Rhett answered all…read moreof our questions and even let us sit in multiple floor models as my husband is tall and we wanted one that would be comfortable for him as well. After browsing and talking about the hot tub options, we decided to look into buying one. We were told that the hot tub comes with stairs, starter chemicals, a lid and lid lifter and delivery in the cost. We decided to build the Garden Spa's 4 person Carmellia which is a plug-n-play. We picked the color or the tub, exterior and cover. When we were ready to pay, we were then told he made an error and that the hot tub cover lid wasn't included in the price and would be another $300.00. We paid cash as there was a promotional discount and also received a Veterans discount too. We received an electronic copy of the manual by email. When the hot tub was ready, we were given a call and set up delivery. The delivery men were polite and even readjusted the hot tub for my husband. He gave them a $100 as a thank you. My husband was able to do the chemicals, but there is also a person on staff that will give you a step by step process for setting up and maintaining the hot tub if needed. A few weeks after our hot tub was delivered we also received a nice handwritten note from Rhett.

    We regret purchasing from this company and here's why:…read more 1. While shopping here, we inquired about the tax dedications in relation to chronic back conditions. Charlene asked her manager who came out and told us a blatant "no." (I've since looked into this and it wasn't true.) 2. The financing manager told me that the APR was 8.9% if credit was above 700. When I applied, the APR was 10.99% which scared me thinking I fell to an identity theft situation, as we keep our credit score high. The company sent me a credit report which was above 800, where we expected it. I did NOT appreciate him not knowing the financing company's actual rates. 3. Three months after having the tub, we experienced an overheating issue. Called and spoke with Angie who said she would schedule a visit and reach out. She was very nice and informed me She responded with instructions using terms that I was never explained during installation. This was quite confusing to me and I wrote her back explaining how this was frustrating and how I still wanted a visit. Since then, I explored the issue, got instructions from another source and was able to address the issue. I followed up with an additional email with more questions, but received no follow up call. If I could go back, I would have spent more time shopping and selected from another place, but wanted to give local a chance. This company struck out in my opinion.

Sales rep…read moreand mangager Zach talked us into buying their spa cover and told us everything was under warranty. When our spa was delivered it came with broken parts. It's took us over a month of calling to get the to fix. Why don't you call people back? Now the spring on our cover broke. We called and was told someone would call back. And again no call. We went to the store and took the broken part. The sales person accused us of breaking it because we were too rough? How is pulling it down after a use too rough? Then we were the covers were not included in the warranty. Thats not what they shared with us at the time of purchase. Then the sales manager in the store told us the manufacture has a year warranty. But we would have to wait for a call to fix. Do Not Waste Your Time Making a Purchase Here. They could have made this right by keeping their promise.
