When I said thank you, he said, "you are so welcome, I am just a man trying to take care of my family." I am so grateful for his help, as my husband is 78 and tried to do this himself, but wound up in terrible pain from leg cramps. They have told me over and over that this was a mistake and it would be removed. FOUR MONTHS LATER, I continue to get collection calls and emails from them, despite my repeated emails and phone calls to them, including to their sales manager Mike Lombardi who does not even have the courtesy to respond. I warned them this was coming but they just don't care. Total silence and disregard for their customer. I will never be using Fenwick Waychoff again. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. I didn't immediately blame the company because I was not sure what happened. I mentioned it to the guy that came to do the inspection a week after installation, he checked out my circuit breaker box and my dryer and says "it's some other problem, I don't know". Later I get an electrician to come check it out, and I find out that these aholes removed my dryer from the circuit breaker box and hid the cables, then lied about it when I brought it up. The funny thing is that if they had told me when they did, I would have been perfectly fine with it. I mentioned this to them after they texted me reminding me on my yearly inspection, and they say "I will run this by our people", a month later still nothing. These people are low class and very unprofessional.

System blowing air out like the fan is on, not cold air. Called warranty company back and explained a/c is still not working properly and that my home was up to 80 degrees inside, so I put a window unit in. They said supreme air has to be the one to come back out. I called Francis at supreme air to see when he would come back out. He stated I could " call a major ac repair company, pay their diagnostic fee, tell me what they find and I will repair that". I called Choice Warranty back and requested a new company to come out. They said that it would have to be Supreme Air for the second visit. Supreme Air told me they would be out today, Tuesday the 4th. He told my warranty company the same thing. Spoke with him moments ago and he stated he can't come out until Thursday, the 6th. 2 weeks with a/c not working properly and I'm stuck with this company unless I pay out of pocket. They can't get one of the mitsubishi mini-split system heads to work, they made another appointment but didn't show up, no notification to me, and now they are refusing to communicate. This mitsubishi mini-split has one outdoor unit and three indoor heads. The tech put more freon in without measuring it and then withdrew some without measuring it just to try something. Now the 2 heads that were working are not producing as much cold air than before. Chills on Wheels is not living up to their contract and expectations. Now they are not returning phone calls or any other communication.
