Virgil was the original person I spoke to and unfortunately wasn't there on the day of the event, but it still went well for me and my guess. I rented out the back patio holding approximately 200 guess. I had over a 80 plus a dog and no one sat on top of each other. There was plenty of room for everyone with a stage which I didn't use. My guess had a great time and the staff were very nice on that evening. I had food catered in so I didn't order anything there but I'm hearing the pizza's and salad's are great. I also had my own music which was ok for the venue since we were in our own area. There was a side gate leading to my private area for the caters to drop off the food along with guess who didn't want to use the main entrance. I will definitely use this venue again and again to host big parties such as that night and recommend it to others as well. Such an amazing time we all had!! Thanks Virgil for being such a nice guy and gentleman when I was asking all those questions. As I wanted to make sure this place was safe for my guess and family. up for Bravery Brewing!!

A friend and I were in the mood for some good pizza. We looked a few places up and came across this one. The pictures and reviews looked good so we decided to give it a shot. I placed a phone order for a large and small pizza with an order of spaghetti and meatballs. They quoted me 20-25 minutes for the order and since we were driving home that worked out fine. When we reached the location, it was about 25 minutes later. I went in to pay and I was told the food would be "out soon" as it was finishin up so I took a seat at the only table inside. There were a few people already waiting inside and they picked up their food and left. More people came to pick up orders and their food came out right away. I went up and asked one of the workers behind the counted if my order was ready and they asked my name and were looking for the paper with the order. They looked confused and asked if it was under a different name and I told them no. They asked someone in the back thru the kitchen window for my order and said they were making it and should be "out soon" so I sat back down. A bunch of other people came in to pick up their orders and like the people before they were all ready within a moment of checking in with the workers. At this point it had been almost 1 hour since I placed my phone order and I had physically been waiting inside for 30 minutes. I went up to the counter again to ask what was going on with my order. One of the workers told me it was busier than normal and I told her I understand that but I was quoted 25 minutes for my order and it had been almost 1 hour and that was not ok. I was just told that it would be "out soon" yet again and I told them that they kept on saying that but it wasn't true. I sat down again and I saw when an employee from the back barely came out with my order to put it in the oven. The entire time that I was here waiting and they had not even bothered to make my order nor actually prepare it. Wow how professional. The funny thing is they didn't even bother to follow up with me or apologize for my food taking forever to be prepared and cooked. After almost 1 hour of waiting (since the initial phone order) they finally handed me the order and they tried to say sorry that it took so long. I grabbed my order and left. I was very displeased with the customer service, or lack thereof, that I received here. Nobody followed up with me as I sat there waiting for my order to come out. I had to get up multiple times to ask about it myself. I did not receive any apologies for the ridiculous amount of time that I had to waste because they did not even make my order until so much later. They did not offer a discount or any sort of apology at all, except for a half-assed one at the very end. They just didn't care. The food itself wasn't bad but the bad taste I got from the employees and their "customer service" definitely left a negative impression. read more

IM GOING CRAZY OVER HERE!!! I looked this places up and saw the bad reviews and thought holy cow, that picture doesn't look anything like that bad review and Let me tell you, I grew up in New York. This pizza is just like HOME! Idk if California people are use to frozen meats and fake cheese. But dang! Big Belly Pizza got it spot on with freshness! Pizza is greasy. It's ALWAYS going to be greasy, especially if you add meat as a topping. This pizza is not full of dough and you can really taste the good quality of sauce and cheese they have. Don't even get me started on their Italian sausage! That is the root of Italy right there. Sliced! No crumbles like every other place. I was kinda of worried when I first saw the reviews, but I'm so glad I looked past them and gave this place a try! A local business who brought a little piece of home to me and I'm ecstatic. This isn't a big time company with their frozen pre-made pizza dough or frozen ingredients. This is seriously the best pizza I've had out here. If you don't try this place, you're really missing out! We have been waiting to try this place and we were not disappointed OMG!! I had the tnt pizza and my girl had a philly with whiz and belly twister fries with cheese and bacon it was amazing. I wish they were open 24 hours we could of used some pizza at 3am sat The owners and staff are so cool and inviting not just here is your food and get out they actually talk to you and care that you are a happy customer make you feel like family Do yourself a favor and try this place. Im going to get fat love love love this place. Just do us a favor please always keep your food the same. Most time we try new places and a month later its totally different. I have been so excited to try this pizza since I heard they were opening up! Such an amazing family that takes pride in their business. The TNT caught my eye, since it so different than any other pizza out in the AV. I definitely recommend coming here for just a classic pizza to an off the wall creation!
