The customer service is not good. The cashier that was present 8/15/26 at 5:15 pm was rude and disrespectful. She told me my service dog can't come there. i have frequent this establishment several times and she was the cashier and never said anything but because she had someone in her ear speaking Spanish she decided to be rude. I explained to her and showed her it was a service dog and she continue to harass and say smart remarks to me. If it wasn't for African Americans patronizing this establishment she wouldn't have a job nor would it be a successful business if I am not welcome with my service dog then my friends, and family aren't either. I went today and the food suck how can someone. Mess up chicken burn it no flavor fries was ok not many Gyro was made wrong onions and stuff was on the bottom where you couldn't get the flavor of it. I've only been here a handful of times but NEVER AGAIN. What's crazy is that this is a lot of folks go to spot for fast, greasy, relatively inexpensive and somewhat tasty food in the south suburbs. She then proceeded to place an inaccurate order and was nonchalant when I corrected her and barely apologized. So. I ordered my food, never got a receipt. I'll accept that. But. They placed my order on the counter and never called it out. I asked them about the food after almost 10 additional minutes of waiting for them to tell me it was mines. After I told them that I wanted a new order because the food was going to be cold, they refused and said they could give me a refund. After I agreed to that, they started speaking in Spanish.
