goes by, and you won't have to slide tackle somebody to get a couple of poached eggs and a biscuit. read more

First let me say that We are from NJ. That said we have reasonably high standards for quality food as nothing beats NJ/NY cuisine. However we ALWAYS in search of anything comparable here in TN. We had decently high hopes for this place but ... Uhhhhh. No. The only good thing I can say about this place is the service was excellent. The entire waitstaff was on their game! So to them, I apologize for this review despite its accuracy. The table smelled so bad from whatever was used to clean it. That smell never subsided so that continued to quite negatively enhance" our experience. Before the food even arrived, my daughter was given her drink in a visibly dirty glass. Server cheerfully and agreeably replaced it promptly. She answered all of our questions regarding the menu, asked appropriate clarifying questions to ensure food was properly prepared (eg medium rare burger etc) then served our food in a perfectly reasonable amount of time. My order was simple eggs, bacon toast and hash brown cake. The only thing on my plate that was palatable was the eggs. The toast was cold and unbuttered- I had to request butter, which when applied just lay atop the cold bread. The hash brown required a for ll and knife to cut as it was incredibly "done" and this item seemed to be void of all salt and any subsequent semblance of flavor. The bacon tasted like what my daughter described as "some type of stale cheese puffed chip product" and ironically our friend agreed with this description! My daughter's burger that was ordered medium rare arrived practically "mooing" on the plate. The patty itself was struggling to maintain it's integrity as it was so rare it had no stability. This meal was sent back. Our friend ordered a skillet that was also inedible due to the fact that the onion apparently believed it was his solo performance barely allowing even a cameo performer by any supporting cast, despite their credits in the menu. Not even the attempted rescue by Tabasco sauce was successful. Fortunately, the biscuit was reportedly mildly enjoyable for the first few bites until ultimately we surrendered and just paid the bill. We do not recommend wasting your money at this establishment. The search continues. read more

I attempted to use the "Waitlist" option on Yelp for our party of 15 this morning. Because of the large size of our party, red lettered message told me to contact the restaurant directly. I called 4 times before someone picked up. I explained I wished to join the waitlist for our party and she took my party size and time of arrival. Upon arrival the manager (not the person who I spoke with) tells me they can't honor my call because they don't take reservations. I explained and showed the message on Yelp to which she responded "that's never happened before." The young girl who wrote down our info and took my call should have told me to have someone come in to have us join the waitlist, she failed to do so and the manager told us there was nothing to be done. We left. Never once did the manager attempt to remedy the situation, just allowed 15 people dine in another local spot. Very disappointing. read more
