Good food, sometimes super busy but they get you rated fairly quickly. Their salad bar is amazing.

Itsa big boy, its the same fair they have had for decades. Not bad, but also not great. What my issue is how much they have raised there prices. For 3 ppl it was like $75, i can eat at the local mexican place that is way better for the same price. read more

Was in town and came for breakfast. The breakfast menu is really tiny now. It was not great, it was not good, it was not even mediocre, it was just bad. My omlette was a plate of grease with hard, cold toast. I got a mini glass of water. The coffee was fine. My kid's waffle was underdone and his bacon was in crispy pieces. The interior has not changed really since the late 1980's. DO not go here. read more

Went to get my take out which was ready. Soup chilling on the customer counter under no heat lamps. I couldn't check out even though 3 girls walked by me. Apparently I had to wait for the choose one that never showed up. It wasn't till I asked for the manager did someone finally check me out. I'm so but customer service sucks. read more

Literally the worst meal and experience in dining I have ever had. My side salad had a dead worm or bug sticking out of the core of lettuce that was in it when showing the waitress she just giggled . Then it took almost an hour to get our food and nothing we ordered was difficult essentially a big boy burger chicken tenders a salad and chicken parm . When I asked for ketchup the waitress looked at the ketchup that was my husbands (because they come in tiny cups) and I actually had to tell her that is his I would like one. Friday night we were sitting in the restaurant with jelly as our server ( one if the best servers we have ever had) She offered to make us shakes and recommended the seafood buffet. It was extremely busy and she handled it with grace. Our experience was very pleasant until the end. When I say I have never seen a more unprofessional manager in my life. We sat and watched our server and another server work there butts off threw the dinner service and to have an angry women come out from the back SCREAMING at those two servers as they where working. It was so aweful to watch. I felt so bad for those girls. To her exact words she was screaming " listen ladies the sinks do not get dirty dishes put in them. There is three sinks one for washing one for clean and one for sanitizing. Don't put dirty fucking dishes in the sink!" When we asked our server that ladies name it was almost like she was scared to tell us. She politely told us "It's been a long night, sorry about that, hope you guys have a wonderful night". Unfortunately it was not the first time we have seen this women abuse her employees. Then as we were cashing out we could hear her in the office blowing off the f bomb AGAIN because she didn't get to leave at 7. I asked the girl who cashed us out what her name was and I was told Gina and that she was THE GENERAL MANAGER. So service great, food great, THE ABUSE OF EMPLOYEES BY THE GENERAL MANAGER AWEFUL. Great service. To bad the food was unacceptable. Swiss Miss had half piece of ham on burnt toast. Cannot believe they served the onion rings. If you can believe so hard could not eat. Big Boy burger, well I've had better McDoubles for 1/2 the price. Maybe under staffed? But still had terrific service. So there is hope. read more

Dining with four people, table had two place settings of silverware. We had to ask for it. Server brought chili with meal instead of before. The cream of broccoli soup was extremely thick and not appealing. Server was too busy entertaining her friends to check on us or bring the bill. Food was lackluster. The staff at this restaurant have to be some of the nicest people I have ever met. I have had the pleasure of having the server Grace-Ann several times and each time was as pleasant as the last. The good itself is reminiscent of "Shoney's" or "Denny's" but without the food poisoning. You can get breakfast or lunch all day and everything came out presentable as well as edible. Military receive 10% off (50% off in uniform). I will definitely be going back to enjoy something new on their menu. In closing, this is not a "Fine Dining" or "Hoity-Toity" establishment. It is down to earth and genuine. Serving good food with good attitudes at great prices. If you have the chance be sure to experience it. read more

Very friendly people. (Only had one bad waitress one time.) You can get breakfast all day. But the slim Jim's are my favorite!!

We ordered the fish and chip platter. Our cornbread was out of the fridge cold. Our cod was over battered and undercooked. It was still very doughy and even slimy. Our service was good though and even though the corn on the cob didn't come on the cob like it was pictured, it was still really good. The hush puppies were on point though! read more

Picked up our niece from military camp. She is 10 years old. Went to Big Boy for food. The hostess pushed the little one out of her way, saying, "I've got a lot of people to seat". Showing us to a table, I told her that it wasn't satisfactory. She said "This is the only table that I have. I have to go seat more people". ??? Where was she going to seat them? On the floor? She was rude and disrespectful. We left and took our business elsewhere. read more

Food was fine but the service was terrible....waited 45 minutes for a table for a group so long that half had to leave for a tee time. Then waited for the server to take our order after she took other tables orders that were seated after us. I will not return, the food is not worth the hassle. read more

Came in for my 50th birthday to place an order for my children and wife and I, was greeted immediately at door which was nice, when I informed the girl we wanted to place an order she responded oh ok well come on then, it was an inconvenience for her it seemed, she took the order quickly and then said be back in 30 minutes. Asked if I could pay then and she responded well I guess , I'll have to go ring it up, once I gave her my card she ran it and walked away saying bottom copy is yours. I've worked in the industry for many years in management and I understand if you were busy with a lot of people to take care of but it was slow when we arrived to place order , before the dinner rush, the staff just did not feel like they wanted guests . On the food side , the fries for my kids were cold and my slim Jim was mediocre at best, looks like shaved deli meat grilled and then placed on bread. Not the usual sandwich which we are accustomed to. My wife was so furious she didn't even order from her. Not the way to celebrate a 50th bday. Hope you work on your guest service at door. Great food prepared by the kitchen, great service provided by a very friendly staff, really clean facilities (window sills, light fixtures, restrooms, tables/benches, and condiments), including an immaculate salad bar fully-stocked with fresh goods less than an hour before closing. Not bad. Pretty much the same as any other big boy. The salad bar had a good selection and was fresh. WiFi was nice too.
