My wife and I were in Lancaster on business and decided to try "Big Belly Pizza" at the suggestion of one of our friends back home in Bullhead City. We were greeted by a few young women with smiles on their face and they were very welcoming and friendly. When we were trying to decide what to order we met the manager, Dustin. He was also very friendly and welcoming. Funny too! I asked him what he recommended and he suggested their Buffalo Chicken Pizza. So, we ordered a small Pepperoni Pizza a small Buffalo Chicken Pizza and an Antipasto Salad. The Pepperoni Pizza was really good, the Antipasto Salad was huge with quality meats & fresh vegetables, and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was AMAZING. Thank you, Dustin. It really pains me to have to write a bad review on such a small place that has such incredible pizza. I've had a lot of different pizzas and hands down, BB has the best BBQ Chicken Pizza out there. The portions are great and it's great when you can actually get it. The past three weekends we decided to order them hoping we could get them on the phone. First time was almost 10 minutes and gave up. Last weekend 10 minutes and gave up and tonight my wife was on hold for 10 minutes and they came back on to tell us they are busy and maybe another 10 wait time. I do not run a restaurant business but I know well enough that if phone orders are that busy, as an owner get in there and help. You walk in and it's two people trying to answer phone calls, take walk in orders, get pizzas out of ovens etc. This has to be overwhelming for all involved. I really want to eat here but it's not worth the headache just to get someone on the phone. read more

I have always supported family owned businesses. Especially great food. Unfortunately, hiring people that do not care may affect business. I called, was asked to be placed on hold, and so I held. Then the call transfers to an extension, and then it hangs up. I was on hold for ten minutes. Then I call back, I'm asked to be placed on hold once more, I said no because I was placed on hold and then it hangs up, the female who answered cared less of me as a customer and said "well we are very busy" and I replied yes, but you have to serve every customer, not just those in person, as you have a phone and delivery service, and she rudely said well I'm going to have to put you on hold. Did not care to apologize to be on hold for ten minutes for the phone to then hung up on me. So, on hold again. I decided to order elsewhere. Sad to see such bad quality of employees and customer service. read more

My wife phoned in an order here that I was going to pick up. When I arrived, they told me no one had placed an order by that name. My wife called to straighten it out, and the individual she spoke with said I asked for the wrong name. Instead of the employee apologizing, and saying they got the name wrong, he doubled down and literally said that I don't know my wife's name. I understand mistakes happen, no biggy. But to say that I don't know my wife's name? Who would be insane enough to say something like that? The pizza here is average at best anyway. Other reviews are right... this place has the worst customer service. For us, it was one specific employee. Short, dark blonde, glasses. It started with a call to place an order. I asked her if I ordered 24 wings, if it needed to be one flavor for all to get the 24pc price. She said 'no, you can order flavors in increments of 4'. Oh! Ok. So I ordered 12 & 12. She gave me the price and it was more. So I asked how much the wings were. She said '$14 each. I'm charging you for 12 and 12.'. I told her that's why I asked my question at the beginning, so I could know what I could and couldn't order. She got an attitude and her response to me was 'o-k. Well they're $14 for 12'. She obviously has no idea what she's doing. So fine. We make our way to pick up my order. We get there, and it's obvious who took our order on the phone. She grabs my order and says 'Do you want peppers, cheese or ranch?'. With all the noise, I couldn't hear her clearly, so I get closer to her and ask her to repeat'. With an attitude she repeats herself. I looked puzzled and asked, can I get some dipping sauce instead. She says 'that's what I'm asking you! Which one do you want?!' So I asked her which dips they had. Still with an attitude, she points to the end of the counter and tells me to look at the menu. I can pick any wing flavor as a dip. Ok. So I pick two and we leave. This girl must be so miserable with her life that she's just nasty to people. According to other customers, this is a regular occurrence. Why has the owner not fired her?? And anyone else that is treating customers like crap?? Big Belly owner, you are losing customers because of your bad employees and bad customer service. The excuses of "we can't find good help" is not acceptable anymore. We usually order pizza and have been here on and off since they opened. It was our first time ordering just wings. We won't be back. Ever. We're tired of giving retailers money and our business, when they have zero respect, basic social skills, manners and customer service skills. The quality of the food has been consistently good each time I've ordered from Big Belly. The prices are fair, and the amount of delicious food you get in return makes this place a huge value. The garden salad is always fresh, and the large is big enough for a family to share. The wings are also a great value, and the flavors I've tried (lemon pepper, Korean bbq, garlic parm, naked) have all been delicious. I have only ever picked up, so I can't speak on delivery. I highly recommend calling in at a non-peak time (dinner time on a weekend evening is obviously going to be a long wait). read more

I tried Pizza from here last week. I was very pleased with my experience. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff were friendly and the service was great! I ordered 3 different Pizzas, Pepperoni, BBQ and Veggie. I would have to say my personal favorite was the BBQ but all three were very good. The ingredients were fresh and the staff was polite and informative when I arrived to pick my food up. On 10/27/2024 I had place a call to order a 12 piece chicken wings and a 14inch cheese pizza. mind you this, I was referred through my family member of this place. The first time I visited went well that a few days later I called to order a cheese pizza with wings not realizing to check the pizza due to my last visit. When I came home I noticed the my pizza was burnt with bubbles and not cheese but a little bit, so the next day I called die they was getting ready to close I mentioned to them that my pizza was not satisfied and was burnt, they had apologized and that they will credit me another one next time , so I said that's was fine . Now get back to today I had called them so I can use my credit to get another cheese pizza my wife had picked it up cause I was at work and my kids wanted to have there pizza come to find out the same thing happened again !! Just not burnt this time you can see the tomato sauce on half of the pizza and the others half was ok . This my last time going here especially for the price you pay . I debated between 4 stars or 5 stars, but we've only tried one thing on the menu--the TNT pizza. It has red sauce, chunks of Canadian bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella, nacho cheese, then covered in crushed hot Cheetos. We swapped the pepperoni (hate how greasy pepperoni gets on pizza) for meatball. My husband could not believe how heavy the box was when he picked up the pizza. It is serious business. My husband can typically eat 1/2 of XL pizza, but could only eat 2 slices. Son said, "This is kinda obscene, but delicious!" We barely ate half of the "biggest" size. It was a great deal at $26 after tax. Don't know how the Cheetos topping will hold up for leftovers and it's so heavy, wondering if it will get soggy. We will find out.... Looking forward to trying other things at Big Belly! read more

Don't underestimate the garlic on this pizza! I definitely did I would say order light on the garlic and add artichoke hearts. It's basically a garlic bread pizza. So bomb! I ordered a small and the flavor makes up for the size, but the small itself is a pretty decent size for about 3 people. It was only $14 which isn't bad at all. read more
