I felt I had to write this for Logan's Spring Hill, TN location. Last night, July 19, I had an event booked, to celebrate the life of my 17-year-old who passed away on July 12. Not only were they accommodating, the manager himself also helped out when needed. I am so sorry, I forgot our servers name, with all that was going on, but she was literally the sweetest person and helped out a lot. Logan's also gave us a discount and helped with the bill, neither of which we expected but are so grateful for. There were about 40 of us and everything went so smoothly and perfectly. Sorry if this is sounding gibberish, I am not sure how to express my complete gratitude for everything Logan's did for our family and friends last night. If I could give a 1000-star review, I would. This was one of my son's favorite places to go for any occasion. Thank you for helping us honor my baby's memory. We will never forget what you did for us. read more

I see that the reviews for this Logan's are steadily moving up the scale. There's still work to be done, but at least it's trending in the right direction. Our story begins with wanting to have dinner at Fozzy's Bar and Grill, but it was totally packed. You couldn't have wedged yourself inside sideways. So, not wanting to feel like a slice of baloney, we opted for somewhere else. That somewhere else found us at the doors of Logan's Roadhouse, and those doors were wide open, inviting us in. Seeing that there was ample available parking and after peeking inside at the wide open table availability, we should have been clued in that this location has fallen on bad times. However, despite the obvious, we ventured into the building. After being seated promptly, we casually awaited a server to greet us and take our drink order. The casual waiting turned uncomfortable, as it was quite some time before our parched throats were quenched. Despite the place being at 90% less than capacity, it took an inordinate amount of time for this cursory function to be availed. We are lucky to be a loving family, so the downtime was filled with upbeat conversation. The menu is filled with tempting selections. Chicken, steak, burgers. But when my daughter pointed out the grilled meatloaf, I knew that it was going to be the dish plated before me, and so it came to being. Two slices topped with onions, mushrooms, gravy, and those placed atop a pile of mashed potatoes. With my choices of corn and green bean side dishes, I was in meatloaf heaven. I thoroughly enjoyed my brush with bliss in this realm. The rest of the family were happy with their choices as well. Theirs ranged from chicken to pulled pork and ribs. A huge hit were the rolls, of which I ONLY GOT ONE! But Logan's brings you more, so it was then that I got my fill. Folks, what I think that we're looking at is that though the food is good, the service needs some work. If that can get polished up a bit, then I think that Logan's has a viable concern moving forward. In the Springhill area, there are quite a few dining venues from which to choose. The little things done right in the long run will be the differentiating factor. Logan's, if you read this, take heed. Quick Tip: Until Logan's figures out how to pay attention to detail, I suggest that you do your business at home. For, to venture into the quagmire of the men's facility is to take one's senses on a wild ride with no seat belts. Good luck with holding on to your cookies. read more

I was a restaurant manager for years and I've NEVER complained but I actually downloaded the app just for this Please STOP USING UBER EATS as a 3rd party vendor if you're just going to play pass the buck when an order is wrong I ordered potato skins with no bacon because I have alpha gal syndrome and I'm allergic to it. I also requested no chives but that wouldn't have been a big deal. It arrived, was put in the wrong place and is covered in bacon and chives. I contacted uber eats, no response. Wait an hour and finally contacted the restaurant where I'm basically told I'm SOL because I went through uber eats. No offer to replace it, see if I wanted to come pick the correct item up, nothing. Just, "nope, can't help you" I understand it's a third party but you still got my money and I got nothing. A simple, "how can I make this right?" would have gone a long way, even if I had to drive to get it. He never came back and we were trying to get to a 6:00 movie so we didn't have time to send back again or further. When I got the bill, he took a whopping 10% off for our inconvenience. 10%?!? These were $26 steaks which we didn't even finish. I told the server I was disappointed in the "adjustment" and had expected it to be more. I heard her tell the manager but he didn't care. The server who finally took pity on us did her best and she deserves to work in a better place but the joint is hopeless. Logan's Roadhouse has changed quite a bit since I last visited--they no longer serve peanuts, which might be old news for regulars but was a surprise to me. The staff was friendly but seemed undertrained. Our server struggled with ringing up our order and ended up undercharging us, which worked out in our favor but probably wasn't ideal for management. He was very kind, though, and tried his best. The food was disappointing. I ordered the beef stroganoff pasta, and unfortunately, it had cold spots, which made it seem like it hadn't been heated properly--possibly microwaved. My dad enjoyed his coconut shrimp, but we had some hiccups, like getting tomatoes on my salad when I'd asked for none (though they did give us an extra salad as a fix). We were in town for a softball tournament and came in Friday night around 8pm with a party of six. The restaurant was almost empty--only three other tables--so we expected decent service. My 11-year-old daughter was starving after a long day on the field and ordered the filet. It took almost an hour for the food to come out, even though the place wasn't busy. She started eating but said the steak "tasted different." We'd had a small disagreement earlier, so she thought maybe it was just her mood. But once I tried a bite, it was clear the meat tasted off. Her grandpa agreed--something was definitely wrong with it. We told the waiter, who was apologetic and said they'd cook another one. But by the time the rest of us finished our meals, the second steak still wasn't ready. We told them to cancel it and asked to speak to a manager. When I expressed concern that my daughter had eaten bad meat and might get sick--especially with two more days of games ahead--the manager casually told me to "call corporate" and that there was nothing he could do. First time we've been in and my wife and I were very happy with our server and the ambiance. We ordered a New York strip with baked potato and a burger with mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked as we requested and it came out relatively quickly. The food quality was on par with any similar chain so not 100% top notch but what you'd expect at this price point. We went because we had a gift card the day before New Years Eve (Friday around 8:30pm). There were only 2 places to sit at the bar that were kind of cleaned off and the rest of the bar was PILED with dirty dishes. Everywhere. All of the bar, behind the bar, and all of the tables around us. The bartender was polite and didn't do anything wrong but also didn't seem to know to clean of the counter or wipe the tables down in front of customers. Everyone that worked there seemed to not realize that they should clean up and moved at snail speed. We actually heard one employee (guy with a man bun) laugh as he walked by a very dirty table on his way out and say "I guess we will just leave that table" referring to leaving a ton of work for his co-workers. Everyone expects way too much from a chain restaurant. Got seated promptly, our waitress was right there getting our drink order. We had deep fried pickles for an appetizer and they were very good. Wife had buttermilk fried chicken and I had the ribeye. Both were cooked properly. What impressed us both was the salad that came with our meal. Most places just throw lettuce on a plate, not here. It was a proper garden salad and was a good portion. Restaurant was very clean and the people were very polite. Our waitress was very polite and attentive to our table. I've been TWICE in 3 weeks. This review is based on both (unpleasant) visits with the same issue at both. I usually give a restaurant a 'second' chance after a bad experience, so they proved me right, this place needs to do better! The service is EXTREMELY SLOW, unacceptably slow, unnecessarily slow! Both times I went, it was NOT crowded, only a few tables were full, yet on both visits, it took 20-30 minutes to get basic meals. To make matters worse, I received the wrong food. Due to an allergy, I had no choice but to have it corrected. So, instead of 'rushing' to get my meal back out, it appears it was put at the back of the line. My table had finished, had plates taken, and were all sitting while I was STILL WAITING for my meal. This seems like negligence, at best. On both visits, our drinks were not refilled. You pay for a soda and don't get a refill. On both visits, the waitresses were not very attentive, friendly, and left us sitting several times with no food or service. It seems they have the C team working there. The food: it was fine, nothing great. 2 people felt their chicken tasted 'freezer' burned, but every did enjoy the fries. The fact that the restaurant was not crowded, in fact, only 4-5 tables were full, maybe others realize this place is going down. Waiting 10+ minutes for salad and rolls, then 20-30 for your food at a 1/10 full restaurant seems excessive. We won't return after 2 unpleasant visits. read more

We chose this restaurant today for lunch and it was bad. The server had his act together but the rest of the people who delivered the food were terrible. We ordered and we waited 45 minutes for our food. When we did get it they brought most of it. We had to ask for dressings for the salads, the burgers were dry, cold and with no sauce. They didn't deliver the soups and there was no sauce on the burger bun. It's a Saturday and the place is in a high foot traffic area but it was relatively empty. Whoever owns this place may want to be there, train and monitor their employees. I would bet they go out of business within a year and a half. read more

if I could leave no star I would. when I asked for the price of my margarita, she told me she didn't know until it was on the bill. Also she did not ID me until after she put the drink on the table and walked away. My French onion soup tasted very sweet as if it had sugar all in it. I believe it may have been the croutons in it, but then my sirloin had to have been the poorest quality of meat I've ever had. When I order a steak, I never leave one bite on my plate. I left more than half of the steak on my plate. My son-in-law ordered a steak as well and ordered it medium well and they brought it very well done sent it back and they sent it back to him raw. The server offered to take the steak off of the and when she came us that the manager took the stake off the bill, but sure to charge him for the side baked potato because he had eaten it. I feel like that should have been just given to him for the inconvenience of not having any food to eat because of and then, as we are looking over the the server continued to just look over us. My daughter went to pay and because I had ordered an alcoholic beverage, she could not allow her to pay without checking her ID which my daughter did not have an alcoholic drink and had left her ID in the car. So instead of letting her run out to the car to get her ID I had to go ahead and pay. I pull in about 6:20 and call. 10 minutes later nothing. 20 minutes later nothing. 25 minutes and I finally go inside. Clueless worker goes and grabs my sons food. Apparently the food had just been sitting there since his food was room temperature. They were never going to bring it out. He only gets 30 minutes for break so he had to eat cold food. Before going here this evening, i read a lot of reviews. I read the good and NOT so good ones. One of the complaints was that the waitress never checked back with the customers. Well, that happened to us. We got our initial drink, then appetizer. After the dinner was delivered, the bat tender never came back to see if we needed anything. Our drinks were empty for a LONG time. By the time she came back, she brought the bill. Another opportunity we read was about the steaks. The steak was juicy however, it had NO flavor whatsoever. We've chosen to eat an early dinner a couple of times to be able to dine in when the volume of customers is lower -- and it's paid off. Customer care is good. A very robust menu with salads, southern style fare, seafood and of course steaks. Food quality had been good and consistent. You can opt to sit at or nearer the full service bar. Staff are treating the COVID-19 very seriously here in this location -- which is not always the case for venues in Spring Hill on the Maury County side of the city limits. One should plan on extra time exiting from the lot during busy times of the day and weekends due to the popularity of this large regional shopping and lifestyle center. read more

Ended up choosing to eat here do yo Longhorn having a 30 minute wait. After having our meal we both agreed that would should have waited the 30 minutes. Had the New York strip and Prime Rib with grilled shrimp and crab cakes. Both stakes where extremely tough and nearly flavorless. The shrimp was burned and chewy, and the crab cakes just tasted like fried breading. Overall a very poor meal. The only good thing about the entire visit was the service (our waitress). She was very friendly and attentive. Neither my wife or myself are the kind of people that complain when we are out, so the waitress looked kind of surprised when we asked for a to-go box for our dog. Neither one of us took more then a bite out of our steaks, all of the shrimp and crab cakes went in the box too, and she noticed it. My wife, who never complains about these things, noted her snarly attitude. Didn't see her for 12 more minutes, and even then it wasn't to help us. I asked her if we could have some rolls. She said "I'll get them in a minute" with an attitude that said when she felt like it. 5 minutes later I see her standing with a stack of plates on the other side of the bar. After that experience and then having everyone finish their meal so that I'm walking out with a box one would think that he would comp the entire meal. Especially since they dodged a legal bullet... If someone were to bite into that burger on that bone they could have easily broken a tooth. Trust me, if that were the case, I would hold them to task as I'm sure some lawyer would love to get me 60% of everything I deserve. I have given this restaurant 4 chances to be good and they're 0-4. I had an extended stay in the hotel up the street so was ordering out often. Every single time I ordered from Logan's, my order was wrong. Items were missing or just the completely wrong item altogether. When I checked in at their curbside pickup, I sat there for another 15min before I went inside to see if my food was ready. There were 4 employees standing there and they said they never received my order, I showed them my online order confirmation and they said they would start making it now. I said never mind and figured I would just leave and get fast food somewhere because I was starving. Then as I was walking out, they "found" my order sitting on a shelf at the hostess station. So I got my food and left, got back to the hotel to see that although the receipt showed what I ordered, the items in the bag were incorrect. We went to visit family for lunch on Saturday August 31, 2019 at the Logan's in Spring Hill. Our server was great. It wasn't crowded. We ordered a couple of beers and they were so cold there was ice in them, which is way better than warm beer I guess. LOL. Then we got our food. We visit this chain pretty regularly. Service can be a bit slow as can the kitchen, but if you aren't in a hurry it's a good place to eat. We have had great servers and less attentive ones. We have seen quite a bit of turnover in waitstaff over the last few months. We love the sirloin, veggie and mushroom skewers, house made chips, salmon, and the wood grilled chicken. They are great about fixing your steak if it isn't cooked properly. I recommend asking for medium rare as you will likely get medium. read more

We were disappointed in the steaks, both the sirloin AND the new york strip were not up to the quality we have come to expect from here. The sirloin was too tough to even eat and the replacement new york strip was full of fat. My strip was fine however, but 2 out of 3 steaks being bad makes me hesitant to go back. We had lunch here the other day. My husband got a steak and I got some ribs. He steak was cooked to the correct med rare inside but one whole side was had and tuff like beef jerky. My ribs were super hard and dry like they had been cooked days ago and then just reheated in the microwave when bbq sauce slathered on them. You could see on the spots that didn't have sauce that it's was dried out and old. I'm not one to waste food be we didn't not finish it.
