I've only been here a handful of times but NEVER AGAIN. What's crazy is that this is a lot of folks go to spot for fast, greasy, relatively inexpensive and somewhat tasty food in the south suburbs. Today, the cashier got my order wrong and overcharged me after I clearly and directly stated what I wanted multiple times. She then proceeded to place an inaccurate order and was nonchalant when I corrected her and barely apologized. The only reason why I even came was for garlic fries, and that was the one thing they failed to provide. To my surprise, not only had I not received any garlic on the fries but the wings were tiny and a bit over cooked. So. I ordered my food, never got a receipt. I'll accept that. But. They placed my order on the counter and never called it out. I asked them about the food after almost 10 additional minutes of waiting for them to tell me it was mines. After I told them that I wanted a new order because the food was going to be cold, they refused and said they could give me a refund. After I agreed to that, they started speaking in Spanish. I mean, you have to get these if you come to Big Boy. They're the best ever and they give you sooooo many for $2.99.
