Now I know where to go! Ran into the owner and he was super sweet and appreciative of us for stopping - he's taking his celebrity very well! Though the roll itself was pillowy soft upon reheating it in the microwave a bit, it lacked the amount of cinnamon that you would expect, and the frosting on top tasted like cake frosting with it almond extract in it and was far too sweet. I had to scrape most of it off. Almond croissant was also just okay - filling was on the sweeter side and croissant itself just didn't taste very fresh.

It's hard to give five stars to a fast-food restaurant. My partner and I stopped here a couple of times, and this is the only Big Chicken location we know of... it's a good place to grab something hot to eat quick you have to like chicken small menu but good enough quite a few sauces offered and they're good ample seating a roll of paper towel at each table We wouldn't go out of our way. But it's a decent fast-food place. You order and you get your food at the counter. The service is friendly enough. If you're in the area, super hungry (for chicken) and in a hurry, you can give it a try. Four stars might seem a bit generous, more of a 3.5 stars maybe... But it's decent fast-food. On the sweet side I got an ube+vanilla soft serve swirl with a taiyaki shell added which was also just pretty average. The taiyaki was really ugly and malformed but tasted quite good. The vibe inside is extremely weird as well. It has a LOT of personality and local flavor, with various games and toys, foosball tables, instant ramen you can buy and heat up, filtered water stations (mayhaps Korean owned?). You order from awesome giant tablet kiosks that seem to have some poor UX software for the menu navigation system but it works. The chairs and tables though were also very strange, like they were pulled from a shut-down carls jr or something with thin poorly designed aluminium and particle board. Not a single table I found was stable, they all had a ton of wobble and the chairs were so tiny and small none were comfortable to sit on as a 6'2 dude. Honestly I almost want to recommend this place as an experience to see how uniquely odd it is, and the food is right up a college kid's alley and nothing so bad you can't enjoy yourself. At least come here as a tourist attraction and see for yourself what's going on at this eclectic spot.

One of our party guests ultimately had to leave the birthday celebration and make the 30-minute round trip back to the restaurant for the sauce. By the time they returned, the chicken, fries, and bread we had paid for were cold. For the amount of money spent on a catering order, I expected much better attention to detail and basic courtesy when a mistake was made. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled matters.
