Food is good. Their service though is very disappointing. If you order - pick up. I ordered today using their online service. Just for wings it was an hour wait plus $7 delivery and more for tip. That's all fine (I usually pick up but we are all home sick with the flu) it is now over two hours later and two separate calls checking in and still no wings. not sure if they've hired new people to make the food but the last two times i've gone there to get the meatball sub it has been disappointing. but this time was extremely disappointing. when i got home and opened it up there was no sauce like there usually is and the cheese wasn't even melted as it usually is. i considered going back to see if they could remake it but i honestly didn't want to drive all the way back so that's on me for not giving them that chance to fix it but i also shouldn't have to do that to begin with. just a bummer that the quality seems to be going down. read more

Pizza is thin with not a lot of cheese. Hot wings are way overcooked. Crispy to the point of hard. Yet, they are still cold in the middle. So maybe cooked and frozen for later. Antipasta salad is fair. Slices of meat are cumin halves, so you still have to cut them in quarters or 8ths. If you like garbonza beans, there's a lot. I've had their pizza delivered 3 times, and each time, it's the same or worse. I've ended up throwing away more than we've eaten. Never again! read more

On an overnight visit to Lancaster we decided to order pizza and salad and have it delivered to our AirBNB. After reviewing Yelp we landed on Big Belly. Their menu was very eclectic and creative and the reviews were mostly all really good, so that made it an easy choice. I called in to order and the lady taking the order was really helpful. She answered my questions and took the time to share insights. We ordered two "bigger" pizzas, one cheese and one half and half TNT and Supreme. We also ordered the antipasto salad and a 2-litre root beer. I made some off the wall requests, that were actually accommodated, so when the delivery was made I tipped exceptionally well, too. The salad was great! The pizzas were really good - and the TNT was really different! I mean where else do you get flamin' cheetoh dust and nacho cheese on your pizza? So different I just couldn't resist. Would I do it again? I'm not sure.... It was good, but I'd probably try something different next time. Overall, I would recommend Big Belly Pizza. Oh my goodness, this is the best pizza place in the Antelope Valley! I live about 25 minutes away and am happy to make the drive. My wife and I get pizza, wings, and/or pasta Alfredo here between once and twice a month. For pizza, we get a Bigger or Biggest size half-supreme and half pepperoni. For wings, we get garlic parmesan. Delicious! We've been going here for a couple years and the wait is rarely longer than 25 minutes (I think 45 at the most). The staff are friendly and thoughtful, usually checking if we'd like extra dressing, red pepper flakes, or parmesan. The inside has a cool vibe, although there isn't a lot of seating. If you're looking for the best pizza in the Antelope Valley, I say again: this is it! read more

Been going to this pizza place for years and they've never charged me for the jalapeños, I ordered 4 pizzas and got only one jalapeño? What do i supposed to do with only one jalapeño? They also charged my card an extra fee for that one jalapeño!!! Terrible customer service. And that guy on the register was also the one who took my order on the phone, He is Caucasian, everyone has been good so far except this guy!.. Charging my card without my permission and didn't even get a receipt had to get into my bank account to see what he was charging me for. I hardly noticed this place from when i went to the nearby Ravens Nest. It smelled good on the way by so we decided to try it. Getting their Garlic Lover Pizza in a smaller size just to try. My wife fell in love with it immediately and still raves about it to this day. Their service is great, the food is delicious, and though theres not really a place to sit in and eat, it was well worth the visit. My only problem with the place is the name of their pizza sizes. I had ordered the size just under their biggest but apparently biggest is a size and they gave me a bigger which was under, but i meant the size not what they called it. It was a lot of miscommunication i could do without. Just stick to small, medium, large, etc. Please. Otherwise this place is worth a visit for sure. read more
