Waited over an hour to be seated and finally left. We were told the wait was 20-30 minutes. We noticed parties just arriving were seated before us. First time visiting BBB, they have a pretty large menu with options that sounded very appetizing ... Im not a big fan of eggs and I was not in the mood for chicken and waffles ... the french toast looked good but I love gravy and biscuits So I chose the cat head chicken biscuit added extra gravy with a order of crisp hash cakes (hash brown) and I was not disappointed.... would definitely recommend everyone to try it! As far as the atmosphere it was very family friendly, and the staff were super friendly and provided good customer service... Arrived on a Sunday morning at 9:50 and was told 20~25 minute wait. At 10:25 was notified table ready. Waitress took orders quickly and we had our order in under 20 minutes. The creole omelet was hot and delicious. Had 5 shrimp in it and lots of vegetables. The skillet tasted great but was only warm and as you can see by the picture the cheese on top was not fully melted. Biscuit was good. Overall good experience. First off, our server Rick was very nice and helpful so the review is more based on the food. He let us know which were the popular dishes and his personal favorites. We each got something different and we're unfortunately not very impressed with the food itself. For a place that boasts how great their biscuits are, they weren't anything special. One of my friends got one of the skillets, but kept coming out wrong. It kept having ingredients she asked to leave off, included in it. The other friend got the avocado toast which was a large portion but didn't appear to actually have much fresh avocado on it at all. Got seated,the waiter came over promptly took a drink orders and left us. Did take just a little bit of time for him to come back with the drinks but not a big deal. They were kind of busy at the time. My wife had the mimosa and I had myself a screwdriver. The only complaint that I have was that the orange juice even though it's fresh squeezed was quite sour for my taste. They need to add Old fashions or Manhattans to their drink menu, seen that they have bourbon on site. My wife had the cathead chicken biscuit, and I had the creole omelette. My wife ate her biscuit, but she did say that it was a little peppery. If you like it with a lot of pepper, then you'll love it. The creole omelette, I have never had an omelette that was as good as this omelette. You had shrimp, andouille sausage, Cheese and tomato gravy on an omelette. There were so many flavors going on, It was unbelievable I thoroughly enjoyed it. Again, the restaurant was extremely clean. The only problem was where they sat us every time someone open the door. I got a nice cool breeze and it made me real chilly , but if that happens drink, the coffee of coffee is outstanding. I will most definitely go back a third fourth or fifth time. Our waitress was nice but I think lack of attentiveness was due to disorganization on the business side. Very loud and busy, lots going on. Food was kind of pricey and a bit bland. And IHOP breakfast would be cheaper and a lot better quality.

I can only speak to the couple items I've tried, but their bacon is decently tasty and the pancakes and syrup are very literally the best I've ever had of both. Pancakes taste like a lighter fluffier version of cornbread and the syrup is like a maple-y vanilla-y dream. One star off for ordering three pancakes the size of a large plate and them only giving only us one tiny container of butter and syrup and giving us a hard time about asking for one more. We are from out of state and had to come eat here. We've eaten at the one in Florida and was excited to see one here in Tennessee.
