If I was rating this place only on the food it would get five stars. But the fact that no one even greeted me (and yet the woman saw me walk in and made eye contact) really annoyed me. I ended up ordering a meatball sub instead of what I had originally planned and it was a great decision. I believe that the guy helping me was new as was another guy there because there was a manager training them after I sat down with my food. But even he didn't say hello or ask how my food was. I purposely drove to this store from Lynnwood, which is way out of my way, because of all the five star reviews I saw on Yelp. Maybe Saturday mornings aren't a good time to go but next time I think I'll try the one in Lynnwood Unfortunately there aren't many Quiznos around anymore and like a friend of mine said, they are much better than Subway and Jimmy John's. I go here all the time, mostly for the salads to be honest! You can make your own, and even buy a side "Sammie bread" to go with it - which is similar to a flat bread, covered in olive oil with seasoning to go with your salad. I'm obsessed. I ordered a sandwich and it was missing the tomatoes, onions, Swiss cheese, and bacon. ( these items were supposed to be on it, they were not special requested). I called about it to see if we could settle this out or if there isn't then just to let them know. ( this isn't the first time this has happened to me) After explaining the missing ingredients the person responded with "Not possible, we don't do that here" then proceeded to hang up on me. I've dined here regularly for years. I am a fan of the veggie guacamole sandwich and love that it comes with so many olives. I don't get cheese and always appreciate the staff piling on the veggies for me. They are also pretty good at reminding me that the red wine vinaigrette that comes on the sandwich trickily has cheese in it. I usually opt for chips and a soda as well. The separate area where you can package up your own pickles and pepporcinis is also a favorite of mine. The employees are always super friendly and work hard to get everyone in and out. It can take awhile at times so keep this in mind if you are in a hurry. I believe they do delivery as well, which I have been meaning to take advantage of since I work nearby. The parking lot is often a bit crowded as it is right near a Starbucks whose drive thru can block one of the exits. read more

We stopped here for lunch while passing through on our way home Canada. The service was good, food as expected... but that's not why I'm writing this review. Somehow my purse was left behind in this store when we left (passport, wallet, credit cards, cash, etc. -- all inside of my bag). I didn't realize this mistake until we were nearly 3 hours south, and stopped to get gas. I panicked, found this location on yelp, called, and the kind man who answered assured me they had found it right after we left and put it behind the counter in a safe location. Then we got to turn around and make the trip again to retrieve it. I wasn't sure if I should cancel my cards, or what to expect. We arrived, my bag was there as promised, and everything was still inside - even the cash! I just wanted to thank this Quizno's and its employees for their honesty. A lot of people would have gone through the bag and it would have been a huge hassle to replace the passport and other items. I have ordered through eat24 and grubhub and had the delivery option multiple times now. The delivery always arrives quickly (before it's even supposed to be there), and is always correct. The food is delicious, hot, and prepared exactly how it should be. I loved the variety of sandwiches and my favorites have been the pesto and the cheesesteak but love their soup options also. Such great customer service! Me and my coworkers placed a order for delivery and it showed up right on time. It was missing a bag of chips and when I called the store they realized it was because they were out of that kind and offered to bring over a different kind as soon as possible which I did not want to make them do another trip. It was not that big of deal. They offered to refund my card the cost though and even sent confirmation later in the day when they processed it which was very nice of them. Quiznos, your sandwiches are actually really good. Your prices aren't. $19 for a foot long, a six inch, a soda and a (teeny tiny) bag of chips. But I keep paying for it because your sandwiches are actually really good. (Why does that surprise me?) I tend to order the steak and blue cheese sandwich. I'm a blue cheese fiend. I like how the bread is just crispy enough to crunch, but not to hurt your mouth (like Subway sandwiches sometimes do). Please, lower your prices. Oh, and hire someone nice. I have to admit that when I heard this franchise was changing hands, it was very disappointing because the previous staff was very customer service-oriented and friendly. I anticipated a downhill plunge.... I visit 3 or 4 times a month because Thursday nights are my too lazy to do anything else night, but I would always go to this location, because the locations closer to my house are manned by people who don't like to be bothered by customers when they're at work......back to this quiznos.... New owners are carrying on the tradition of solid customer service and positive energy--seems like their entire family is helping get the business going. Every time I come here the sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is on point. The food is fresh and I always look forward to eating when I walk through the door. They have $5 specials every day which means you can be out the door for a 6 bucks with tax and tip. Quiznos should looked at this place for an example to how to run a restaurant. read more

Ordered thru grub hub and got smashed sandwiches since they put everything on top of the sandwiches. Called to complain, they offered to replace everything but two hours after things were ordered. I waited and they never showed up. Now I am being told that the delivery person says everything was delivered and they would not refund anything. The next thing grub hub calls and tells me that they believe Quiznos instead of the customer who has never complained about anything and has ordered many times. I am done with Quiznos and grub hub. I was drawn in by the posters showing the lobster sandwich, and thought - "hey, that should be pretty good." Well, I was a sucker, because I actually thought it was going to contain real lobster (I know, insert laughter here), but when I saw it was lobster seafood, I should have known it was going to be just meh. The sandwich was way too expensive for what you get - $6 for a small sandwich. Thank you, I would much rather go to Subway where one can get the a seafood sandwich for much cheaper - one that's frankly tastier. So, the sandwich wasn't that good, but I can forgive that if I get decent service. The service wasn't prize-winning - the gentleman who was making the sandwich was, umm, shall we say distracted. He seemed to be more concerned with what his co-workers were doing than making sure I had a good sandwich experience. When I told him what I wanted, he said that it would taste terrible if I wanted the sandwich toasted and something about how the mayonnaise and cheese would breed bacteria, so he can't toast it. Wait -- isn't Quiznos supposed to be about toasted subs? I just wasn't satisfied with the experience and felt it wasn't worth the amount of money one pays I'm sticking with Subway. read more

This place is amazing. We don't have one close to home but were up in the area and had to stop. The manager/owner is incredibly thoughtful, kind and helpful. We had 3 kids with us and it was hectic. He was patient and offered the kids cookies for being so good. He is the prime example of what a good businessman is. Highly recommend you give this place a look! read more

Here we have the classic dilemma. The food is always spot-on and tasty. However, I have ordered delivery from here through Eat24 a few times and it always seems to be way over the quoted time. Way over an hour. I'd say they average 30 min or more over the quoted times. It's not just during the week too. I order on a Sunday evening and it is 90 minutes to get food. So, I'd say if you are getting it to go, awesome, but at this point after several delivery orders taking about 90 min I'd have to say that it is normal, not a random occurrence. Just be warned. I don't know if this is just my problem or not. It is not a deal-breaker for me. I just wish there was more accurate communication about delivery times. read more

They toasted it and then put cold tuna on. It was a disappointment. But, I would go back and get a different kind.
